Great place, cozy, good food, fast service, quite popular so quite busy also in terms of noise.

We had some small 15 euros voucher and decided to take a chance despite the reviews. Mistake. The amount of food you get it's embarrassing. The quality it's not even cooking at home level, nevertheless a restaurant level. Those 15 eur don't cover 2 beers. Probably targeted for rich neighbours with a lack of restaurant experience. (Surf n turf on picture is for 2 persons 26 each. Side sauces were also not known to the waiters).

It literally took an hour and fifteen minutes for the food to arrive at this restaurant, and it wasn’t even good when it did.. The restaurant was not even full. We kept asking when would the food arrive, they did not even bother to update us. The atmosphere inside is actually nice, but the service and food were very disappointing.

We waited 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food, which is completely unacceptable. The service was slow and unresponsive. We ordered a burger and a medallion steak, and both arrived lukewarm — the steak had clearly been sitting on a hot plate for far too long. The overall experience was extremely disappointing. I will not be returning, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone.

We found this restaurant through Amex - Dining for 2. We were given a small platter of appetizers beforehand, including a small tuna taco, salmon slices, oyster mushroom croquettes, and a small cup of Thai red curry soup. Each one was delicious. I don't normally like mushrooms, but the croquettes were very tasty. The soup was also delicious, though spicy. For the main course, my dining companion chose the prawn pan. Even though it wasn't included in the pre-set menu, it wasn't a problem to choose it. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, as it lacked flavor. The tuna steak, on the other hand, was very tasty. It had a good steak and delicious vegetables.

A rather mediocre restaurant. I ordered the tenderloin, but it certainly wasn't that good; it was tough and sinewy. Not really recommended. Meager portions.

I celebrated my 30th birthday here last weekend with 20 people. We were given the Houtzicht room, and it was very well organized. A lovely atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. The three-course menu with unlimited drinks is highly recommended.

The main course plates were almost empty. A few pieces of meat and a small bell pepper and mushrooms. Very little food for the price. We wouldn't return.

I used to come here almost every week for lunch and always loved it. However, the last three times it's been getting increasingly sparse... there's hardly any salmon or carpaccio left... such a shame. Because otherwise, it's a nice place.

We booked a package through Amex, and Parck didn't disappoint. They were very flexible and the food was fantastic. A lovely location in the heart of Haarlem, and they had a good menu, including complementary dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

The food was delicious, and the staff was super friendly. It had a lovely atmosphere. However, the rounds are served very quickly, so you'll be done with your appetizer, main course, and dessert after an hour.

We have been to Parck before. Service is always great. Nice staff in the service. Yesterday however had a bad experience. We had ordered a ribeye in specific medium rare. Got it served in well done. Sent back to the kitchen and got the response that this is how Parck serves medium rare and if they would make it again, it would be served in the well done form. Don't order steak here unless you like dry and well done. Not what we are used to from Parck.

We went here for the Amex experience and were very disappointed. First off, the service is very slow and there were crumbs on the table and chair left from previous customers. We had to get their attention everytime for either ordering and paying which wasn’t easy. It was such a shame on the food front, as the starters were really nice but then the mains came and the quality difference was quite drastic. The tuna steak seemed like it was from frozen and was very tough and the rib eye was not cooked rare and didn’t have a lot of taste. Also, when we wanted to pay we of course tried to use the American Express since we were there for the Amex experience and the machine didn’t accept the card.

Nice to see that the large restaurant areas are provided with music for guests who like it and a separate room that has no music. The food was delicious, we had the three course lunch. Hospitable staff. Highly recommended.

Op basis van een positieve ervaring bij Parck (een lunch en 1-maal een diner) hebben we de brunch op eerste kerstdag geboekt. Wat jammer dat de ruimtes helemaal volgezet waren met extra tafels. Wij hadden bijna geen ruimte en moesten steeds de andere gasten storen als we moesten opstaan. Lange rijen bij het buffet en lege schalen hebben ons doen besluiten om dit zeker niet nog een keer te doen. Gelukkig hadden we het onderling als gezin gezellig, daar heeft het niet aan gelegen.

Familiar place for lunch. You can actually always go there. Quality and service very consistent. Centrally located but not the hustle and bustle of shopping streets.

The food itself was fine. They could have informed us earlier that they were closing at 9 p.m., which I understood. Otherwise I would have eaten elsewhere.

