We had a wonderful evening with family today (Boxing Day) and a delicious meal! The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. The restaurant's building itself is an experience in itself. It's an all-you-can-eat concept, but we didn't experience it at all like most all-you-can-eat restaurants. See you next time!

This isn't all you can eat, but ALL we will serve, one dish at a time. After the first dish, the serving time increases drastically... so ultimately, you can only order a very limited amount... that's a nice profit... what a scam!

We ate here tonight. It's a nice all-you-can-eat concept, but several people in our group left unsatisfied (read: hungry). We spent four hours here, and the goal of 20 minutes per course was nowhere near being met (more like 30-45 minutes). The food wasn't very tasty; unfortunately, the carpaccio from the supermarket is more flavorful. The building is beautiful (acoustics a bit poor) and the staff are friendly!

We ate here after a day trip to Alkmaar. I wouldn't recommend it. The atmosphere is quite pleasant and the staff are friendly. The food really wasn't anything special. You can choose one dish per round, and the portions were quite large. Because of this, we didn't get to try as much as we initially wanted. We didn't find the food special; it was rather bland/tasteless. There was no salt or pepper on the table. There was no pregnancy card or option to accommodate pregnancy. So I chose suitable dishes myself. They advertise that you leave a good Google review, after which you get a free cup of coffee or tea. I think that's why the reviews are a bit higher than they actually are. I don't want to completely dismiss the restaurant, but I certainly wouldn't go there again.

I went here spontaneously yesterday. The food was absolutely delicious. Lots of different flavors, so there's something for everyone. If you're a big eater like me, it can be a bit frustrating because the portions go quickly and it can take a while for another round. The price-quality ratio is excellent. The service, however, is excellent! Charron, thank you for your kindness and great service. We felt welcome and served quickly. See you next time ;)

Delicious food! A great concept, of course, with all those little snacks, so you'll come home completely satisfied.

The worst food I have ever eaten in a restaurant. The decor is wonderful but the food is terrible! Also, the dishes aren't served at the same time, so you can be sitting with nothing whilst your companion is eating. We complained about the food after the first course and asked to speak to the manager. Her answer was "we have 45 dishes on the menu". I don't know what that was supposed to mean. We didn't get any apology or recompense. Dreadful!!

Highly recommended! I had a wonderful meal here with my parents tonight. The food was phenomenal, everything much more luxurious and delicious than expected considering the price range, and the service was fantastic. We'll definitely be back!

Beautiful location, one choice per round. Excellent food.

Good food, but very slow service. At first, it took 20 minutes per round, and then often 30 minutes. The last hour was even slower. The long wait after each round was annoying. After more than four hours, we were finally full, just in time, as the kitchen closed at 9:45 PM. I would have liked four more rounds. Unfortunately, not worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it.

The waitress who served us was very pleasant and knew her trade. But for a restaurant that prides itself on high-quality dishes, the kitchen still needs a lot of improvement. The steak dish contained far too little meat, the chicken satay was a bit tough, the pizza had so much cheese it tasted like a grilled cheese sandwich, and the steak was cold/lukewarm and well-done when we requested rare. It's a shame, because for a few tens of euros more, I could have eaten at a good restaurant.

Lovely atmosphere. For an all-you-can-eat concept, drinks are extra. The dishes are really good quality and beautifully presented. They're not too big, so you can try several. Highly recommended. For this concept, it's the best I've ever had.

Restaurant De Lindetuin – Excellent quality and service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We dined here on a whim, looking for a new all-you-can-eat experience. And what a pleasant surprise! At De Lindetuin, you order one dish at a time per person – just right. Portions are not too big or too small, beautifully presented plates with stylish garnishes. Everything is delicious and of excellent quality. No "fake steak" like at some large all-you-can-eat restaurants, but genuinely good meat and fresh ingredients. The service was excellent. Despite the crowds, two young, efficient waitresses ensured everything ran smoothly. The tip was more than deserved. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates quality and a pleasant atmosphere!

