If you like mediocre pizza, this is a good place. But if you want a good pizza, don't go here. At these prices, you should get real cheese and not cheap, artificial, industrial cheese. We thought that was a shame. Otherwise, it's okay.

Very bad... We ordered something and made sure it didn't contain pork, but the opposite was true.

There was delicious gluten-free pizza🍕 which was just as big and crispy as the regular pizzas, which made me very happy. It costs almost €4 more, which is a bit steep, but what wouldn't you do to eat a gluten-free pizza again? (Gluten-free pizza is Pizza Funghi)

Very disappointing. Vegetarian pizza had simply lots of onion and red pepper and no taste at all. Tortellini with ricotta had weird bitter taste as well. They also charged us 7€ for 2 small bottles of still water that I think was tap water, because they brought it without lids and tasted like tap water. Don't recommend at all.

We waited 1 hour for the food to arrive and the table next to us arrived 20 minutes later and was served before us. The pizza dough was disappointing and it seemed like it was a ready-made dough (not airy and dry at all). The pasta was overcooked. The rest was ok, but that's not what I expect from a restaurant. Won't come again.

Very good! I went to this restaurant for dinner. Friendly staff with a very good atmosphere. Lots of pizza alternatives and pizzas were very tasty. I recommend this restaurant to everyone.

The food was okay. (Not the tastiest) The lasagna was made of minced beef and had a bit of arugula (PLUS + tomato and cucumber and orange). If I could give a grade for the lasagna it would be 6. (a little burnt on the edge but that is normal with lasagna in the oven) Penne pinoccio was a bit dry and there was no real sauce there.

Took them an hour to get us our pizzas and we had to ask them multiple times, and the taste of them did not make it up for the waiting it fortunately. The Pinocchio really had his nose out!

Food quality it was a bit disappointing. Me and my wife ordered some mix grill and pizza here. The mix grill was a bit disappointing. The sparibs was heavily over burned. The chicken was really good though. The pizza korenmarkt was basically minced meat in the middle with a bit garlic sauce and that's it. Huge disappointed. Had pizza here before that was lots better so hopefully it was a day off. The restaurant itself though has a great atmosphere and really love the designs inside.

We visited Saturday evening to celebrate our sons 15th birthday... The food was tasty and everything was pleasant..UNTILL... A tall elderly member of staff came to our table and asked if we were finished with our meals. My wife replied in English and asked if she could repeat the question as she did not understand. The lady then picked up the knife and folk off her plate despite her not being finished and proceeded to explain how she should lay her cutlery on the plate if she is finished. We told her we were not finished with our meals to wich she responded "well this is called dutch etiket, so now you know how to place your knife and folk" . I could hardly believe wat had just happened, it was so inappropriate and rude. The table next to us even turned round and said to us that they have never seen anything like that and it's was not normal. This experience ruined the whole evening for us and we quickly asked for the bill and left the restaurant feeling quite embarrassed. As she was not dressed in uniform I can only assume this woman was management or indeed one of the owners wich in itself is very alarming. You should never touch a customers plate and cutlery unless they tell you they are finished. Surly thats in your dutch etiket aswel ! The other servers had been very polite and friendly.

Super nice and cozy tent with friendly staff! We had indicated that we had to leave on time due to a concert and this was duly taken into account. The food was also very good and a lot of it! In short, highly recommended and we will definitely come back! :)

My hotel suggested this for a pizza, saying it was authentic. It is not. It was not like any pizza I have ever had. It was tasty and used fresh ingredients, but the ratios were all off. Far too may onions abd and not enough tomatoe and peperoni. The service was also slow and a little surely. Admittedly, they had a few big groups, and there were a lot of tables to serve. I'm afraid I will not be going back.

What a great restaurant. As soon as we walked in it was like we were in another country. Cozy and cozy. We had made a reservation but had made a mistake with the time due to a concert. This was no problem and after consultation our food arrived quickly. Delicious. I had meatballs as a starter and a pinoccio pizza as a main course. I was genuinely satisfied with the food and if we didn't live so far away we would definitely come here more often.

