Good and beautiful concept. Certainly enough and a wide selection of food and drinks; something for everyone, young and old.

Incredible. Everything you could wish for in an all-you-can-eat restaurant was there. Very crowded, but thanks to the many individual stations, there was little waiting time, except for the cooking and grilling station. Friendly staff.

It is like many All You Can Eat.

We recently ate here again. It tasted good this time. It was very busy, which made it a bit noisy inside.

First time water included an so much variety. Oyster and the ribeye so good. Oh and kangaroo meat but I don’t like haha

After multiple visits to both locations, I think the concept is good, and I notice that during my visits too! My kids also love the play area.

Had a delicious meal. A luxury all-you-can-eat. Highly recommended.

The plate clearer wasn't beaming and I don't think he wanted to work; he looked grumpy.

We were taken to a room that we initially thought was a children's play area. It certainly looked like it, as there were many screaming children around us; a very unwelcoming space. The food was of mediocre quality. Nothing special, but incredibly expensive compared to other restaurants in the same category. Except on your birthday, when dining is free for the birthday person. Unfortunately, we only found out about that the day after my birthday.

Best restaurant in Zeeland, delicious meals, sushi / salmon / and shrimp everything is tasty, clean and neatly decorated, desserts are also very tasty with a wide variety, if it's your birthday you get in for free.

We had a great meal as a family (2 kids, 9 and 12). Plenty of choice in dishes. Empty dishes are refilled quickly. Also plenty of choice in drinks (special beers and wine included). For the kids, in addition to the hot dishes, there is also cotton candy, popcorn, slush puppie, various types of ice cream, and candy available.

First time I was there and surprised that it was so busy. Relaxed atmosphere and cozy.

Great food, you can choose what you want.

They put so much MSG in everything that you get allergic reactions. What's wrong with just adding a little salt? Never again, spending a lovely evening sitting on the toilet like this.

We ate here with a large family. It is a perfect place to chat and occasionally join the buffet. The children loved the dessert buffet. Personally, I was a fan of the starters and the sushi.

The food was fine, though it was a shame there wasn't much choice of meat. Service excellent.

We had a delicious meal here! They have a huge variety of food, so there really is something tasty for everyone. I personally thought the sushi was particularly good. You do have to get everything yourself, but we didn't mind that. There was also a microwave available to warm up baby food, which was really ideal. Definitely recommended, even with small children.

The food was disappointing, limited choice of dishes. The staff clearing the tables... yuck, what a grumpy bunch. Can't manage a smile or even the slightest friendliness... for the price-performance ratio, no, it is totally not worth it!

The food here is fine. Don't expect a cozy restaurant, because it isn't one. It is a great place to enjoy a meal with your family or friends. You pay for the package you book (2 or 3 hours) immediately upon arrival, so you don't have to worry about that. There is a wide selection of sushi, wok, grill, and pre-prepared dishes. There is also a lot of choice when it comes to desserts. Drinks are included. Used glasses and plates are cleared promptly. As far as we are concerned, it is worth a repeat visit.

It was the one of the lowest range of buffet experience for me, but everything was a good quality. It means they offer limited options with good quality. As my personal option I would ask for more options in the Chinese buffet if I am paying more than 40 Euro.

We had a delicious meal on Easter Monday. But a bit of a letdown was having to pay an extra ten euros per person. So, when reserving, the price on the website was €45.95 per person. And at checkout, it was €54.95 in the restaurant. So, guests, pay attention if you are going to eat there and reserve online… pure deception. I also saw the same story in a previous review.

Most of it is delicious, but the Chinese meals/buffet are sometimes a bit disappointing.

Food was okay. Best part is the cook to serve meat. I walked out with a drink that I began drinking before leaving and they sent someone out to come and get it from me after I exited. Lol At almost 58.00 USD I wouldn't think that a bottle of Lipton green tea would have been an issue. I'm sure with a large group this would probably be a good choice so that everyone kind of gets something that they want. A little loud but fine if you are looking for family friendly.

I've loved the food ever since Tafelen opened. I also love the concept that the birthday boy or girl gets to go free on the day itself. The service is good, and they're friendly to customers. Dirty plates and glasses are quickly cleared from the tables. It's a shame the food is now €50 per person, but the food is fine. Drinks are also included.

We had a wonderful meal at Tafelen Middelburg. The selection is enormous: so much choice that there's something for everyone. A bonus is that dishes like sushi are freshly prepared right in front of you. Everything looks well-presented and tastes delicious. There's ample free parking, which makes for a relaxing visit. Sometimes you have to wait in line for your food, but that's understandable considering the size of the restaurant and the number of seats. The food is definitely worth the wait. When we ask the children where they want to eat, the answer is always: "Dining." The play corner is an added bonus. We will definitely be back!

