Friendly people, nice that there are heaters on the terrace. Unfortunately, the food was not good. Glazed fries, very greasy hamburgers, and soggy buns. When we pointed this out, all we got was the response: "oh." Very disappointing!

Had lunch 3 times and dinner once. The price-quality ratio is excellent. From carpaccio salad, cod, pancakes, and coffee, everything is fine. In addition, the service is very friendly and efficient. Hats off!!!

Given the variety of dishes, we initially thought, "I wonder if everything is fresh?" But our meal proved us wrong. My cod with mustard sauce was first-class! Everything was also beautifully presented. The service completed the perfect evening.

The atmosphere is cozy, there is a large terrace, friendly and helpful staff, it is beautifully situated opposite the Klimduin, and you can enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner there! We love going there, and Erno and Saskia allow Yara to sell her handmade bracelets, with the proceeds going to a good cause, such as the Princess Maxima Center and the day care center! 't Trefpunt is highly recommended!

Truly the restaurant of Schoorl! A chat right upon arrival, a lovely outdoor terrace, and blankets on your chairs for the chilly evening. The staff is enthusiastic and very friendly. The food was exquisite, and the side dishes complemented the main course perfectly. Highly recommended!

Always super good food and good service. Have been there often and everything is always perfect. Today I had spareribs with a tomato soup as a starter.

Finally, a place for gluten-free dinner! Our kids have celiac disease. We were on vacation in the area but couldn't find a gluten-free restaurant until we came across Trefpunt. The staff handled it very well, and the kids could enjoy tasty pizza and fries. A cozy atmosphere as well.

You can eat well here. Authentic Schoorl. View of the Klimduin. Super friendly service. Not cheap, not expensive. But worth it. Try the seasonal beers on tap. Surprisingly tasty. We have been here very often already. And hope to come back very often. You won't find anything much nicer in Schoorl.

What a fantastic place! We've eaten there a few times already and happily returned. It was packed, but the owner still managed to find a nice spot for the four of us and a small child. The best onion soup I have ever eaten, and the rest of the food was all top-notch. Lovely service and the owner is a top guy; seeing how nicely he treats his staff is amazing. It is more than worth the trip from Haarlem, and we will be back. After having had so many nasty experiences in the hospitality industry—steak that wouldn't cut through, undercooked spare ribs that wouldn't come off the bone—and so on. This place is top-notch.

We came here for our end-of-holiday dinner, a group of four, and we were all thrilled. Everything was perfect, the food was fantastic (pizza, burgers, spare ribs, sole)! We especially recommend the limoncello tiramisu for dessert!

A really lovely restaurant in Schoorl, opposite the climbing dune. A great selection of food and drinks. The seating is pleasant both inside and out. I enjoyed it and would gladly return. Friendly staff and good service.

Little love in the dishes. Ordered brown bread. Received white. Fortunately, the lettuce was brown... too expensive for the mediocre quality.

Great restaurant. Beautifully decorated, very friendly staff, and delicious food. The spare ribs are especially recommended, but everything else looked very good too, and unlike most Dutch restaurants, not everything is deep-fried. The fish at the next table looked particularly good. Plus, there's a nice view of the dunes. Despite sitting outside, we didn't find the location right next to the road too bothersome, as the speed limit is in place.

The pizza and pancakes are excellent. Unfortunately, the chairs inside are very uncomfortable.

Fine restaurant and friendly service. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing because it was clearly not fresh. The lettuce was wilted and brown, the pizza base was partially burnt black, and the topped edges were cold, while only the center was warm. We reported this during the meal and also showed it. The only response we received was: "Thank you for the report, I will pass it on." After that, we heard nothing more about it and no solution was offered. We find this very disappointing. Mistakes can happen, but the way they are handled makes all the difference. Therefore, there will be no next time for us.

Very cozy restaurant, great atmosphere with perfect service and staff. There were eight of us sitting at a round table, which made it even cozier. The dog could just sit by the table, so all in all a great experience!

For years, the restaurant in Schoorl has been a regular stop on our bike tours, where we enjoy one of their many pancakes. It's a nice, cozy restaurant with outdoor seating and a lovely view of the "Klimduin" (climbing dunes).

