The food was very expensive and tasted like almost nothing, but the atmosphere was very positive.

The food was delicious, exceeding expectations. We were early, so it was still very quiet. But we had a good time. A wide selection of several dishes.

I've been to 3 similar restaurants this week and this was definitely the worst. I didn't find what I was served particularly special. But from what I read in other reviews, people are fortunately satisfied. 👍

A fine restaurant! Great service. The food is very tasty, but I have eaten better. That is of course possible and not a big deal. The food simply tastes good. At other all-you-can-eat places, many people have a birthday package. They didn't have that here, and that was a disappointment to us.

I ordered via Thuisbezorgd in the afternoon and had to wait an hour for my order without any updates or anything. That didn't bother me too much, but after I received my sushi I was disappointed. The outside was very tough and the cucumber was soft and tasteless. It looked like it had been sitting there for a day and wasn't made fresh. I wouldn't eat from here again.

We've been coming here for years, so people know us; it's always well taken care of and very tasty, nice quiet atmosphere. Went to Mint again today, the 18th, had a delicious meal once again, and really don't understand some people's comments; everything is wonderfully fresh, and the service is friendly. And yes, a drink is mandatory; to those who object to that, I want to say this: eat your fill as cheaply as possible, but don't have money left over for just one drink.

Nice in the middle of the city center... I prefer it if, for that price, drinks... soft drinks, water, and coffee or tea were included. Otherwise, quiet and pleasant.

We had a super delicious meal; everything was fresh, tender, and well-seasoned. The dishes were served quickly and the staff was friendly. Truly a wonderful experience. Worth repeating.

Worst decision ever. After reading the reviews, I wanted to give it a chance anyway, but man, I am never coming here again!! You have to wait a super long time for your food, and you get one small dish at a time. Everything is cold, tough, and nothing is fresh. And on top of that, a rude host. Don't come here!

I ate here once a long time ago. It was good back then, but the recent negative reviews are absolutely true. It was such a disappointment. We didn't receive the last dish from the first round we ordered until 1.5 hours later. There was absolutely no logic to the order in which it was served. Even the wait staff admitted that it was a mess tonight.

Delicious sushi, wide choice and everything tastes fresh.

It looks nice, and the atmosphere was great. We often had to wait a long time for our food, and we didn't even get some dishes at all. Otherwise, the food we did receive tasted good. It's a great place if you want some sushi, but I wouldn't necessarily recommend it. Personally, I won't be back.

My friend and I recently dined here and were incredibly pleased with our experience. I was especially pleasantly surprised by the sheer number of options to choose from. Despite it being a Saturday night, we found the service quite fast and courteous. The food was absolutely delicious: regardless of the meat, it was tender, the sushi was beautifully prepared and the rice never fell apart, the soups were delicious, the teppanyaki was a favorite... I could go on and on... We enjoyed it so much that we ended up eating for three hours straight 🙃... and we didn't encounter a single dish we didn't like. We were thrilled with the variety, which you don't often find in all-you-can-eat sushi restaurants these days. We ate here this time with a social deal price, but we will definitely be back, even if we pay the standard price! Highly recommended :^)

One star, but that's also because I can't give it a 0. I went to PSV with my father and had dinner at Mint beforehand. We knew from previous reviews not to overestimate it, but even the worst review was better than expected. The first round was okay, but only the spring rolls were warm, and after waiting a total of 34 minutes, the rest were lukewarm or even ice cold. For the second round, I ordered mango sushi with fish. But now I'm starting to think they picked the mango themselves, because by round 5, I still haven't seen a trace of the sushi. We've also ordered desserts. But we've also been waiting 45 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, a slice of layer cake, and a piece of brownie. We'd read in previous reviews that it's busy then, but here you can count the customers on one hand. Definitely not recommended unless you want a slightly less warm meal. In that case, it's best to order at 9:00 AM so you'll have your meal around 8:00 PM. One star is completely deserved.

The food was lukewarm. I waited 50 minutes, ordered four rounds of food, and received four dishes. I wasn't asked for drinks. So I wouldn't recommend going there; I'd rather go to Mojo.

We had to wait an incredibly long time for our food, and it took an hour before we even got our first round. We laughed at the staff along with the other guests about how long it was taking. Disgraceful. The food was good, though. Some of the staff were grumpy.

The food was delicious, but the wait times and service were unacceptable. We sat for two hours and only consumed two drinks (which we even had to try to order). The staff clearly couldn't handle the volume of customers. Despite dissatisfied guests and absurdly long wait times, they kept letting in guests. This is not something we'll be returning to.