Unpleasant surprise on New Year's Eve. We made a reservation at 7:45 PM over the phone. They told us on the phone that they would close the doors at 9 p.m. but this would not affect the guests who were inside. However, upon arrival it turned out to be different. We received the message that the kitchen would close at 9 p.m. and everyone had to leave the place at 9:30 p.m. And that happened. At 9 p.m. while we were still dining we were presented with the bill. Ridiculous, scandalous and vile! We have nothing to criticize about the serving staff or the kitchen brigade, but we feel cheated by the management of this cabin! Restaurant Parck is ashamed of you, we will never, ever recommend you!

Parck was verschrikkelijk druk met een flinke kakofonie van klanken waardoor een normaal gesprek voeren bijna onmogelijk was.De ruimte zat TE vol. Wat betreft het eten.Dat was heerlijk en goed bereid, personeel deed hun uiterste best en was ondanks de drukte zeer vriendelijk.Qua prijs zat alles wel aan de top en wellicht iets te hoog. Kerst doen we niet meer, gewoon omdat het te druk was, maar op de normale dagen blijven we zeker terug komen, ook in de zomer gezellig op het terras

The food was really lacking The tuna steak was mushy as if it had just been unfrozen and straight into the pan with no care at all The steak au poivre was super dry… yes .. even with the sauce . The oysters were the only good thing , even the two drinks we had (pina colada) only tasted like alcohol which is not the point of cocktails

Beautiful restaurant, delicious food

Unfortunately. This was our first and last time at this restaurant. The food is bad - the tournados was tough with an unappetizing smell :-(. The garnish was dried vegetable chips that probably came straight from a shop. The starter was “burrata” salad with sinewy and cold slices of tomatoes without taste and abundance of sweet balsamic vinegar. Really a disappointment. I think it is necessary for the chef to go back to school if he wants to achieve anything with this price. But then we had to look for food again.

I have been to Vil's table twice with my sister. How nice is that. Highly recommended.

Cosy, informal and delicious food

Ruim van te voren gereserveerd. Bij reservering gevraagd om leuk tafeltje omdat ik jarig was en allergie doorgegeven. Toen wij aankwamen stond er een man voor ons ter plekke een tafel online te reserveren voor 2. Serveerster kon man niet op lijst vinden en hij liet ook zien dat hij zojuist gereserveerd had. Er was nog een tafel vrij alleen waren ze opeens met een kind erbij. Kregen 4 persoons tafel. Daarna kwamen wij. Geen tafel meer beschikbaar. We mochten aan de bar wachten tot er een tafel beschikbaar was. De halve bar stond vol glazen. Ik vond dat niet leuk. Terug naar de serveerster gegaan. Die had zwaar de pest in. We werden neergezet in een afgesloten zaaltje bij een gezelschap dat daar een feest had. Gezelschap vond dit niet leuk. Wij ook niet. Terug naar de serveerster. Ook verteld dat ik t niet ok vond dat iemand die net reserveerde direct een tafel krijgt terwijl er opeens 1 persoon extra is en wij t nakijken hebben. Groot overleg. Wij gingen ruilen met de man die voor ons de tafel had gekregen. Man boos, personeel zwaar geïrriteerd en mijn verjaardagsgevoel was weg. Het eten was verder redelijk, geen hoogstandjes. Het is leuk dat je allerle kleine hapjes kunt delen als voorgerecht. De Dame Blanche was rampzalig. Had waarschijnlijk te lang gestaan. Het ijs was volledig gesmolten, de chocoladesaus nog even snel in de magnetron gezeten die bestond uit klonten. We hadden zo'n hoge verwachting van Parck maar mijn verjaardag of een andere bijzondere gelegenheid vier ik er nooit meer.

We had a nice meal, I had the parc steak, which was fine with a small amount of vegetable garnish, but two others had the tournedos, which was well cooked but not a single piece of vegetable, 1 person had the sorbet with fresh fruit for dessert, but there was not a single piece of fruit in it!: the dessert with caramel and cheesecake was delicious!! I have read this before in the review, so if you don't have fresh fruit, take it off the menu, I would say, but otherwise fine .

