We had a delicious meal with excellent value. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the atmosphere in the beautiful garden was fantastic. The summer music made it perfect. Highly recommended!

Fijn verblijf bij Restaurant Nu. Vriendelijke ontvangst. Ideaal voor gezinnen met kleine kinderen. met de kinderkamer en het toezicht. Wel voor kleinere kinderen. Beperkt menu maar wel gevarieerd. Ik nam de ossenhaas puntjes, deze waren smakelijk met prima frites. Voor de kinderen prima kindermenu’s. Mooie entourage met ruime tafels aan een mooi plein. Nu restaurant popped up on my search for restaurants that have nice child play area. Indeed they have great outdoor playsrea with slide and trampoline and an indoor play area in the basement with jungle theme. The staff were very friendly... although our kid made a quite a mess with his food they were very nice.. for food we ordered fries with fish sticks for the kid and for us focaccio with truffle mayonnaise, grilled sae bass, beef tenderloin with mushroom sauce..the portions were big and special mention to the accompliments with the main dish which include baked potatoes...enjoyed the food and coffee after was also 👌

The food is good and tasty, the prices are not too expensive, but reasonably good service and cheerful staff, so highly recommended

Had a perfect evening with 4 people at NU last night. The dinner with starter and dessert were delicious. The service was very good and with very good knowledge of the dishes. Een hele gezellige famillie dag omdat schoonmoeder 90 jaar werd. Maartje was een fantastisch vrolijke en gastvrije dame in de bediening en zorgde voor een soepel verloop van de versnaperingen met haar collega's. Een voordeel van deze locatie is ook dat er voor (kleinere) kinderen een speciale ruimte is om te spelen. Dank allen voor de middag 🥰

We ate a delicious 5-course menu for a very reasonable price. The staff will ask you several times if everything is okay, making you feel like a king. We stayed for a weekend in the beautiful apartment above the restaurant. It is very tastefully and practically furnished. Everything was spotless. The apartment is also equipped with every comfort. Moreover, the owner is very friendly. We will definitely come back.

Went to Nu a few weeks ago with a larger group + children. We had nothing to complain about the food, but we did have very bad experiences regarding the treatment of the children. At a restaurant with a playroom, it is expected that the children will be treated with courtesy. But very negative experiences with the staff member who was working in the playroom. This staff member became angry with our children several times, while I was in the playroom and the children were behaving well. Children were bribed with a toy if they tidied up everything neatly. We are happy to clean up at the end of the evening, but not if asked in an annoying way. In addition, my daughter fell down the steep stairs (to the playroom) because a staff member passed by quickly and completely disregarded the children standing on the stairs. An error by this employee, but no excuses from staff. Submitted all this as a complaint to the restaurant, but hardly received a response. It really feels like our complaint is not being taken seriously. Customer friendliness is hard to find here.

Fraai historisch pand met lange marmeren gang in het midden op een mooie plek in het centrum van dit leuke dorp. Sfeervol interieur. Wij lunchten er prima. De eggs benedict met zalm en avocado vormden een ruime portie. Jammer dat de gepocheerde eieren koud waren. Zeer vriendelijke en attente bediening. Parkeren voor de deur.

Called to reserve a table for two people on a Sunday evening, the boy who answered the phone took his time. That's why I initially thought they were full, but there was still a table available. High bar table. Okay no problem. We arrive there, restaurant half empty. We were seated at a high table in the back. With all families with small children who constantly went to a playroom. We were behind a door and those children had to go through. The door was constantly open, and that was quite a journey. After a while someone came to ask if we wanted drinks and we were given a menu. We noticed that people who just came in if there was still room were given a good seat. While we had made a reservation, we also asked for another place, the trip just made us feel awful and we still had no food. We were allowed to choose another table, but in the same room. Our starter finally arrived on the table after 1 hour of waiting. We were starving. After another 1 hour of waiting, the main course arrived. My pork tenderloin skewer was delicious, nothing to complain about. But my tablemate's bavette was too tough to eat. Should actually melt in your mouth, but was now swallowed with great difficulty and a very long chewing. As soon as we finished our plate we got up and went to pay. The waitress asked if everything was to our liking and I honestly answered that it took a very long time before we even got our food and then we had to wait just as long for the main course. Yes, she said, I don't know what is going on in the kitchen today. , has been like this all day. No excuses. Would also have been too nice an ending.🫣Oh yes and we brought the bavette in a napkin for the dog, who thought it was fine.

Beautiful food. We had the shared platter (amazing) and children had pulled chicken chiabatta and eggs benedict. Both great eating. If you like good food, you won't regret visiting. Good value too, given the quality

Beautiful building, but it is a bit unclear how to enter the remaining part. But then you soon come into contact with the very friendly service. The food was also good in taste. The portions were just very small.

We had a delicious lunch, we ordered the lunch board for 2 people. Was more than sufficient and varied, both hot and cold dishes were well seasoned.

