Fantastic!!! Yesterday we enjoyed a 6-course dinner at Le Sable and what a fantastic evening we had! It's incomprehensible that Le Sable doesn't have a star. It made me question the Michelin Guide yesterday, as we'd been much less impressed with several other starred restaurants! Everything was absolutely perfect here! A very hospitable welcome, very attentive and friendly service with an eye for detail, fantastic food, the timing between courses was perfect, and the ambiance was sooo wonderful... We started with several amuse-bouches, each of which was delicious! Then we had 6 wonderful courses. The friandises were also top-notch! The "main course" was served in parts...fantastic! Generally, a few dishes stand out, but here every course was truly superb! The diverse flavors and textures within the dishes...amazing! The wine pairing was also excellent! Couldn't find a single negative... It's a wonderful and enthusiastic team that made sure the evening was fantastic in every way! It's great that the chefs are also joining us! The owners, together with their team, have truly created something beautiful! Absolutely worthy of a star!!! Thanks for the wonderful evening, and we'll definitely be back!

Well what a great evening we had! We arrived and there was already an employee waiting to greet us and let us in. Delicious appetizers and a glass of beautiful Ayala champagne to kick off the party. Opted for the 6 courses with matching wines. Truly a very beautiful culinary experience where people did not shy away from topping the glasses in between. Truly a fantastic experience for all walks of life. Very tasty and unparalleled in terms of presentation. But the party certainly did not end after the cheeses... then came the friandises, which were really of an exceptionally high standard. Unprecedented!!! Pastry chef next level 🤩 Price quality is really very good. Operation and craftsmanship are perfect. The wine list is a dream that will keep me awake tonight, a wide choice of worldly wines of a very high standard. What I also really appreciate as a wine lover is that you get the bottle on the table so that you can scan and rate it on the wine app of your choice🎉🙏🏻 I will definitely go here more often. Been several times, always a special experience!

In one word great! Delicious food.

The first day of spring and a beautiful sun-drenched day with temperatures above 20 degrees. The terrace was almost completely full this Friday afternoon. An enthusiastic team of young people completely pampered us this afternoon. Refined dishes with sleek plate presentations and beautiful flavors accompanied by carefully selected wines. This at very affordable prices, especially during the all-in spring package that runs until the end of May.

Again super. We had not been there for two years, but the kitchen has again created incredibly beautiful and tasty dishes. The wines are also delicious.

We were (once again) impressed by: the ambiance, the atmosphere, the warm welcome, the friendly staff (also the kitchen brigade sometimes serves a course), and the refined dishes that again looked great and with exciting flavor combinations. I almost forgot the well-chosen matching wines per course, which are also served in half glasses upon request. Chiel, Laura and team: thank you for an unforgettable evening!

Had a delicious meal here the day before yesterday. The reception was great. Nice atmosphere in the restaurant. The appetizers were great, the same as the 6-course menu. Too bad I can't give more than 5 stars because they deserve it.

Finally open!! After often taking away during corona, the six of us were finally able to eat here. And it was so nice and cozy. Everything was excellent, from the service, the appetizers, the menu, the wine to the delicious Irish coffees (recommended as a ending) and the accompanying friandise. We will definitely come here more often. Another compliment on behalf of my son: "It's great that you remembered from the takeaway order that I don't like oranges, and that you took this into account."

Top restaurant, everything is right here! Extremely friendly service that will pamper you all evening long. Tasty dishes that are often served directly by the kitchen staff on beautifully presented plates. Everything was equally delicious, with the langoustine on pork belly being the absolute highlight. Would love to come back here again.

Good food, but would advise paying attention to the speed of serving the food. We asked to take it a bit slower, because we thought otherwise we would be standing outside for 2 hours after a 6 course dinner.

Great restaurant. Very intimate and atmospheric. We had an extensive lunch and it was excellent. Also as a whiskey drinker it is pleasant to see that there are various qualities of whiskey available. We will definitely come here more often.

Star-worthy, as far as we are concerned. Nice and quiet ambiance due to limited number of tables. Enjoyed the creative appetizers, and each of the 6 courses was spot on with a beautiful variety of flavors and autumnal ingredients.

Went to Le Sable yesterday evening. After a nice welcome, we sat outside and enjoyed some delicious appetizers. then went inside and enjoyed all the delicious dishes and wines that were served. Everyone in the service was able to explain in detail what was on our plate and also what kind of wines they were. Had a wonderful evening and will definitely do it again.

Delicious food, the pommes soufflées are a work of art. The service is also sublime!!!!!!

Finally had dinner at Le Sable and it certainly won't be the last time, all in one word great. You will be warmly welcomed with, in our case, a nice glass of Champagne by the hostess and then provided with a number of appetizers that have been prepared for our table in the reception room. After this reception you will be guided to your table for dinner, where we enjoyed a delicious 6 course dinner with matching wines. Overlooking the open kitchen where the dishes are prepared in peace and then served at the table by a young team who are very skilled and experienced. If you want to enjoy a top culinary evening, you should definitely not miss this restaurant.

Easily the best experience I’ve had in any restaurant near Eindhoven, and best experience I’ve had at any restaurant that does not have Michelin stars. My prediction is that there are 2 of those in their future. Well done Chiel and Laura!

We had the vegetarian 5 course menu with the matching wine arrangement. It was just pure enjoyment. The food is all so special. Taste-wise it exceeded all my expectations. The food was stylishly presented and contained nice combinations of textures. Service was also perfect. If you want to eat something really special, this is the place to be.