Had dinner with a group for the first time. Very cozy at a round table. Friendly service, enough contact, not too much. Because we came with a group we couldn't eat a la carte, but that was fine. Something for everyone in starter, main and dessert. I had chosen Thai red curry soup, which I would serve with naan bread. I like it nice and spicy. Main course ravioli with mushrooms. And for dessert, of course, home made caramel cheesecake, with raspberry ice cream. For me, cheesecake without ice cream is also fine, but a delicious combination. In short, a delicious meal! Recommended.

Pretty good food. The tuna steak was cold, but well cooked. It's always a shame that hardly any vegetables are served these days. One of my table companions had the Beef Tenderloin for 29.95. You might expect a little more, a little more meat (the piece served was approximately 130 grams) and also a little more vegetables / decoration on the plate. The sorbet ice cream was promising on paper with 'fresh fruit'. There was exactly one strawberry on it... also a missed opportunity. Service was friendly.

Despite a previous bad experience in this restaurant, I still wanted to give it another chance. I shouldn't have done that The music was loud from a speaker right next to our table, so loud that we could barely hear each other. The service only came to the table twice and did not come to the section where we were sitting. And finally the food… I really give it a 3/10. It just really wasn't tasty. We ordered about 8 or 9 small dishes and there was none that anyone really liked. We left most of it behind and just went. I would walk a little further into town and have dinner there

Food was tasty. But a 0.75l bottle of water for €7.50 is an exaggeration. And what we thought was a shame, we were "finished" with food but had not yet finished our drinks when we were told that our table was for the people at the bar again, or if we could hurry up a bit. We even asked for the desert menu but did not receive it instead we were asked to hurry up for the guests at the bar. It didn't have to be fast, as long as it happened quickly.

Eten was redelijk, duurde wel lang voor er geserveerd werd. Het terras zag er niet uit, veel vuil en blad. Misschien moet de manager het terras laten schoon maken/schoon blazen voordat de gasten komen.

Lunch was delicious. Knives may be sharpened or replaced. Were really too blunt. Busy due to art market. Understaffed in terms of staff, so things were forgotten

We celebrated our wedding here. We had made reservations for 64 people from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM. The food was delicious but took way too long. Said something about it at 7.45 pm. After insisting, we left at 9:15 PM, skipped 1 course and got the cheesecake in the club that I had reserved from 8:00 PM.... Inside it was full and the other terrace was also full. The service and/or kitchen clearly could not cope. Unfortunately, they didn't say no to the other customers even though they knew about our reservation for months. The staff seemed inexperienced and there was no leadership at all. Unfortunately I missed part of the party with the DJ afterwards. The guests who had to leave at 7.30 pm went to the snack bar hungry....

Not a whole lot to say. The location is good, close to a park and with parking facilities nearby. The restaurant is nice and the staff friendly and helpful. I found the food alright but noting special.

Beautiful place on the edge of the city park in Haarlem. Made a stop for a drink and a snack during a walk. Nice menu with dishes that offer something for everyone.

Had dinner with 5 people. The shrimp piri piri starter were tough with a fishy aftertaste. Reported it to the waiter and he apologized. As a main course, including twice the tournedos, medium. Both were well done (see photo). My goodness that's bad. Again apologies from the waiter. Half tenderloin went back. The bill was just the full price, € 240. A better restaurant next time.

A delightful restaurant close to Houtplein in Haarlem. We met up with some friends for Sunday lunch and decided on the lunch menu, which cost around €35 for a 3 course meal. There was a choice of meat, fish and vegetarian dishes. I had the Thai soup (vegetarian) for starters. It was incredibly tasty and not overly spicy. I followed that with the tuna steak which was perfectly cooked. I am no fan of salted caramel, so I gave the cheesecake a miss and opted for the coffee with petit fours. All in all, I thought my meal was great value and very tasty. The restaurant itself has a large outside seating area which was great as the weather was sunny today. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I will be returning to De Parck and next time I want to try out their dinner menu.

We had a very nice meal here with a group of 8 people. We had a timetable, but it was no problem for the staff to adapt to this, despite the crowds in the restaurant. Friendly help.

We just grabbed a quick coffee, which was very nice, especially the apple pie served with strawberries on the side. We will come back one day for lunch or dinner as this really look like the place to be. Friendly staff and fast service, our car was parked nearby in a parking garage.

We were a group of 10 for brunch after an early morning wedding. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Menu had nice options and delicious food. Atmosphere was relaxed and beautiful surroundings. We were very satisfied!