We had dinner at the table on Wednesday, and wow, it was wonderful again. The new update to the seating area is also so beautiful, it makes the space so much more welcoming. We really enjoyed it.

It's really quite delicious, isn't it, but 52 euros per person, then if you go with a friend and you've already spent 100+ euros, you'd be better off having a fancy meal with a friend of yours.

I made a reservation in advance for Boxing Day for 8 people. When I made the reservation, the website showed €60 per person. This was confirmed when I made the reservation. When I paid yesterday, I was charged €64.95 per person. I protested, of course, but what else could I do? How else could I feed 8 people so quickly? I saw the people before us also collecting money, and I suspected they had encountered the same problem. We have eaten at Tafelen Middelburg regularly, but you understand that I consider this a scam, and we wish Tafelen all the best, but not for us anymore.

Had an excellent experience. The staff is polite and friendly, and they work hard. The food is very varied, with something for everyone. The atmosphere is calm and cozy. The tables were neatly set and clean. Dirty plates and glasses were regularly and calmly cleared away. A good first experience. We will definitely be back.

I visited this place for a seafood all-you-can-eat buffet, but unfortunately the experience did not meet my expectations. The price is 45 euros per person for only two hours, which I personally find quite expensive for what is offered. There is a variety of options available, so in terms of selection it looks good at first. However, the restaurant was very crowded, which made the experience less comfortable. Some dishes were often empty, and you had to wait for them to be refilled, which is not ideal for a time-limited buffet. As for the taste, the food was very average. Nothing stood out in terms of flavor or quality, and there was no dish that felt worth the high price. Overall, the food did not justify the cost. Considering the crowded atmosphere, average taste, and high price, the value for money is poor. I did not enjoy the experience and would not return unless there are improvements in food quality or pricing.

Everything is perfect and delicious

For a truly romantic dinner, there are better options. But for spending a few cozy hours with family or friends, this is a great place. We can be brief about the cuisine: the selection is fantastic, the quality is outstanding. There's plenty of choice for every taste in a wide range of meat and fish for griddle or grill. Truly everything has been thought of for both young and old. You pay for the duration of your stay. On weekends, it's a few euros more expensive. There's a separate play area for children. Ample free parking is available. Personally, I prefer a round (oval) table to a "cafeteria table." Downside: the restrooms need more attention. We will definitely come back.

Made a reservation, but still had to wait in line to get to your table. Overwhelmed by the crowds and noise. The children's corner has all sorts of (candy) dispensers that require money. Just after withdrawing a small amount for the meal, the first thing the kids want is money for those dispensers. When they come in, give them each a coin to insert into one of those dispensers. The food is fine, plenty of it, but it's a shame you have to queue for special items.

Restaurant Tafelen Middelburg is no ordinary diner, no way; this is a mental sacrifice that not only satisfies your hunger but also increases your fighting spirit. We arrived with colleagues in two full cars, knowing what we were getting into and eager to be let in. Once at the table, casual grins spread across our faces because we'd been there before, so we knew what to expect. This concept wasn't entirely unfamiliar to us. A little later, we lost a few colleagues; I found them shortly afterward in front of the grill, patiently waiting for a plate of meat. Once the loot was in, the meat at the table was greedily devoured as if we were a bunch of Neanderthals. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the empty plates were gone in no time. Round two had arrived, but it was already busier because the line had grown longer. The grillman knew the time by now, and the meat was roasting. He briefly cut it in half for us to inspect. I gave an approving nod and was ready to tackle the meat again. Colleagues were dodged, and plates were heaped; we were unstoppable. This left us wanting more, round after round. The staff grew more nervous, and they couldn't keep up with our table, which increasingly resembled the aftermath of a food war. A plate fell to the floor next to us, and further away, there was laughter. Our mood changed, and as time went on, the atmosphere grew grimmer. Our two hours were up, but the damage was already done; whole piles of food had been devoured as if there was no end in sight. Dejected but satisfied, we wandered toward the exit where we encountered the next group of looters. We said goodbye to Tafelen, an all-you-can-eat restaurant in Middelburg. It doesn't matter what you want to call it; the battlefield lies before you and the challenge is inevitable.

Massa is a cash-only restaurant. Lots of choices, making it ideal for children and very large groups. The space is large, and when it's busy, it can get very noisy. You pick your own food, from sushi, griddles, grills, and woks. From king prawns to kangaroo steaks. The selection is enormous. Quality varies from average to good to less than stellar. The downside is that your guests will constantly leave their table.

the tables were sticky from the moment we arrived my girlfriend asked for new pepper because the one on the table was empty never got the pepper eventually took pepper myself from an empty table I stir fried and the sauce was very bland did not taste of garlic the satay was bland and several dishes also in terms of price etc okay but more flavor could be added to dishes but most staff are nice except for the one who was supposed to bring something but never came after that

We had a great meal, but we're going back tonight. It's a bit pricier than in Belgium, where it's still a bit better and cheaper. Most of the staff are very helpful and friendly, with a few exceptions. Highly recommended, keep up the good work.