De bediening was erg vriendelijk, maar het eten was erg slecht. Het ging al fout bij het reserveren. Ik reserveerde via hun website, kreeg ook nog een mail om het te bevestigen en dat deed ik ook. Toen we daar aankwamen zeiden ze dat we het fout hadden gedaan terwijl ik wel de bevestiging had. Echter hadden ze nog wel ergens een krap plekje. Bediening was erg vriendelijk, alleen stonden ze met zijn tweeën, terwijl het erg druk was. Daardoor moesten we erg lang wachten. De vleesgerechten waren taai en smakeloos. De zalm was heel droog en erg karig. Er zat nauwelijks saus en smaak bij. De biefstukpuntjes waren erg taai. De garnalencocktail was erg slecht van kwaliteit. Het leek alsof ze garnalen uit een tapasbakje van de supermarkt vandaan hadden gehaald, er zat ook nauwelijks saus bij. Alleen de pasta's waren erg lekker. Ik zou er niet nog een keer heen gaan.

We have eaten here before and are familiar with the concept. Unfortunately had a very bad experience tonight. We had to wait a long time (1.5 hours) between the first and second dish. An apology was offered by the wait staff. Unfortunately, things went wrong again. Tablemates had already finished for a long time and after more than 30 minutes still nothing, etc. There was only 1 person taking orders. The reason given was that it was very busy tonight, so staff could not keep an eye on everything. In other words: making money is more important than giving the customer a fun and enjoyable evening. Unfortunately a bad experience.

It was my mother's birthday, and we organized a surprise party for her. We had a wonderful evening! The staff was great, and the food was excellent. I called back later because I accidentally left too little of a tip—€5 instead of €15—and even then they remained friendly. I would definitely come back (and tip properly next time). Thanks again for everything!!!

Lovely location to have a drink in the garden.

Nice place to sit, the service is friendly and good! The food could be better. We had a few dishes: the beef steak was good, but prepared differently three times. I think the devil's prawns would have been better served in oil instead of vegetables. The salmon was a bit overcooked. The duck (broschette de canard): make sure the fat on the duck leg is cooked through, then it's perfect... this time it was okay. The scallop was good! Just one piece. The shrimp cocktail was prawns, not shrimp, not what you expect from a shrimp cocktail. Overall, the food was good/good, but not great. There's definitely room for improvement, but I hope the restaurant can address this. Again, the service was good and prompt!

This is really one of the better all you can eat places. It s like "all you can eat but make it a bit classy" . The food quality is great, the plating is also lovely and besides some dishes which are probably there for picky eaters and to save some euros, most were really nice! The dish i liked the most was the goat cheese and beet "tartar". On top of that, what i was really surprised by was actually the rucola: I've never had such flavourful and delicious rucola lol. I wish I asked where they got it from.

A fun concept where you can order everything on the menu in miniature, one after the other. Less suitable for intimate dinners, as you'll be more likely to be interrupted by waiters and waitresses, but definitely enjoyable for a relaxed experience. The food was fine; don't expect culinary masterpieces, but it was simply good.

We had a wonderful meal for six people, taking it easy and choosing what we wanted, and everything tasted great. It's worth it, and I'd love to come back. The service is super friendly, and the entrance, which runs alongside the kitchen, is a nice welcome feature. Don't expect a "sliding" restaurant like most all-you-can-eat restaurants; here you can sit back and enjoy your meal without being pushed out after two hours.

Mijn ex had dit restaurant aanbevolen, ik denk dat hij me nog steeds haat omdat ik het heb uitgemaakt... Buiten heeft het een mooi aanzicht en het personeel is vriendelijk. Dat is ook het enige positieve.... Het eten was alles behalve lekker. Elk gerecht was weer een teleurstelling. Overigens was het een snikhete dag en binnen was er niks te vinden qua ventilatoren of verkoeling. De hele zaal zat vol en het was me toch een herrie! Al zou ik hier gratis mogen eten dan zou ik nog niet terug gaan.

Op de website beloven ze je luxe gerechten maar vandaag was ons eten alles behalve luxe. De helft was koud en overgaar of droog. Heel spijtig dat we het beloofde niet gekregen hebben voor deze prijs .

Bad experience. The setting is beautiful. The acoustics are terrible. It is difficult to understand each other. The food is ok. The problem is the speed of the follow-up of the tiny mini dishes. Since you are only allowed to order when you have neatly finished your plate and then you have to wait at least 20 minutes for the next tiny mini dish, it all takes far too long. And if you are then short on time because there is more than a suuuuperlong dinner, you almost have to beg if you can please order 2 dishes. So all in all, you paid the main price for an unsatisfied feeling. I was just not hungry anymore and I am really not a big eater. All in all, I think I can eat half a plate at most. Seems like a nice way to make money. Giving your guests the idea that it is all you can eat, but that does not work according to the rules they have set. The staff is friendly, that is why I gave it 2 stars.