A wonderful evening. Today we walked 25 km. The Borderland Path. Made a reservation at this restaurant and took some bread in advance to have something to eat. Then immediately the main course. 2 x the pork tenderloin skewer and 2 x the veal tenderloin. We ordered 2 fries to have more filling. The food was delicious. We finished with delicious desserts. 2x nougatine, a dame blanche and a dessert with white brownie and vanilla ice cream. Delicious with a white port. In addition to the delicious food, we were served this evening by a nice lady. Her first night in ministry. Came from the dishwashing kitchen but definitely don't want to go back. She liked this much more and that's a good thing. A good compliment for her. Thanks for the fun. We didn't make it easy either, but she remained super friendly.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten achter op het terras. Vriendelijk personeel We hebben met 2 personen eten en drinken 3 gangen voor 120 euro gegeten.

Restaurant in a nice location with a beautiful terrace both at the front and at the rear. At the rear they have a beautiful large garden with a trampoline and some other play options for the children. The food is tasty but the service was bad. We came there for lunch during the tourist days. Understandably it would take a little longer (I was completely full), but we had to wait more than 75 minutes for our food. This while others around us received their food within 15 minutes. After 45 minutes I asked where the food was and it would come after 5 minutes. It ended up taking another 30 minutes. This can of course happen, but then you offer your guests a free drink, for example. There is still room for improvement in terms of service!

Had a bite to eat here after a day out. Our daughter wanted the mussels. They came from the kitchen to say that this was not a good choice, because there was a lot of sand on the mussels. Glad this was told. Daughter ended up with a very tasty pasta with shrimp. The rest also had a delicious meal.

This is one of our favorite places to dine. Super delicious and beautifully presented food. The atmosphere is very cosy and the restaurant is quite beautiful! Really worth every cent. The staff are all very friendly and very on top of it. We can really really recommend the espresso martini! 👌🏼

Had lunch there. We wanted an Italian vegetarian lunch, but with adjustments. No problem at NOW. Customer is king. Lovely sitting outside in the garden with fans. We will definitely come back again.

Lovely sat outside on the grass. Ideal for larger groups. The 3-course menu was special and delicious. Also recommended in winter. Be surprised again and again with delicious original menus. The surprise menu is highly recommended!

Delicious burgers with great fries and sauces! Prices were okay. A little tip: the side salad comes with bacon; if you eat vegetarian, you should order it without bacon.

A restaurant where you can go with small children. In the basement there are play materials for the little ones and also a supervisor to keep the children busy. In the meantime we had a nice meal.

We, a group of 13 people, opted for the shared dinning 4-course menu. As a group we found it disappointing. Long wait and very small portions. We ordered extra fries. For that money, you're better off eating off the menu in the hope of bigger meals. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Had a delicious lunch on the attractive garden terrace. The lunch board for 2 people is definitely recommended, but if you are a big eater it may not be enough to fill you up completely.

Had a really bad experience here! We are still a bit speechless about it. With 7 adults we opted for the shared dining concept (4 courses). And fries with fish sticks separately for two kids. These 4 courses, including 1 soup and 1 ice cream, took almost 4 hours in total. When we indicated that it was taking a long time, they indicated that it would be there within a few minutes, then had to wait another 20 minutes and then forgot part of it and then started taking it out while the food was still being eaten. Then we had to wait more than 30 minutes for dessert. We were one of the first there and were pretty much the last ones left... At checkout we were given feedback that it had taken a long time... instead of any form of understanding or self-reflection we were informed that this was "normal" at the shared dining concept, especially during holidays. When we indicated that with this information we might have made a different choice in the company of two young children, the shoulders were shrugged, no apology, let alone a gesture... and that for a restaurant that pretends to be child-friendly. NEVER again for us.

We waited a lot between the entry and the main dish. The plates were suspiciously boiling, and probably the foot was reheated in the microwave. The fish was tasteless and chewy, and the risotto was raw. This is another Dutch restaurant pretending to have a high standard while serving overpriced and bad quality food.

We went today for the first time and really loved it. We had quiche and spaghetti, both were very good. Spaghetti were really good , al dente cooked and bolognese sauce was very good. Cappuccino is also great. Our kid had fries, it's a standard thing so I can't comment more on that one. Atmosphere is really lovely and cosy, the waitress was also very eager to help and make us comfortable. They also have inside playground, which is in basement basically. My 3 year old was little bit scared of stairs while going down there but I think little bit bigger kids can have nice time there in the playground. We will come again for sure!

Had a delicious meal with the whole family tonight at restaurant NU in Eersel! Starters were quite large, beautifully presented & tasted excellent... Delicious risotto with extra parmesan cheese grated on top, large hamburger & buttery soft sparerib with slightly spicy sweet BBQ sauce... Very friendly service & the children had a great time playing under supervision in the playroom.. In short, highly recommended!

