Restaurant & Lounge in Hoofddorp

Went to restaurant for dinner with my family. Ordered 3 meals (2 Salmon and 1 Steak). After waiting 20 mins plus for meals we got 1 Salmon plus the Steak dishes and was told he would be returning with the steak knife (never returned). However they total left out the other Salmon meal. After we asked about the other meal 10 mins after. We asked another server about the additional meal she went to inquire but did not come back to say anything about the meal but asked if we wanted water (note they never ask for the drinks order). We were waiting for all the meal to order drink. The table allocated next to a door which was left open with persons outside smoking. So the cigarette smoke was coming in. Granted this started with a male staff member and ended with a female. I may have understood the multiple issues if the restaurant was busy but not with only 4 tables occupied. Very disappointing experience.

Rooms are clean and comfortable yet it's a remote area where it's quite a ways from restaurants and shopping. We also had to wait 45 min for the hotel shuttle, while other hotel went past two or three times we sat and waited. The hotel just has a recording for the shuttle, nobody to talk too. I will look at other options next time.

The food was some of the most bland, flavorless food I’ve tasted in quite some time. The kids’ menu cheese pizza was the best thing we ate, which is pretty revealing. I ordered a Moroccan spicy chicken wrap. It had no spice whatsoever. It was flavorless. I put some mayo from my mediocre fries on it. Another child’s pasta was again, flavorless and she barely ate any. They did not want to give us tap water, but eventually allowed it. We should have ordered food to be delivered.

Service and atmosphere is great but the food was terrible. I ordered a simple margarita pizza which was undercooked and the pizza bread was chewy. The Korean chicken bites were very salty. Never again!

Fine, but still part of a large hotel. A bit impersonal.

Food was good, and the staff were really helpful and fun.

I have to disagree with my predecessors, even though the service was a bit slow at first, just right at the beginning... I have to say, the service was excellent, and even gluten intolerance is definitely catered for here 😀 The à la carte food was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend it...

Delicious pizza, made quickly, tasty.

Where to start from! First time I go to a hotel restaurant and have such bad treatment. Second night there they asked us if we had a reservation for food, which it doesn't say anywhere that we had to do. Because the menu is limited that evening, a buffet was also offered for €29 per person. I looked at the buffet, which had a lot of variety, but everything was empty. I asked if there will be a reffil and he says yes because we are waiting for a group. I waited an hour for this to happen and I asked the cook if they will be filled, he says they are finished if you have a problem talk to the chef. The waitress comes again and tells me I informed you that you will eat when the group arrives. The group is coming, but unfortunately those who are fasting also stayed because the staff only filled them with puree and rice. We asked for bread and waited 20 minutes because they would bake it at that time.!!! But the worst thing was the behavior of the cook and the kitchen staff because they saw me and laughed. very embarrassing !

Good service, an all right service, but the food was nothing special, leaning to mediocre at times.

Super delicious food and I got one of the best burgers ever and that's quite a feat. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.