Wanted to just order some desserts to go (which would have been simple for them) and was literally turned away at the door (on a Thursday, when the place wasn't even full). Not very good customer service.

Ate here on the recommendation of my daughter. We opted for the 6 course menu, which seemed like a lot, but in retrospect it was a good choice. In terms of quantity it was sufficient. The chef was able to indulge himself, given the great variety. Given the good weather, we ate the first courses outside on the terrace and when the weather got colder, we moved inside. Tasty amuses and a number of courses were served on separate plates, see photos. All courses left me wanting more. Next time maybe eat al carte so the portions are larger. Now it's more of a tasting. You can choose a wine arrangement. The wine list is very extensive.

What I particularly appreciate is that Chiel and Laura pay a lot of attention to their guests and explain all the dishes in detail. We come here often and we see this restaurant and the brigade growing every time. Today we were able to enjoy a completely new menu. All dishes are a subtle combination of pure ingredients and beautiful flavors. The main course with the different preparations of Lamb is an adventure in itself. Had a truly wonderful experience with delicious food, but the ambiance is excellent overall. The welcome is personal, comfort and space have been taken into account and not being able to place as many tables as possible. Amuses are delicious and surprising and the knowledge of the staff is also good. Nice to see the young crew at work with passion and expertise. The dishes are really complete and delicious in combination with the wines. We took the six courses and enjoyed every course. The wagyu beef was the highlight for me. It's a real shame that this was an intermediate dish. Every detail is taken into account during your visit and that makes it just better than other restaurants that also strive for a high level. A star can't stay out here for long.

We begrijpen nu waarom er zo 'n lange wachtlijsten zijn. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd, een zeer vlotte bediening en 2 gerechten wat ik op een aantal andere plaatsen probeerde maar het toch mijn ding niet was, de wagyu en oester. De bijpassende wijnen zijn zorgvuldig uitgekozen. Wat voor ons de beleving afmaakte was dat iedereen die aan je tafel kwam, met even veel passie en kennis over de gerechten/wijnen kwam vertellen. Le Sable is een echte aanrader!

Samen met mijn partner hebben we onlangs een onvergetelijke avond beleefd bij Le Sable. Het 5-gangen diner was een ware culinaire reis vol verrassende smaken en bijzondere amuses. Wat de avond nog specialer maakte, was de toevoeging van een amuse vóór het dessert, wat een leuke verrassing was. Het wijnarrangement was de perfecte aanvulling op de gerechten en versterkte de smaakbeleving. De sommelier wist precies welke wijnen bij welke gangen pasten. De service was attent en vriendelijk, en de ambiance in het restaurant zorgde voor een ontspannen en gezellige sfeer. De akoestiek is uitstekend en de open keuken mooi om naar te kijken. Kortom, Le Sable heeft ons aangenaam verrast met een avond vol culinaire hoogtepunten. We kijken ernaar uit om hier weer terug te keren en meer van hun heerlijke gerechten te proeven.

Heerlijk eten en leuke bediening.

Fuimos por primera vez para celebrar el cumpleaños de nuestro amigo, porque había descubierto este sitio a través del periódico. Pedimos el menú de 5 platos, uno de nosotros versión vegetariana, y la experiencia fue tan completa y excelente que nos olvidamos incluso de sacar fotos... La combinación de sabores locales con toques de fuera es ideal. Notas de sabor japonés, español, italiano, hindú, indonesio... Todo ello, servido por un personal extremadamente amable y agradable, y en un entorno muy tranquilo. Remarcar que el menú vegetariano fue excelente tanto en presentación, como sabores y texturas. Una experiencia muy recomendable.

Absolute perfectie!. Vanaf het moment van ontvangst aan de deur tot het vertrek was de bediening aangenaam, attent en perfect. Het restaurant is aangenaam stijlvol ongericht. Mooi om te zien dat de stijl en kleuren tot de kleinste details harmonieus in het hele restaurant zijn doorgevoerd. De wijnen waren uitstekend, origineel en harmoniërden goed met de gerechten. Leuk dat ook bij een wijnarrangement de fles even op tafel blijft staan, zodat je die nog eens kan bekijken. Het belangrijkste, de gerechten. De gerechten waren ronduit heerlijk, perfect in balans. Een geweldig menu. Wij hadden hier een veel betere ervaring dan een paar maanden eerder in een restaurant met 2 Michelin sterren. We zijn natuurlijk terug geweest. Nog steeds hebben wij de absolute perfectie van de bediening en van de keuken ervaren

Fantastische locatie, mooie ambience, fijn personeel. De passie voor het bereiden van het eten is duidelijk merkbaar. Elk gerechtje is een ware smaakexplosie en de presentatie een lust voor t oog. Ook de cocktails waren heerlijk. Het was n supermiddag. Chapeau!

Wat een jong gepassioneerd team staat hier klaar om je een heerlijke avond te bezorgen. Oog voor detail, zowel op gebied van gastvrijheid en persoonlijke aandacht als voor alle culinaire smaaksensaties en creaties. Heerlijk gegeten, vele smaakbelevingen kunnen ervaren in een gemoedelijke setting.

Allereerst wil ik jullie bedanken voor de fantastische avond. Jullie hebben er ambassadeurs bij ;). We hebben enorm genoten, waren enorm verrast door de fijne, goede en boven uiterst vriendelijke service. Van ontvangst met prachtige amuses tot de verfijnde gerechte. Het was ronduit een 10! De kennis en passie spat van jullie allen af. Het was voluit genieten.
