The service was really bad and the woman that attended us was rude. She refused to speak English to us and kept repentina the same thing over and over again in Dutch. The menyu was limited, there were not a lot of sushi dishes and lost if it was fried fast food( not even japanese ). The prices we’re really high(30€per person). But the worst thing is that the food was not fresh, me and my friend both have had stomach aches and digestion problems for two days now. The restaurant was empty.

The food delivery takes really long during peak hours, the crowds can't be kept up. Otherwise very tasty food and after the crowds everything went smoothly again!

the food was horrible, disgusting, old, the meat was inedible, if you didn't eat something you had to pay 2 euros, even if you didn't like it. As a restaurant in the city center should be, the staff should be able to speak fluent English. The waitresses spoke two words at a time and didn't understand what was said to them. When the staff found out that we were foreigners, they immediately looked down on us and didn't speak to us when we asked something. Food was thrown as if it was going to dogs. After we ordered dessert, our tablet was taken away without us knowing, while we still had time to order. For two people and two drinks we paid 90 euros, which is a very high price in relation to the quality. You can't eat enough, because the food is disgusting. The sushi was dried out and the rice was disgusting. I strongly advise against it and will definitely never go there again.

Very unfriendly staff and very expensive for the quality of the food. Sushi is not fresh and barely any raw fish sushi rolls on the menu (only for extra costs). The restaurant has a nice vibe to sit, but for the food and service I would suggest any other sushi place.

First time eating sushi here, the lady upstairs was there if you needed her. She was truly a hostess. The dishes did not come at the same time, but that in itself was not a problem... then you would not be full as quickly. We didn't sit too close to other tables either, so our evening was a success!

To start the service felt very cold and unwelcoming, especially after I said I didn't want all you can eat as I can only ever at most finish 2 sushi rolls. I ended up ordering 3 rolls as they come in sets of 3. The tuna and salmon roll were ok ish. Nothing to write home about but palatable. The third roll was a spicy tuna roll, and I am almost certain it was just canned tuna.

Vandaag gebruik gemaakt van een Social Deal aanbieding, totaalbedrag 62 euro. Bij Mint aangekomen zagen we teveel tafels die niet bezet waren, maar waar wel nog bordjes, schaaltjes en glazen niet afgeruimd waren. Signaal 1. Het eten bleef lang weg. De kwaliteit is zeer matig. De susi’s zijn niet bijzonder. Het was niet vers. Coquilles zijn te hard gekookt. Het best was nog de rijst, maar die heb ik thuis ook. Signaal 2. De toiletten zijn niet schoon. Er wordt hier onvoldoende aandacht aan besteed. Signaal 3. Conclusie; geen ster waard voor dit restaurant. En zelfs voor een Social Deal niet goed genoeg. En je hebt geen Social Deal nodig als het allemaal goed en vers is. Dan liever 40 euro betalen en naar het veel betere Mojo.

The sushi varied greatly in quality. One dish was a bit too dry and fell apart or was too cold and the other dish was very tasty. It was a surprise what you got. The staff were too busy and were working hard because we had to ask for drinks ourselves.

Ordered sushi here last Monday. We were a bit hesitant because of the many negative reviews, but it was very tasty and fresh. The only point for improvement was that they indicated 6:30 PM as the delivery time and did not arrive until 7:00 PM.

We indicated in advance whether we could bring our dog (a small Maltese). That was not a problem, but once on site it was very difficult to do so. When our dog barked once, we were immediately confronted: "Dog don't woof". 🫤 In summary, the food was excellent but the service was subpar, which is a shame.

Service was tien keer niks, eten was OUD en KOUD, gebruikte bordjes kwamen ze NIET ophalen, lang moeten wachten voordat het bediening kwam en wij zijn HALVERWEGE het eten opgestaan. Dit was de eerste keer dat wij naar zo een restaurant zijn geweest en meteen ook de LAATSTE KEER.