Absolutely ridiculous! The three of us dined here on Monday night before going to the movies. After 50 minutes, we'd had a good four dishes, half of which were lukewarm. There was one server, one in the kitchen, and one serving the food. We all understand it can get busy, but having to wait over an hour for a full meal, and then paying €130 for it, is ridiculous! Absolutely not recommended.

I've been coming to Mint since they opened, and for good reason! Great people, delicious food, and plenty of time and space to enjoy! So I say come and enjoy the sushi, Asian salads, and delicious hot dishes 🙏❤️

We had to wait a very long time for our drinks when we were seated (I think 20+ minutes). They also brought us the wrong drinks. One cocktail glass still had lipstick on it, which wasn't ours. The bacon was very hard and not very tasty. We also got the wrong dessert. The staff was friendly, but overall, it wasn't a very pleasant experience.

Visited on a Saturday when the place was packed. Friendly welcome, tasty food, no pushiness noticed. Had to wait a bit for the first and second order of dishes due to the crowds. Not really bothersome for us; we came for the atmosphere and had time. The food was generally above average compared to other all-you-can-eat restaurants with the same concept. A few dishes could have used a bit more seasoning (kangaroo with black pepper, beef tenderloin skewer sauce), but there was nothing to fault regarding the quality of the products / the meat itself. Worth a repeat visit.

Very bad! We had to wait 20 minutes before someone came to help us upon arrival. Once we got a table somewhere in a corner behind a table with all sorts of staff junk, It was also terribly cold there, and we were sitting in a draft by the window! We had to wait 45 minutes for the first rounds. The sushi that was being prepared was just sitting there ready to be picked up for 15 minutes at a time. After 2 rounds (we sat there for an hour and a half), we finally left because the food was simply inedible, and we left hungry. They will never see us again.

Our flight to Eindhoven was delayed, so we decided to grab a bite to eat in Eindhoven. We went looking for Social Deal restaurants and saw several all-you-can-eat restaurants. The closest restaurant was Mint. Before ordering Social Deal vouchers, we wanted to make sure there were still seats available. So we went into Mint and asked if we could eat with Social Deal vouchers. The waitress immediately asked if we had already ordered Social Deal vouchers. If not, it wasn't necessary, as she could offer the meal at the Social Deal price without us having to order Social Deal vouchers. We still had our coats on, and the waitress immediately asked if we wanted something to drink. We said we'd wait until later because we'd already had enough to drink. Just after the first round, the waitress—in a not-so-friendly, but very insistent tone—came over and explained that a minimum of one drink was required, and pointed to the menu where this was listed. It's also very strange that the menu clearly states that you can enjoy all you want, but you're only allowed a maximum of two dessert items per person. The waitress explained that the menu referred to the dishes, and dessert wasn't a dish. Well, she reads what she wants to read, so...

Fine all-you-can-eat restaurant, you can eat for as long as you want until you don't want to anymore. It is a bit pushy that you have to order a mandatory drink, though not nice.

I really don't understand the negative reviews. Delicious food, fast and friendly service, and all for a good price.

Absolutely AWFUL service is slow food is TERRIBLE I had stomach flu because of something I ate there, at so expensive will never make that mistake again.

Eight of us came for dinner and were immediately greeted with an unfriendly welcome. Before we'd even taken off our coats, the waitress asked what we'd like to drink. When two of us still didn't know, she bluntly said, "Everyone has to order at least one drink." That immediately made us feel uneasy. The food was fine, nothing to complain about. It was strange, though, that with all-you-can-eat, you're only allowed two desserts per person. Towards the end, the waitress became a bit friendlier when she saw we'd ordered a lot. On a positive note, the chef politely offered us mints at the exit. It's a shame the table service wasn't more welcoming.

The service was really bad and the woman that attended us was rude. She refused to speak English to us and kept repentina the same thing over and over again in Dutch. The menyu was limited, there were not a lot of sushi dishes and lost if it was fried fast food( not even japanese ). The prices we’re really high(30€per person). But the worst thing is that the food was not fresh, me and my friend both have had stomach aches and digestion problems for two days now. The restaurant was empty.

The food delivery takes really long during peak hours, the crowds can't be kept up. Otherwise very tasty food and after the crowds everything went smoothly again!

the food was horrible, disgusting, old, the meat was inedible, if you didn't eat something you had to pay 2 euros, even if you didn't like it. As a restaurant in the city center should be, the staff should be able to speak fluent English. The waitresses spoke two words at a time and didn't understand what was said to them. When the staff found out that we were foreigners, they immediately looked down on us and didn't speak to us when we asked something. Food was thrown as if it was going to dogs. After we ordered dessert, our tablet was taken away without us knowing, while we still had time to order. For two people and two drinks we paid 90 euros, which is a very high price in relation to the quality. You can't eat enough, because the food is disgusting. The sushi was dried out and the rice was disgusting. I strongly advise against it and will definitely never go there again.

