The courtesy, the preparation of the dishes with the service are of the highest level.

Good staff and very friendly. Nothing escapes them. The food was delicious and the scroppino sublime.

Had a wonderful evening at Nerello. Warm welcome upon entry. Very friendly and helpful staff. Italian family as owner with passion for the profession. Not all of them speak Dutch fluently, but they also communicate somewhat in English. But that is precisely its charm. The food and wines were fantastic. Absolutely recommended. We are adding Nerello to our regular restaurants.

We are big Italy fans, obviously a big part for the food. This is my number 1 Italian in the Netherlands, no doubt. Enjoy your meal!

A nice Italian restaurant near the Oostplein. Don't expect pizza, but delicious pasta dishes or meat and fish dishes. Of course there are also delicious desserts. The staff is friendly. The prices are in good proportion. The portions are quite large. So highly recommended if you want Italian food, but not pizza.

The service was good, staff were all very friendly. There was a nice atmosphere! But the most important thing was of course the food itself. We enjoyed every dish! Even though we don't eat meat, there were fish and vegetarian options available. The truffle pasta made in a cheese wheel is so tasty! The desserts provided a taste explosion in your mouth with every bite! In short, we really enjoyed Nerello!

By entering the waiter took our coats and lead us to the table, really nice. We got some bread and water, just like in Italian restaurants. We had some wine, some ordered the pasta al tartufo, some the pasta scampi and I had the ravioli al pesto. Everyone enjoyed their meal. The desserts were also very delicious, the pistachio dessert was not like we imagined but it was still quite tasty. One of the waitresses did rush us by standing next to our table every 5 minutes which annoyed some of us. When I headed to the bar to ask for birthday shots, the same waitress asked if I wanted to pay before I could even say anything. I know the did this with the best intention but please give guests some space. Overall a really good experience and would love to dine here again!

Fantastisch! Heerlijk gegeten. Ongelooflijk goede bediening, lekker italiaans. Tartaar was geweldig, maar de tonijn met rode ui/balsamico was echt de topper. Wij komen zeker terug.

It is always a pleasure to eat at Nerello. The new menu and wine list are amazing and of course the attention Roberto and team give to everyone is exceptional. Definitely for us this is the best Italian restaurant, to the point that we even travel for more than an hour to go there when we crave authentic Italian cuisine.

Good and tasty food, service that pays attention to you. Check regularly whether everything is still as desired. The only point of attention is that it all happens very quickly. Fortunately, it didn't feel rushed, but if you have to pay 100 euros for 2 pastas, 2 desserts and 2 glasses of wine, I prefer to be able to sit there a little longer instead of standing outside in just over an hour.

Leuk Italiaans restaurant in het centrum van Rotterdam met vriendelijke bediening. Als voorgerecht kozen we voor de kalfswang en de tartaar van tonijn. De kalfswang was lekker, maar het gerecht had warmer mogen zijn. De tartaar was degelijk, maar geen hoogvlieger. Nadien kozen we beiden voor de tagliatelle met parmezaan en truffel, dit gerecht was uitmuntend en het is fijn om de bereiding te zien in het kaaswiel. De afsluitende tiramisu was top, de semifreddo was degelijk.

Once again we had a delicious meal at our favorite Italian restaurant in Rotjeknor. 👌🏻👍🏻

Kerstdinner op 1e kerstdag viel erg tegen. Had er meer van verwacht er is weinig aandacht aan het dinner besteed. Kom hier meer en het eten is altijd prima.

Quality of the food was well below what we expected! None of the dishes impressed us and main course was overcooked and thus dry( both the fish and the meat). Staff was very friendly though. Won’t be eating here again.

What a great experience at Nerello! Service with a smile from all the staff. They were very accommodating, as we had our little boy with us for dinner. They made a real effort to connect with him and us and the service was all round fantastic. As for the food, I couldn't recommend the Tagliatelle al parmigiano con tartufo enough. Besides the great experience in seeing the staff prepare it at your table, the tastes, textures and flavors were out of this world! And to visit a restaurant where you are greeted by hand as you leave was the crown on top of a lovely evening spent at a wonderful restaurant.

We had a great evening with friends at Nerello! Extremly friendly, authentic and welcoming staff and owner. Truffle pasta was amazing and they have a great array of vines. Presentation and taste wise 10/10. The great service and atmosphere is what elevated the whole evening to a new level. Desserts were also very nice and yum - been a while since I had such a good and moist lemon cake! We will definitly be back :)

We all decided to try the tagliatelle with Parmesan and truffle, and it was absolutely divine. The presentation of the dish was an experience in itself! The deserts were also very good especially the pistachio profiteroles. The service was impeccable from start to finish, with attentive staff who ensured we had everything we needed to enjoy our evening. Overall just a great experience. I can’t wait to return and would highly recommend.

Nice place, good atmosphere. Staff is very attentive and keen to help. The dishes have great taste, all are well in balance. Unfortunately, the vegetarian dishes are quite small portions, especially compared to some pasta dishes. Make sure to order three courses when you're a big eater.

I am going to start by saying that all the food we had was amazing. However, the treatment by the woman that welcomed us at the door was not at the same level as the food, or as the service we got from the rest of her colleagues, which was great as well. We arrived at the time of our reservation. When we opened the door, we clearly saw that there was a line of people, so we let the woman behind the counter know that we had a reservation, thinking that maybe all those people didn’t, and her reply was: “I know”, with an incredibly mean face. We had to wait standing up for 30’ for our table, even though we had booked, and nobody “in line” was offered a single drink / glass of water while we were waiting for the first 20’. After we were waiting for 20’ we got offered a glass of house wine, which they had the audacity to include in our bill. It’s not about the 9€ for each glass of wine, but about the gesture. Conclusion = great food, great service by most of the personnel, but bad experience overall. Would not come back.

Our first time to Nerello but what a wonderful surprise. Kindly received by the host. There is a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. And enjoyed all the goodies! We were stressed about choosing because we opened the menu so many delicious things but nothing disappointed. We will definitely come back!
