Yesterday I enjoyed Restaurant Rosa's in Sittard for the second time. Upon reception in the colorfully decorated restaurant we received a prosecco on the house. As a starter we opted for a fish soup, which had a perfect taste and was richly filled with fish. The entrada pescado is a delicious tasting of shrimps, mussels, fish and squid. After this we received an appetizer on the house, followed by our main courses, the churrasco, a tender skewer of picanha with pancetta, which was really cooked at the perfect temperature, leaving it a wonderfully tender piece of meat. My wife opted for the seafood linguine. Which was delicious, by the way. For dessert a delicious crème brûlée. We once again had a wonderful culinary evening, but we also certainly enjoyed the ambiance and the great team at Rosa's. My catering heart enjoyed it. See you soon

Enjoyed restaurant Rosa's yesterday. After looking at a number of things via the internet, we visited this new (for us) place. Been there before, but the name of the place was different then. Now with a new concept. High quality and nice operation. Nothing was too crazy and the alcohol-free moijto was delicious. A relief for someone who doesn't drink alcohol. Not standard - high quality and orderliness. Enjoyed an evening together. (😄 Without children)…. Delicious and worth repeating. Price quality 👌🏻👍🏻

If you like Latin American food, Rosa's restaurant is the restaurant for you in Sittard. The Menú has varied options of fish, meat or vegetarian dishes that give a taste of Latin America. The favorite dish was fajitas barbacoa and if you are a fan of Margaritas then you must order the Margarita Negra here which is delicious. Super friendly staff. We will definitely come back to Rosa's.

Very good, fresh and prepared with love. Both opted for the very varied and surprising asparagus menu. We ate this with great taste and really enjoyed this restaurant with good staff from service to kitchen.

We recently had dinner here with a large group. My husband and I were the only vegans. The food of the rest of the group looked fine, but we never felt sad for a moment. We had a super starter with all different snacks (mushrooms, onion rings, olives, cauliflower wings), delicious fajitas filled with mushrooms, vegan cheese and lots of different types of vegetables and sauces. A cold soup came by for everyone and then we got an ice cream dessert that everyone was jealous of. Different types of ice cream with a delicious caramel sauce and fruit. We almost broke out of our clothes when we went home. The decoration of the store is warm, just like the people who work there. We will come back again!

What a nice restaurant this is, the sweetest service, delicious dishes with fresh products, surprising appetizers from the house in between! The restaurant is attractively decorated and here you can simply enjoy your dishes and (possibly) each other in peace. On the receipt there is a sweet message written to "take it with you" (and come back). We had a delicious meal here and we will definitely come back!

Had a delicious meal at Rosa's The Bavette and picanha were sublime. Most of these eateries on the square were full. There was still plenty of room at Rosa's and I don't know why, if I lived in Sittard I would eat here every day. The kitchen staff knows about meat preparations and the service was very hospitable. When I return to the south of the country I will visit Rosa's again!!

Extensive menu with tasty dishes. The vegetarian main course of only vegetables tasted excellent. Friendly service with a passion for honest food, much of it from our own vegetable garden.

To conclude our holiday, we went for dinner today without an appointment. The service was friendly, took the time for a chat and explained the products. We didn't have to wait long for our (carefully prepared) meals. In addition to the delicious meals, we were also surprised by the house's entrees. The Muulke in particular was a surprise. Dining at Rosa's is worth repeating

The menu at Rosa's restaurant looked very attractive and was the reason for us to eat there. And that turned out to be a very good choice. We had a delicious meal and the lady serving was very friendly. It was also noticeable that a lot of attention was paid to the 'side dishes': super fresh bread and delicious vegetables with the main course. Too bad we don't live nearby. I would like to eat more dishes from this menu.

Four of us enjoyed a South American atmosphere with excellent food accompanied by a Colombian mariachi band that put us in the right mood. A wonderful summer evening that is worth repeating. Especially the super friendly service.

We were also treated to a sparkling performance by a mariachi trio who happened to be playing on the market at the various terraces. A summer evening in a South American atmosphere, what more could you want? We will definitely come back here.

As soon as you chat with the people at Rosa's, you hear and see the passion they feel for good, honest food. Products with a responsible background, something that should be so normal, can be found here on your plate. In my opinion, the diversity of dishes as well as the taste should be as pronounced as your vision of what food should be. Dare to choose dishes with a background of family tradition, dishes that make your own heart beat faster! We enjoyed.

We enjoyed Father's Day at Rosas! We wanted to experience the Latin American atmosphere and still enjoy a culinary chic dinner. This restaurant exceeded our expectations. We were warmly welcomed and served warmly. Spoiled with delicious extras in between the delicious dishes. The pineutje at the end tasted sublime! We felt very welcome and special as guests. We are already looking forward to next time.

My experience at this restaurant was quite bad. The prices are quite high considering the dishes (small portions for vegetarian dishes) you get. A main course with eggplant was not prepared properly. The eggplant was spongy. When I said something about it, they said it was a shame with a broad smile. Not exactly the service you expect. After a starter and main course, I had to eat again at another restaurant, so little was reserved even though it was said that you are quite full after the main course. Well, pieces of eggplant with some spinach and cherry tomatoes don't fill me up.

Finally a restaurant in Limburg (or even the first in the Netherlands) where you can eat 100% unprocessed plant-based food, therefore healthy in accordance with the latest scientific insights. And also a culinary tour de force, bravo!

The food was delicious, and the desserts were very special. These are very different from what is available elsewhere on the market. The new menu is definitely an upgrade!