We've been coming here to eat for several years and have always been satisfied. Today we tried pizza for the first time. One vegetable pizza and one chicken pizza. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with both pizzas and didn't even finish them. Regarding the chicken pizza: The chicken was completely over-seasoned, like it had been seasoned with gyro seasoning. The tomatoes were completely tasteless. Instead of red onions as described, there were almost raw white onions. Even the cheese had no flavor. Regarding the vegetable pizza: You could barely find the artichokes on the pizza. Again, there were almost raw white onions. The tomatoes were also tasteless. All the vegetables felt raw. Sautéing them a little beforehand would certainly have helped. And all this for €16.50 per pizza! Unfortunately, a no-go. I have to say, I've rarely eaten such a tasteless pizza.

We always enjoy apple pie with whipped cream during our road bike rides. We enjoy it indoors or on the patio. The whipped cream was always fresh, but now, in 2025, I'm not sure. Otherwise, the service is always excellent!

The service was very polite and fast, but unfortunately, the food was just terrible. We had a (fried) schnitzel that was cooked dark brown/black and was impossible to cut through, not even with a steak knife. The fried eggs were also burnt. Restaurant t' Trefpunt, Schoorl Title: Beautiful location, but disappointing service with a minor complaint On a warm Thursday evening in August, my partner and I dined at Restaurant Het Trefpunt in Schoorl. We had made a reservation for 7:00 PM. Unfortunately, there was no table available outside, but we were comfortably seated inside at the edge of the terrace. The atmosphere was pleasant, and the restaurant looks well-maintained. Upon arrival, we ordered a white Cabernet Sauvignon and a red Merlot. The white wine was well chilled, but the red wine, unfortunately, turned out to have been served much too warm (estimated at around 24-25 degrees Celsius). Since red wine tastes best at a temperature of 16-18 degrees Celsius, I politely informed the staff. The waitress returned shortly after consulting with the manager and explained that "red wine is served at room temperature and is perfectly fine as is." They offered no alternative, other than to say that the wine would remain on the bill regardless. To be honest, that felt a bit unhelpful. We understand that not everything can always be adjusted, but we expected a more hospitable response to our comment, especially in a restaurant where service and guest experience should be paramount. In summary: • Beautiful location, pleasant atmosphere – Red wine temperature not up to par – Complaint not taken seriously – No flexibility in service We hope the restaurant will act on this feedback, because the location and potential are certainly there. Unfortunately, for now, we cannot wholeheartedly recommend it to wine lovers or guests who value service.

We had another delicious meal at 't Trefpunt in Schoorl, our favorite spot for a refreshing lunch break for several years now when cycling in the North Holland dunes. A cozy place with a friendly owner, fast service from a group of friendly and attentive young people, and a chef who puts quality on your plate! An added bonus: they offer hot main courses at lunchtime, and some excellent ones (salmon with green asparagus, lamb tenderloin with red port sauce, and more) accompanied by delicious side dishes and crispy fries. Rare in the Netherlands, but truly appreciated! Congratulations and many more years of success!

We went for drinks once, which was great, and we had lunch once, which was also fantastic! The sandwiches were delicious, and the pancakes looked amazing too! (Lunch) Lovely terrace outside, and it's also great to spend time inside!

A definite recommendation. Super friendly, prompt service, always attentive to guests. You don't see that very often these days. We had the summer menu: very good and reasonably priced. Sitting on the terrace is close to the street, but the light traffic is hardly a problem. A large parking lot is a 5-minute walk away. We'd be happy to come back.

I often come here after a walk in the Schoorl dunes. Friendly staff, delicious food, and good value for money. It's a bit dated, but it has a certain charm.

One of the best spear ribs I've ever eaten—a definite recommendation. The other dishes also looked good, and the portions were decent. The wait was long, though. Definitely make a reservation in advance!

The service was excellent, but unfortunately, the food was truly awful. The schnitzel resembled a shoe sole. Deep-fried and thoroughly cooked, and the eggs were also overcooked. The location is great, and the staff is friendly.