The gluten free pizza was very good, I had no complaints afterwards. Each pizza can be made gluten-free for an additional charge. Visit November 2024

Delicious pizza, just had to wait a very long time for it. The table was tucked away in a corner where you can't actually sit with 4 people.

The No.1 in Holland! Stone oven pizza is the finest! The service was very, very professional! The waitress came every 5 minutes and asked if everything was OK. A 100 out of 10! There is no better way to run a restaurant!

The food was quite tasty, but it wasn't Italian. Anti pasti with a fried meatball? Serious? The generous portion of pasta was fairly tasteless. The bottle of wine we ordered was the more expensive wrong one. (The clerk corrected that, but still charged the wrong amount, but yes). Go to Italy sometime and see how they do it there.

After not being here for a long time, Went by again. Nothing has changed inside Dark and all the bottles on the ceiling... We both didn't like the pizzas very much. The Korenmarkt pizza could use a lot more spice, both the pizza/sauce/minced meat and the garlic sauce. The goat cheese pizza had brie on it. Service here is very friendly.

Ordered Pizza Galcone, what a travesty!! Tasteless!! Looked more like an enlarged sausage roll...and no taste at all!!

We always liked coming here, but after some mediocre experiences we decided to give it another chance. Unfortunately the food was fine, but not special. The soup and pasta were served lukewarm, which was disappointing. Unfortunately we have decided not to come back.

Very dark inside. It's cozy in itself, but the chairs are not comfortable and you sit very close together. I don't like the pizzas here.

Personally, I have a fairly complex diet. Including gluten-free. The site indicated that pinoccio has gluten-free pizza bases. However, unfortunately during our visit to Pinoccio these bottoms were gone. Because of this I had to choose another dish. That's why I ordered salmon, but it came with fried potatoes, but unfortunately I can't stand fried food because of... with severe reaction to sunflower oil. Then I asked if they could fry the potatoes in a different oil. Unfortunately this was not possible. As a result, I ended up with an overcooked salmon with some vegetables for 23.50 euros. I finally went to the Spar to get some extra food. I would not recommend Pinoccio for people with dietary needs.

Through social deal. Good choice from the menu. But good food for the money. It all happened at a rapid pace, but that was a bit less. And we thought the candles on the table were a bit dangerous, as did more people. And very dark for people with a balance disease and my husband an eye disease, it was too dark we could barely read the menu. And more people around us grabbed their phone light. But the ambiance is beautiful.

A beautiful pizzeria that looks very rustic thanks to its interesting ceiling. Just right for our hunger. The food was really tasty, prepared quickly, the wine was good and the dog was allowed in. What more could you want? All 4 of us ate pizza and we all loved it. The waitresses were all very nice and friendly and we were able to communicate in English without any problems.

Nice tent, very dark, we could not read the menu properly due to the poor lighting. Ordered salmon pasta for €17.25, with a slice of salmon on top... Really disappointing little... 🥲

Way too greasy pizzas and way too dark

Good pizzeria, the food was good but not very good. There is also a children's pizza and the special requests were all taken into account. The service was also very friendly. The prices were also reasonable. Overall, it was a nice evening here and I would love to come back.

Food was good, could have been seasoned more. Especially with the bruschetta. I received the wrong pizza (miscommunication) but this was resolved very quickly! I will definitely come back here again. Then I just give it more herbs🙃

Disappointed to say the least. We were placed in the far back of the restaurant where it was hot and dark. The service was terrible and the spaghetti bolognese was awful, tasted like the pot it must have simmered for days. The most simple dish on the menu was not palatable.

My friend and I had a wonderful time here. We had pasta which was excellent! The owner I believe even came to our table and helped us out. Very distinguished, very mindful, very demure.

