Restaurant Limonaia in Wijk 02 Noordflank

We had an excellent meal at a very reasonable price. The restaurant is located in a greenhouse on the other side of the garden/shop. It's simple, but tastefully decorated with plants and other items. The friendly staff is very mindful of the 1.5-meter social distancing protocol. The menu offers several unique options, all organic, of course. The antipasti (€14.50) is highly recommended. More than enough for two people, although the low price suggests you get less. We went back two days later, and the antipasti was completely different that day. It's nice that it can be different every day. This time it was mostly meat; the first time it was fish. There's no children's menu, but the staff was kind enough to order a pizza from the other restaurant at Villa Augustus, which does have a children's menu. Because only terraces are allowed to open, you can't really sit dry at the other terrace in heavy rain and wind (small parasols are provided). At Limonaia, you can sit dry in the greenhouse. Ideal. It's a bit chilly because the doors remain open. Definitely recommended, in any case. From the parking lot, walk left (instead of right, as this is only indicated after the parking lot).