Sinds bestaan Lindetuin kwamen wij met zekere regelmaat. Bediening was ene keer beter dan andere, maar eten was altijd erg lekker en daar kwamen we voor. Deze (laatste) keer was klap in gezicht: kreeftensaus bij pasta nog wateriger aftreksel dan de soep, garnalencocktail nog half bevroren diepvriesgarnaal met blaadje sla en drup cocktailsaus uit fles, ga zo maar door. Kwaliteit van het eten was echt deceptie. We gaan pas terug als we horen/lezen dat er weer iemand achter de pannen staat met hart voor de zaak.

Extremely disgusting food. You can taste that the business model is cheap meat. Also, there is no care for the taste experience because there are no herbs or a little sauce. With the exception of the balsamic vinegar from Lidl that is impossible to get rid of and extremely sour

I can say that for my first experience at Lindetuin; the atmosphere is nice, warm and friendly. Everyone from the kitchen staff to the waiters are very friendly and attentive. The concept works flawlessly. All the food is fresh and delicious. I recommend it for a nice few hours and a delicious meal.

With Coen in the kitchen, preparing one delicious dish after another together with his colleagues. We were here for the first time and will definitely come back. It was a wonderful evening. Fun with the family. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy and certainly not too busy. Compact space that still gives a homely atmosphere. Very warm indeed. The chairs are not exactly made for long legs. The service is also great.

Last night we had a delicious meal with a friend at this restaurant. We ended up lasting more than 3 hours and were able to taste many of the dishes. The Lindeburger was my personal favorite :) The dishes were served very quickly and when it was finished, we were able to order something new almost immediately. Really class service!! The service was really friendly and every now and then had time for a short chat. At the end we were given a short tour of the entire restaurant; very nice! We had a spot at the bar; I personally think that this helped us even faster and in terms of atmosphere, etc. it was also a great place. The only minor downside was the steak, which was unfortunately tough and not tasty; but fortunately there were plenty of other dishes that more than made up for it! Highly recommended for a delicious meal!

Huisvesting in mooi pand maar met zeer slechte akoestiek. Veel keuze in gerechtjes, maar de kwaliteit is abominabel. Drooggekookt stoofpotje, droog satehtje met zurige saus, hier en daar gebrek aan smaak of zout, risotto, pasta, biefstuk en nachos karig in kwaliteit en smaak, enz. Bediening vriendelijk totdat er gesnauwd werd dat ingeleverd bestek niet meer aangeboden wordt. "Ik blijf niet an de gang". Geen aanrader.

Had a lovely dinner on a Friday evening. The five of us enjoyed 23 different dishes, of which the favorites were of course ordered several times. Service was smooth, friendly and attentive.

The service here is really great, you are treated great, they are friendly and they come to help you quickly. The food also looks delicious, I was completely full of it. Furthermore, it also tastes good and I am very satisfied. Salt and pepper are not necessary at all, the dishes already have a lot of flavor. De bediening hier is echt tof, je wordt er geweldig behandelt, zijn vriendelijk en komen je snel helpen. Het eten ziet er ook verrukkelijk uit, zat helemaal vol ervan. Verder smaakt het ook goed en ben ik erg tevreden. Top kwaliteit Peper en zout helemaal niet nodig, de gerechten hebben al zelf veel smaak.

Great place, all you can eat concept is not too compelling, but does give some 'pressure'. Food is fine, cold shrimp may be a bit tasteless, hot dishes are fine. Service smooth and appropriate. Tip: salt and pepper on the table.

First time I have visited an all you can eat and not been able to eat enough. The portions are very small. The time between 2 different portions sometimes increases to 45 minutes. So after 3.5 hours I only had 7 small portions. Steak was of poor quality. A beautiful building that used to house the Alkmaar militia. Poor acoustics so you can hardly hear each other.

Delicious food!!! One of our children is a picky eater, but several requests (dishes without sauce/pizza with only cheese) were made for him without any problems. We have never seen him eat so well in a restaurant. We also thought the food was very tasty and the service was great! We will definitely come back here again!

Mooi restaurant met matig eten. All you can wat kwaliteit. Het restaurant zat vol, maar ik kan mij niet voorstellen dat mensen terugkomen. Leuk dat je best veel kunt eten voor €41, maar ik ga liever voor goed eten.