Very unfriendly staff and very expensive for the quality of the food. Sushi is not fresh and barely any raw fish sushi rolls on the menu (only for extra costs). The restaurant has a nice vibe to sit, but for the food and service I would suggest any other sushi place.

First time eating sushi here, the lady upstairs was there if you needed her. She was truly a hostess. The dishes did not come at the same time, but that in itself was not a problem... then you would not be full as quickly. We didn't sit too close to other tables either, so our evening was a success!

Staff not polite, the food was also not tasty and much of it was greasy. If you had questions you couldn't even finish your question before the staff walked away.

Few people have bad sake and you can see the service for yourself

To start the service felt very cold and unwelcoming, especially after I said I didn't want all you can eat as I can only ever at most finish 2 sushi rolls. I ended up ordering 3 rolls as they come in sets of 3. The tuna and salmon roll were ok ish. Nothing to write home about but palatable. The third roll was a spicy tuna roll, and I am almost certain it was just canned tuna.

Had a reservation at 7:00 PM and had to wait more than 20 minutes. You will be placed upstairs to wait. Lots of space upstairs, but is it closed?

Bij Mint aangekomen zagen we teveel tafels die niet bezet waren, maar waar wel nog bordjes, schaaltjes en glazen niet afgeruimd waren. Signaal 1. Het eten bleef lang weg. De kwaliteit is zeer matig. De susi’s zijn niet bijzonder. Het was niet vers. Coquilles zijn te hard gekookt. Het best was nog de rijst, maar die heb ik thuis ook. Signaal 2. De toiletten zijn niet schoon. Er wordt hier onvoldoende aandacht aan besteed. Signaal 3. Conclusie; geen ster waard voor dit restaurant. En zelfs voor een Social Deal niet goed genoeg. En je hebt geen Social Deal nodig als het allemaal goed en vers is. Dan liever 40 euro betalen en naar het veel betere Mojo.

We came for the lunch menu but the dinner menu has been charged. It was cold in the room.

The sushi varied greatly in quality. One dish was a bit too dry and fell apart or was too cold and the other dish was very tasty. It was a surprise what you got. The staff were too busy and were working hard because we had to ask for drinks ourselves.

Ordered sushi here last Monday. We were a bit hesitant because of the many negative reviews, but it was very tasty and fresh. The only point for improvement was that they indicated 6:30 PM as the delivery time and did not arrive until 7:00 PM.

After waiting more than 40 minutes for the first round, we unfortunately had to conclude that the quality of the Sushi was far below standard and the service was really bad. The price was outrageously expensive considering the service, ambiance and quality!

We indicated in advance whether we could bring our dog (a small Maltese). That was not a problem, but once on site it was very difficult to do so. When our dog barked once, we were immediately confronted: "Dog don't woof". 🫤 In summary, the food was excellent but the service was subpar, which is a shame.

We didn't find the food very tasty. It wasn't necessarily very bad, hence the three stars for the food, but it just wasn't all that bad. The location is nice, but the atmosphere inside is disappointing.

Service was tien keer niks, eten was OUD en KOUD, gebruikte bordjes kwamen ze NIET ophalen, lang moeten wachten voordat het bediening kwam en wij zijn HALVERWEGE het eten opgestaan. Dit was de eerste keer dat wij naar zo een restaurant zijn geweest en meteen ook de LAATSTE KEER.

Het zal wel de beperking zijn van het beheersen van de taal maar we werden erg dwingend aangesproken. 'Naam!' Ik wilde uileggen dat via socialdeal kwamen maar de mevrouw kerk geërgerd: 'Naam?!' Mn naam gegeven. Ok.. blijkbaar betekende dit 'loopt u maar even achter mij aan'. Tafeltje voor t raam gevraagd tijdens het reserveren, dat was er ook maar daar mochten we niet gaan zitten. 'Nee!! Daar of daar!!, die gereserveerd!!' Ja.. dat zijn wij.. We gaan aan een ander tafeltje zitten en toen drong het door bij de mevrouw in de bediening en uiteindelijk mocht het. Mijn naam is nooit gevraagd. De vers gemaakte sushi is lekker. De standaard sushi, rolletje rijst met plakje zalm /tonijn dat soort waren oud en droog. Flesje huiswijn was ok maar geen €25,- ok. Bij het afrekenen wilde ik nog vragen of ze de codes van socialdeal wilde hebben om te scannen. Ik kreeg de kans niet. Snauwend: '€25,- voor wijn..' 'Maar ik..' 'Nee... 25!' Dit is niet een locatie voor herhaling vatbaar.