Het zal wel de beperking zijn van het beheersen van de taal maar we werden erg dwingend aangesproken. 'Naam!' Ik wilde uileggen dat via socialdeal kwamen maar de mevrouw kerk geërgerd: 'Naam?!' Mn naam gegeven. Ok.. blijkbaar betekende dit 'loopt u maar even achter mij aan'. Tafeltje voor t raam gevraagd tijdens het reserveren, dat was er ook maar daar mochten we niet gaan zitten. 'Nee!! Daar of daar!!, die gereserveerd!!' Ja.. dat zijn wij.. We gaan aan een ander tafeltje zitten en toen drong het door bij de mevrouw in de bediening en uiteindelijk mocht het. Mijn naam is nooit gevraagd. De vers gemaakte sushi is lekker. De standaard sushi, rolletje rijst met plakje zalm /tonijn dat soort waren oud en droog. Flesje huiswijn was ok maar geen €25,- ok. Bij het afrekenen wilde ik nog vragen of ze de codes van socialdeal wilde hebben om te scannen. Ik kreeg de kans niet. Snauwend: '€25,- voor wijn..' 'Maar ik..' 'Nee... 25!' Dit is niet een locatie voor herhaling vatbaar.

Very messy, several dishes were not delivered. We waited over an hour for the 1st round before everything was there. 1 whole round was not delivered at all. By then we were so fed up with it that we just left it at that. The gentleman who prepared the sushi was wearing pants that were apparently a little too big. From my spot I had a view of the upper part of a buttock all evening. The taste of the food we did receive was fine, but for us absolutely not worth the money.

I'm an experienced sushi eater... I only read many reviews after I've been. Read a lot of the same reviews about the sushi. And they are all correct!!! (unfortunately) all sushi tastes the same, I don't know how they do it. Left with an empty stomach, shame!!!! Of the money!

I don’t want to give a star to rubbish. The restaurant has a very bad attitude and forces everyone to order a drink. My companion ordered a drink but the menu didn’t include what I wanted. I have to order it otherwise I’ll just add 2 euros to the bill. I can’t order anything else. I have to order a drink for you. The cow is spoiled and will never come again. The attitude is very bad.

First time for us, but we were pleasantly surprised. Very friendly hostess, food very good. We were 6 people and were able to share food with each other because of the great concept. This really allowed you to try everything. We will definitely come back. Thank you for a wonderful Father's Day

Previously I was always satisfied with Mint Restaurant. However, the service is really worthless. The owner is a sour plum. I drink very little. She came to the table and asked what we wanted to drink. I said “nothing for a while”, to which she replied “you have to order a drink otherwise you'll just leave”. Excuse me? I pay more than €40 pp.. food was okay. Atmosphere inside is cramped and dark. I'm no longer a fan and unfortunately I won't be coming anymore. Better go to Meshi, 5 minutes away.

We were in Uythoven on March 24th. We decided to eat sushi and miso soup. We came to the Mint restaurant. We were told to wait because there was no revenge. We waited for about 20 minutes and after that we were invited to the second floor where, for a minute, there was a completely free room!! Question to the owners - Why did we wait so long if there was a whole large free room???? No words.. Of course, we had to leave, but for some reason we stayed and this is where the fun began. An Asian-looking woman rushed between the tables and pointed menus, some lists and tablets at us. By this time we were very hungry and angry. We barely placed an order. They brought us sushi about 20 minutes later. But the miso soup never arrived. We freaked out, expressed everything to the Asian woman and left. This restaurant is very very 👎 bad! Restaurant owners, if you don't respect your customers, close the restaurant!!! We do not recommend, never visit this place. There are a huge number of establishments nearby where you can eat well.

I thought it was quite an experience. I went to eat here with no idea how it worked. I was given an iPad to choose from and this was barely explained when I asked. The sushi was tough and certainly not fresh. It took a long time and I couldn't find the price of my sushi anywhere after 2 rounds with a bad feeling asked about the price I thought it was absurd for how much I had eaten the service was also bad there was no sweer and I got the feeling that the waitresses saw me as a burden I strongly advise against it

Christmas Day with the whole family this way. When we sat down, it was already very messy, the group could not sit at one table and was divided among 3. 1 tablet per 5 people to order. Orders from 2 different people served on 1 plate so that it was very unclear who had what. The waitress couldn't tell us what she was putting in front of us since this young lady clearly hasn't been working here for long. Then the young lady gets scolded on the work floor among all the guests by the ladies who knew how it works. Then do that in the kitchen. Or somewhere where there are no guests. The food was okay. The flavors of the dishes were disappointing but not bad. The room itself was neat, toilets well maintained. Friendliness of the staff was minimal. The restaurant is not child-friendly as there are several open stairs where a child can fall off, but high chairs are available. I doubt we would want to come here again.