Very bad. You are only allowed to order food when your plate is empty. It really takes a long time before you get your dish. Price quality really not worth it. Very commercial and no attention for the customer at all. Everything based on making a profit. Got very bad.

Nice restaurant, very nice menu with a lot of 'tasty' dishes. The chicken dishes were delicious, unfortunately the steak was very disappointing, both the tips and the normal steak. These were both very well cooked, the same goes for the salmon and the sole. Unfortunately because of this experience I will not return.

Concept klinkt leuk, maar bediening vertraagt opzettelijk de bestelling zodat je maar 1 gerechtje per half uur kunt eten. En de gerechtjes zijn zeer klein en matig van kwaliteit. Carpaccio stond al zo lang klaar dat het uitgedroogd aan het bord plakte, het mini-biefstukje was taai en veel gerechten waren lauw en hadden weinig smaak. Drie keer om peper gevraagd om nog wat smaak toe te voegen, maar bediening vond het geen probleem om je een half uur te laten wachten met je gerechtje voor je neus. Je betaalt veel geld voor kwalitatief en kwantitatief matig eten en ongeïnteresseerde bediening. Het is een rip-off en teleurstellend. Eén keer, maar nooit meer.

The food was tasty, but it is certainly not “all you can eat”. You may only order 1 dish per round and the next round will only be recorded when your plate is picked up. It then takes 20 minutes before your dish arrives. The result? Going home hungry and unable to try desserts because they don't serve anything after 9:30 PM and you are not allowed to order anything extra. Very unfortunate for €40.

You may only order something again when you have finished one dish. However, they don't come around enough, so we were still hungry at 9:45 PM and weren't allowed to order anything anymore. When we asked if we could order more at once, this was not possible. Not recommended

The room is very noisy, so you cannot hear each other well. Dishes of mediocre quality and the flavors are not special. The dishes are not large and the time between dishes is very long. So you have to be very patient, but the drinks are quickly consumed and served. This is where it is earned. Staff is generally young and inexperienced. In the evening after dinner at this restaurant I suffered a lot from heartburn/heartburn.

Eaten here often. It is fine for two people if you start on time (5:30 PM). Tasty small dishes, beautifully prepared and well flavoured. I also really like delicious little desserts. Quite a lot of choice, there is something tasty for everyone. Beautiful location, especially the room with the blue walls and that beautiful lamp on the right as you enter. But... If you are going to eat with several people, from experience I think it is certainly less suitable. It all takes quite a long time and you don't get the plates at the same time. And the service is really very rigid. I can't get a laugh or a joke out of it and there is a lot of emphasis on the drinks, which is logical, but disturbing because they are so impersonal and unfriendly. I think two in the service is just not enough, because those girls really have to walk a lot. Anyway, pleasant, friendly service is the calling card of your restaurant. So in itself a good and fun concept, but I think it certainly doesn't work optimally... too bad! Because it is a beautiful location

Ate here with my family last Sunday. The experience was really great! The concept of the all-you-can-eat menu with many different dishes was really nice. We had made a reservation in advance, so the four of us definitely had a spot. The restaurant was not completely full, but reservations for an evening out are recommended. You always choose 1 dish when ordering. You will then receive a small portion of this. The amount of food per round is just right. It is of course an all-you-can-eat concept, so you shouldn't be completely full after 1 round. Good service from the staff, everyone was very friendly! I would definitely eat here again. The pasta pollo in particular is highly recommended. The atmosphere is also very good, with nice music in the background.

The refined and yet quite luxurious dishes that were served a year ago have unfortunately disappeared. Unfortunately, no equivalent dishes were returned. This does not improve the overall experience... the atmosphere and the service are very nice and friendly. However, the menu is quite simple… hopefully this will be taken to the next level soon.

Had dinner with 30 people tonight. Were welcome and had their own room. Good service and didn't have to wait long for food. Food was tasty and lots of choice. Also vegetarian!

The food itself is delicious and the plates are beautifully presented. However, orders take a very long time. We arrived at half past eight and were able to order 4 dishes per person at the last minute and there was no time for dessert.

Great experience, the dining lounge had a very nice atmosphere and wasn't too noisy. The big majority of the food was great, very luxury for an all you can eat, absolutely worth the price.

We regularly eat out here and always go home very satisfied because of the delicious dishes and friendly service. Highly recommended