Het viel wat tegen. Geen welkom bij ontvangs en bedankt tot ziens bij vertrek. Een smalle tafel voor 4 personen tegenover de bar waar personeel en overige gasten in en uit liepen. Wel wat tochtig. Pal achter ons een twee persoons tafeltje waar gasten geplaatst werden waardoor we zelf niet meer naar achter konden schuiven. Tip : gebruik deze tafel niet voor 4 personen. Eten: prijs, kwaliteit niet in balans. Specialiteit van de chef was jammer genoeg niet verrassend. Sfeer: Door de zitplaats hebben we niet kunnen genieten van de waarschijnlijke sfeer volle ambiance. Service : Aandacht voor de gast is niet alleen bestelling opnemen. Weet natuurlijk niet welke opdracht ze hadden mee gekregen maar het leek er op dat er drank verkocht moest worden. Ook aandacht voor elkaar bij het eindigen van de dienst was luidruchtig. Voor nu een ? voor een volgende bezoek.

Voor een lunch of diner, geweldige sfeer, geen standaard kaart en gezellig personeel! Nu genoten van een Italiaanse plank en Limoncello spritzz.

Gisteren op het sfeervolle tuin terrasje beland met de bedoeling om even een klein hapje tussendoor te eten en te genieten. Deze ervaring was geslaagd en voor herhaling vatbaar☺. Wederom heerlijk genoten van een lekker diner. De mensen zijn ook erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Ga zo door en tot de volgende keer.

Wir sind hier im Landal Park zum Urlaub machen und sind sehr froh dieses Lokal gefunden zu haben. Das Essen ist von bester Qualität. Der Service ist spitze und das Ambiente ist wahnsinnig schön. Man sitzt auf der Terrasse die Kids spielen auf dem Trampolin. Es ist wahnsinnig schön

Heerlijk gegeten, super voor kinderen, tip: meer groenten of een salade serveren als je voor 55 euro bavette bestelt.

Sfeervolle locatie op de markt in Eersel. Aan achterzijde voorzien van ruim terras en diepe tuin. Eten is prima, maar verwacht geen culinaire hoogstandjes.

Heerlijk restaurant in een gezellig plaatsje. Vriendelijke medewerkers en uitstekend eten. Wij hadden de dagspecial - steak voor twee. Wij komen vast terug.

Very good food, good beer and wine, a big, very nice terrace. We have been there twice while in the area, both times excellent service and really good food, as well for vegetarians. Even if you don't have kids with you (as we hadn't), it's nice to have all the kids playing in the gardens and watch the families having dinner and fun.

Wij hadden hier gereserveerd voor zes personen, inclusief twee kinderen waarvan de jongste nog geen twee is. Dit restaurant kwam vanuit de recensies op Google goed naar voren, onder andere vanwege de faciliteiten voor de kinderen. Maar afgezien van een muffe Jungle kamer en een placemat met kleurpotloden, viel dit ons wel tegen. Buiten was het helaas niet aangenaam vanwege de regen. Wij werden geleid naar een tafel waar er gedekt was voor vier. Er zou nog bestek komen. Hier hebben wij helaas nog een keer naar moeten vragen. En toen wij vroegen om kinder bestek, begrepen wij dat dit niet aanwezig was. Voor een restaurant ingesteld op kinderen vonden wij dit wel een grote misser. Wij bestelden als voorafje een focaccia met tapenade en we kregen vijf sneetjes brood… voor €7,50 met zijn zessen. De rode en witte huiswijn waren slecht tot niet benoemenswaardig. Voor de rode wijn werd een andere ingeschonken. De pasta voor de kinderen was smaak technisch niet onze smaak. De kids lieten zeker de helft staan. Naast deze punten vonden wij het personeel nauwelijks zichtbaar en de drankjes traag. Voor een tweede ronde drank zijn wij naar de bar gelopen. Het eten daarentegen was wel vlot. Bovenstaande punten hebben wij gedeeld met het personeel en zij zouden dit opnemen. Maar wij komen hier niet meer terug.

Geweldige mooie tuin, fijn om met je kinderen heen te gaan en belangrijkste heerlijk eten! 🍽️

We hebben gisteren voor het eerst gegeten bij Restaurant NU. Het eten was voortreffelijk. De personeelsleden waren heel vriendelijk en benaderde ons met een leuk gevoel voor humor. Mooi vond ik ook het verhaal van een van de personeelsleden dat ze al zeer lang (meer dan 10 jaar) voor deze werkgever met veel plezier werkte. Een echte ambassadrice voor haar werkgever. Zegt ook iets over de goede sfeer in het restaurant. Tenslotte waren de spreuken op het toilet ook grappig. Verder alles schoon en verzorgd. We komen hier zeker nog eens terug. Verder een hele mooie terrastuin waar je in de zomer een hapje of een drankje kunt doen.

Leuke tuin met heerlijke schaduw doeken en wijnranken. Gezellig zitten met speelapparaten voor kinderen.

Karaf kraanwater gevraagd, meestal gratis nu 3.50 op de rekening! Bediening niet goed geluisterd: maaltijdsalade geitenkaas gevraagd, kreeg een voorgerecht geitenkaas van 12.50 zonder stokbroodje of iets!

Lekker eten met uitzicht op een grote tuin. De tuin is ideaal als je met kleine kinderen komt. Eten is lekker, bediening is erg vriendelijk.
