The plan was to go to the restaurant next door, but it was closed, so we went into this one by chance. Their welcome was amazing, and they were so friendly. We ordered chicken kebab, hummus, and a potato dish, and everything was delicious. As a treat, they gave us incredibly tasty chocolate ice cream and baklava 🤍

this place was absolutely amazing. me and my mum stumbled upon this place purely by chance, and we are so glad we did. the staff are incredible, and are so attentive and have such good attention to detail when it comes to their customers. the food was so delicious as well, so so fresh and a perfect way to end the evening. highly appreciated the free chocolate mousse and the amount of bread we received for our starter- honestly, would go back to amsterdam again just for that!

I don't know how we were so lucky to find this place. We were mainly trying to find a restaurant that had gluten free options. We were a group of 7 including one with a serious gluten allergy. We booked online a couple hours before we arrived. It was a great atmosphere, friendly staff and the food was crazy good. I rarely eat meat, and even more seldom eat lamb, but I went for it. Wow! Best meal ever!!!

The atmosphere is warm and cozy, perfect for a relaxed dinner. For the main course, I chose the grilled lamb chops. They were perfectly prepared: tender, juicy, and full of flavor. We enjoyed a lovely bottle of Greek red wine with them, which paired excellently with the food. The service was attentive, hospitable, and provided good recommendations. You can tell that a lot of attention is paid to both the quality of the dishes and the service. An absolute must for lovers of Greek cuisine. We had a great evening and will definitely be back!

The Circassian Chicken, Falafel, Hummus, and Adana Kebab were fantastic! Their homemade ayran (yogurt drink) was incredibly delicious. We highly recommend them. They have a pleasant atmosphere, and we thank them again for their wonderful hospitality 🙏

I'm so glad our paths crossed. Every Turk visiting Amsterdam should stop by. I don't understand why those who only talked about the awful fries haven't mentioned Can Bey's place. All the reviews are accurate and unexaggerated. Everyone says it's wonderful. You'd have to go to very few places to find most of these flavors in Turkey. The sincerity, the service, the friendly smiles are top-notch.

A beautifully decorated meze restaurant in a quiet location with a pleasant atmosphere. The food was generally good, but some dishes lacked a certain polish. The dips seemed a bit under-seasoned, and the falafel, for example, was somewhat dry. The presentation of the dishes could also have been more appealing. On the positive side, the amuse-bouche was a highlight: the bread, olives, and aioli were delicious and a nice touch at the start of our visit.

I don't recommend it. When I went to the bathroom, the waiters took my unfinished meal and drink. I returned to an empty table. I don't know why there are so many stars in other reviews.