Excellent service has a name: Pizzeria Pinoccio - very fast, very friendly and very attentive. By the way, the food is so delicious that we went there several times. Recommendation: Penne pesto... or would you rather have the pizza calzone?

Simple Italian but fine. Atmospheric decoration

A lovely nice cozy restaurant with a peaceful atmosphere. Last night we sat outside on the terrace with the 5th of us with delicious food and fast and friendly service. Price-quality ratio is excellent. Inside you have a dark long hall with candles on the tables. Recommended.

Very nice restaurant, atmosphere and layout are very good! Unfortunately we once had to send the food back due to a small error, this was resolved perfectly and more than well! Definitely recommend this restaurant :)

Service is attentive and helps guests where necessary. The meals are fairly classic and sometimes lack some special features. The case is quite on the dark side.

Pizza was terrible, please hire an Italian pizzaiolo or stop calling It pizzeria

First of all, it's a really nice location and the vibes are great, the people inside are friendly and there's a nice atmosphere. Shame that the food quality was unbelievably bad. We ordered pizza and it was probably the worst pizza ever tried in my life, flat, the sauce was too salty and the cheese on top was really low quality. In general the pizza was disappointing. All i recommend, as the service and atmosphere were very nice and "gezellig" please, work in a different direction and hire an italian pizza maker who knows what he's doing or simply don't make pizza anymore as it was really low quality. If you change that, you will rock because the place it was really nice, but quality of the food.. no Best of luck

It was fun and busy. The fish pizza was ready quickly but did not exceed me. There were plenty of fish/seafood types on it. But in terms of taste, I have had better pizzas.

Though they have a wood oven the pizzas are not very interesting and yet very expensive. The Diavola had no salami or pepperoni (my fault, should have read the menu) but also no spicy peppers and was €14.75!

Cozy restaurant! I've been coming here since I was a child and it remains a beautiful and cozy place! Highly recommended for a romantic dinner! The staff is very friendly! I recently discovered the Tortellini Gorgonzola here and now it is certainly my favorite dish on the menu!

A nice location in the heart of Arnhem. The service is excellent and the food very good.

Ate here last week. First of all, making a choice from the menu was very difficult. The menu was barely readable as it was very dark inside. We had to rely on 2 candles to illuminate the table. The food came quite quickly. The pizza was thin and mediocre toppings. For dessert I ordered the cheesecake. But it would actually be better to say strawberry jam with cheesecake because there was a layer of jam on top. This will remain a one-time visit for me.

What a disappointment. I've been coming to Pinoccio for years and haven't been there in a while. Went again last Saturday after a long time. Reception was not great. We had made a reservation, came in and were immediately told: "There is no room left". Didn't even ask if we had made a reservation. Then we got a table anyway, because we had made a reservation. The table was not ready at all and was prepared quickly. When looking at the menu, it was immediately noticeable that a number of dishes had disappeared and everything had become a bit more expensive, which is logical in these times and completely understandable. As a starter I had the Pezzi di Carne, the meat was not only very dry but also the taste was really different. As a main course I had the mixed grill. This one was really disappointing, the spare ribs were almost black and the crust was very hard, the chicken fillet was also completely done and the steak should be medium rare, but it was well done and you had to chew it for a long time before you could get through it. One of the people in my party had ordered a pizza and they had completely forgotten about it, but the owner did give his sincere apologies and a beer on the house for the inconvenience. Doesn't change the fact that it was very sloppy. For dessert the Tiramisu, which can only be a frozen cake-like thing. Dry, tasty and really not tasty. All in all, our conclusion is that things have deteriorated considerably at Pinoccio and they do not seem prepared for extreme crowds. It's okay that prices have gone up, but continue to deliver quality. Too bad, because I wouldn't go back here anytime soon, even though I used to enjoy coming here.

Very attractively decorated with candlelight, it was cozy to sit, but the food was "meh", soup seems to be from a can and pizza quality from the supermarket, dessert was okay. The service except for one (rather distant in contact) was very friendly.