Very messy, several dishes were not delivered. We waited over an hour for the 1st round before everything was there. 1 whole round was not delivered at all. By then we were so fed up with it that we just left it at that. The gentleman who prepared the sushi was wearing pants that were apparently a little too big. From my spot I had a view of the upper part of a buttock all evening. The taste of the food we did receive was fine, but for us absolutely not worth the money.

All you can wait! Steak tips were cold. Dim sum was also cold. Long wait for food. Microwave meal from Lidl is even tastier and cheaper. Sushi was fine by the way.

I'm an experienced sushi eater... I only read many reviews after I've been. Read a lot of the same reviews about the sushi. And they are all correct!!! (unfortunately) all sushi tastes the same, I don't know how they do it. Left with an empty stomach, shame!!!! Of the money!

I don’t want to give a star to rubbish. The restaurant has a very bad attitude and forces everyone to order a drink. My companion ordered a drink but the menu didn’t include what I wanted. I have to order it otherwise I’ll just add 2 euros to the bill. I can’t order anything else. I have to order a drink for you. The cow is spoiled and will never come again. The attitude is very bad.

Had a delicious meal at Mint last night, very friendly staff, many different dishes, all with a different taste, so something for everyone. Dishes made from good meat and fresh vegetables, we will definitely come back!

First time for us, but we were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly hostess, food very good. We were 6 people and were able to share food with each other because of the great concept. This really allowed you to try everything. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful Father's Day

Food is tasty and delivered in a nice way

Shocking service. 15 minutes after arrival until someone decided to take our drinks order and give us the tablet, even though we called the waiters twice. And by the way, the restaurant was half empty! Food would come painfully slowly too.

We zijn net na 3 jaar weer een keer wezen eten bij mint.. Het was niet goed ! Eten smakeloos en de bediening zeer slecht en oud. De briefjes van de bestelling moeten ze onder het eten uitvissen. Jammer was vroeger zo goed.

Previously I was always satisfied with Mint Restaurant. However, the service is really worthless. The owner is a sour plum. I drink very little. She came to the table and asked what we wanted to drink. I said “nothing for a while”, to which she replied “you have to order a drink otherwise you'll just leave”. Excuse me? I pay more than €40 pp.. food was okay. Atmosphere inside is cramped and dark. I'm no longer a fan and unfortunately I won't be coming anymore. Better go to Meshi, 5 minutes away.

We were in Uythoven on March 24th. We decided to eat sushi and miso soup. We came to the Mint restaurant. We were told to wait because there was no revenge. We waited for about 20 minutes and after that we were invited to the second floor where, for a minute, there was a completely free room!! Question to the owners - Why did we wait so long if there was a whole large free room???? No words.. Of course, we had to leave, but for some reason we stayed and this is where the fun began. An Asian-looking woman rushed between the tables and pointed menus, some lists and tablets at us. By this time we were very hungry and angry. We barely placed an order. They brought us sushi about 20 minutes later. But the miso soup never arrived. We freaked out, expressed everything to the Asian woman and left. This restaurant is very very 👎 bad! Restaurant owners, if you don't respect your customers, close the restaurant!!! We do not recommend, never visit this place. There are a huge number of establishments nearby where you can eat well.

Wij begrijpen alle negatieve beoordelingen niet. De kwaliteit van het eten is uitstekend en smaakvol & het uitserveren gaat snel. Een van de betere sushi restaurants in Einhoven. Wij komen hier regelmatig.

I thought it was quite an experience. I went to eat here with no idea how it worked. I was given an iPad to choose from and this was barely explained when I asked. The sushi was tough and certainly not fresh. It took a long time and I couldn't find the price of my sushi anywhere after 2 rounds with a bad feeling asked about the price I thought it was absurd for how much I had eaten the service was also bad there was no sweer and I got the feeling that the waitresses saw me as a burden I strongly advise against it

Christmas Day with the whole family this way. When we sat down, it was already very messy, the group could not sit at one table and was divided among 3. 1 tablet per 5 people to order. Orders from 2 different people served on 1 plate so that it was very unclear who had what. The waitress couldn't tell us what she was putting in front of us since this young lady clearly hasn't been working here for long. Then the young lady gets scolded on the work floor among all the guests by the ladies who knew how it works. Then do that in the kitchen. Or somewhere where there are no guests. The food was okay. The flavors of the dishes were disappointing but not bad. The room itself was neat, toilets well maintained. Friendliness of the staff was minimal. The restaurant is not child-friendly as there are several open stairs where a child can fall off, but high chairs are available. I doubt we would want to come here again.

Well, after all those horror reviews here, it wasn't too bad. Just a good meal. Service just good. I have eaten better but also much worse. I would definitely go here again.