Primo posto dove ci fermiamo a mangiare...il ristorante era completamente desolato, camerieri che non sapevano nemmeno chiederti che acqua volevi ma avevamo troppa voglia di sushi e siamo rimasti lo stesso... da premettere che la prima domanda che abbiamo fatto è se fossero all you can eat e una volta confermato ci siamo seduti a mangiare... non ve la porto alla lunga, pesce fetido e al momento del conto "che era spropositato" ci hanno detto che molti dei pezzi che avevamo scelto non erano inclusi.. abbiamo provato a fargli capire che nessuno ci aveva detto questa cosa e che sul menu non c'era scritto, ma siccome era un posto di ignoranti non ci siamo riusciti.. alla fine abbiamo pagato e ce ne siamo andati correndo.. uno schifo

Binnenkomst was prima we werden naar onze plaats geholpen. Bij het bestellen digitaal ging vanalles mis we kregen niet altijd de bestelde gerechten. Het personeel was nou niet heel er goed op de hoogte wat ze serveerden. We kregen de hapjes niet tegelijk b.v. soep het is toch gezellig om samen tegelijk soep te eten. De tafelbediening was wel goed maar het leek alsof het personeel niet zo gemotiveerd was.

Al meerdere keren bij restaurant Mint gegeten en altijd naar tevredenheid. Gisteren met mijn zoon gereserveerd voor twee. Wat eerst goed was is nu zeer slecht. Je besteld via een tabled je gerechten per keer 5 gerechtjes per persoon, je mag 5 keer bestellen, zou bij elkaar met ons tweeen 50 gerechtjes kunnen bestellen. Krijg je wrs nooit op, maar toch. Wij hebben zegge en schrijve per persoon 9 herrlijke gerechtjes ontvangeN. Maar ongeveer 35 besteld. Conclusie de helft is nooit aangekomen aan tafel 26. Meerder tafels waren aan het klagen.maar daar werd geen gehoor aangegeven, zo ook niet aan de kassa. Voormij was dit het laatse bezoek aan Mint jammer maar keuze genoeg in Eindhoven.

Voor de eerste keer hier geweest maar ook voor de laatste keer…. Het personeel sprak geen of gebrekkig Nederlands en ook geen Engels, het eten was absoluut niet het geld waard en ondanks dat er maar 4 tafels zaten duurde het allemaal erg lang. Helaas.

Altijd goed, altijd smakelijk.., maar... Ik zou graag vijf sterren geven, maar omdat er sinds (de laatste lockdown) meerdere gerechten gehalveerd worden of anders bereid worden een ster minder.

I have read in other recensions, that people did not got all what they have ordered and all was too slow. I was in restaurant in the middle of the day, so I had luck to avoid these problems. Though I can not recommend this place. I choosed "all you can eat lunch" for 26 EUR. It is quite expensive in comparsion to other restaurants where I ordered the same option. Also I had to order a drink, it was necessary and costed extra price. I hate such an artificial pricehighing. Food was ok, nothing special.

Ik heb op veel plekken sushi gegeten maar hier?! Hier is het echt ongelofelijk lekker. Zeker een aanrader.

Het restaurant was niet bijzonder. Bestellen ging makkelijk en snel via de tablet. Maar qua smaak miste iets. Het sushi aanbod en kwaliteit was zeker niet de prijs waard.

Very good all you can eat restaurant with a lot of halal choices. The sushi rolls are really top quality and they have a large menu of bites for the sides. Drinks are on the expensive side, but it’s worth a visit. We paid 85 euro for two.