Pizza is desgusting , i can buy the same pizza from lidl and i hope is more good and have more ingredients . Please dont’t try pizza ANYMORE .

Located in the center of Arnhem, Pinoccio is an Italian restaurant with a spacious seating area and charming décor, reflecting its namesake theme. It's a cozy and romantic spot with no loud music, allowing for easy conversation. The food was really good, though not extraordinary. We ordered Lasagne Bolognese and Spaghetti Carbonara. The lasagne was particularly enjoyable, while the carbonara was good, though I've had better elsewhere. We both appreciated the beers we ordered. The service was friendly and efficient.

Used to be a big fan of Pinoccio but now it was a big disappointment. Pizza tasted like cardboard and was practically cold. Pasta didn't taste like anything so asked for some cheese. It appears at checkout that you will be charged 2.25 for this! I have never experienced that here before. Also had to wait 20 minutes for the plates to be taken away while the staff walked past often enough. Not to mention the gigantic dust bunnies hanging above our heads. In short, I think they have had their best time at the corn market.

Far too little light to read the map; pizzas substandard in terms of taste and toppings. Dirty cutlery. Arugula or iceberg lettuce supposedly on the pizza; you almost had to put on glasses. Not for us anymore.

Went to this restaurant via social deal. The choice was limited, especially for the starter and dessert. Nevertheless, we were both able to find something. We both had a pizza as a main course, but we were less pleased with it. It is an average pizza as you regularly encounter in the Netherlands. Service was very friendly and fast and the food was served quickly. If you like a cozy atmosphere, this restaurant is for you.

The atmosphere is very cozy and cute. The candle fell over once and it is not stable, not very smart, but the food is quite mediocre.

I didn't expect much, but Pinoccio is a really big restaurant. Tastefully decorated. The menu is extensive and the food is excellent for the price. Nice to eat during the week if you want to eat something quickly. Not too fancy but still nice.

The atmosphere is very romantic, there is no loud music and most of the light comes from the candles. The service was very friendly and very fast! And the pasta was delicious :) Recommended!

Went to this restaurant for his birthday. I indicated this at some point and then received an ice cream fountain with the pizza to make it a bit more festive. To our surprise, they charged us for the ice fountain without consultation. Never experienced such a cheap tent before...

What a marvelous restaurant ! Located in the centre of Arnhem, close to the train station, this is the place we stop every time we stay in this famous city. They propose vegetarian dishes, an incredible number of pizzas and other Italian dishes. Do not hesitate to eat here, you'll be warmly welcomed by the waiters and I'm pretty sure you'll love the room. Enjoy your meal !

Eten is eenvoudig maar prima. Wij komen hier telkens terug omdat je er ook glutenvrije pizza kunt eten. Niet te duur prima restaurant.

Lekker eten en fijne sfeer, al jaren

Eten perfect zowel pizzas als biefstuk, maar ook de spaghetti en lasagna is aan te raden. Gewoon in een woord perfect. Ben vaste klant maar dit restaurant is gewoon perfect.

Also an sich lecker essen aber für 3x Pizza und 1 Spaghetti vieeeeeel zu teuer ... die Pizza hat geschmeckt aber der Boden war wie ein fertiger wrap .. war viel zu dünn wir haben 70 euro ds gelassen und wsren leider nicht satt auch die kinder leider nicht. Also wo man satt werden möchte müsste man wo anders essen gehen.

Een Italiaan met een prettige, doch iets verouderde, sfeer en inrichting. Pizza is qua kwaliteit voldoende. Prijsstelling ook op norm. Gekozen huiswijn is daarentegen niet bijzonder qua smaak.

De vulling van de dubbelgeklapte pizza voldeed niet aan de verwachting. Groente was veel te gaar. Er was 'een prutje' in gedaan. Verder een leuke ouderwetse sfeervolle inrichting waar in de vele jaren dat het bestaat niets aan is veranderd. Zoals de Chiantiflessen aan het plafond. Bediening was prima