Super delicious, the price was a bit high, but the quality was worth it. It was incredibly crowded and warm inside, but that's subjective. This is definitely recommended, delicious food. We'll do it again.

The first thing that pleasantly surprised us was the extremely fast and attentive service. Even during the meal, the waiters were always on hand without being intrusive. The selection of dishes was huge, making it difficult to decide! Whether you prefer meat, fish, or vegetarian – everyone will find something to suit them. The dishes were not only very filling but also of excellent quality. You can tell that the food is prepared with fresh ingredients and passion. The result was a superbly delicious meal, with nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back and can wholeheartedly recommend the Tafelen restaurant!

Tasty and many different types in buffet form but way too expensive

Large all-you-can-eat restaurant for a reasonable price. Lots of selection and good food. If you're looking for a cozy meal, definitely avoid this one, as the atmosphere is lacking.

Unlimited food. Lots of choices. If you come early in the evening, everything is delicious. If you come a bit later, it's less so.

It looks really nice. But we arrived around 8:30 PM. It's clear that the food had been there for a while, and it was just small portions. By 9:15 PM/9:30 PM, a large portion had simply been cleared away. When I wanted to grill something around that time, there was a real choice of discolored food and really minimal food. It was cooked politely, but the same cook was simultaneously scrubbing the floor around the baking sheets with a bucket of soapy water. Sorry, but that's really not acceptable. It's quite expensive. And if you start at 6 PM, it's bound to look different. But don't charge customers who arrive after 8 PM full price. Now we had to make do with leftovers, and even after an hour, there was nothing left in certain places because they had cleared away. While we paid for two hours. This is not acceptable.

Op uitnodiging bezochten wij dit restaurant. De entreeformaliteiten verliepen snel en konden we ook snel plaatsnemen. Wij hebben al meer ervaringen in deze formules en van daaruit kan ik alleen maar zegen dat alles tip top in orde was. De allin formule is hier op z'n best. Niet alleen is er een grote variatie in drankjes ook het aanbod van eten is enorm en niet te vergeten van uitstekende kwaliteit en enorme variatie met overal het meest vriendelijke personeel wat men zich kan wensen. Wij, een gezelschap van 11 tot 72 hebben absoluut genoten van het aanbod en de kwaliteit. Een extra compliment naar degenen die de tafels bijhouden, vriendelijke en voorkomende mensen die geruisloos hun werk doen. Dit restaurant steekt met kop en schouders ver boven vergelijkbare restaurants uit. Een echte aanrader!!!!

Wij komen hier vaker en ik merk wel dat er wat verbeteringen zijn gekomen. Sushi is erg lekker en uitgebreid, er is genoeg te eten. De bediening is vriendelijk. Eten word snel aangevuld en er lopen constant serveersters langs om alles weer op te ruimen. Ik vind het wel een fijne sfeer en heb eigenlijk niets op dit restaurant aan te merken. Alle respect voor de hardwerkende medewerkers, dat mag ook eens gezegd worden!

We come here a few times a year and have always been satisfied. The food is delicious and is replenished quickly. Service is fast and friendly. The staff do their best to keep everything tidy. No complaints, and it's great that there's a children's area too. If that area could be a bit bigger, it would be fantastic, because children simply love to play ;-)

We waren hier vaste klanten. Mijn vrouw heeft sinds 2 jaar een gastric bypass en kreeg hier altijd korting. Nou die betaald gewoon €41,95 en haalt ze er dus niet uit. Van de wok was de kipfilet vreselijk droog en taai de creme brulee was zuur. Echt 1 grote teleurstelling en zonde van ons geld. Het oogt ook niet als restaurant maar 1 grote vreet schuur. Waar kwaliteit niet voorop staat, maar zoveel mogelijk geld binnen halen

Tried again after years, we were very disappointed a few years ago. But our opinion and experience has turned 100% around. We have been there 3 times in a short time. Good food, good choice in hot cold, wok and delicious desserts. We have become fans.

I visited the restaurant for the first time today on my birthday. Unfortunately, I had indicated the number of guests incorrectly. I have three children and don't often go to restaurants, so I didn't know that when booking, children (2 and 3 years old) should be taken into account, because such children either sit with their parents or sit in high chairs and don't take up much space. Fortunately, the problem was solved quickly and we got a good table. The girl who showed us to the table spoke to me in Russian and reminded me again that you should indicate children when booking. Okay, but the way she said it really made me angry. It was rude and unfriendly. I came to my birthday in a good mood, but after this 10-second conversation, I spent 2 hours brooding over how rude it was, instead of enjoying the food and chatting with friends.

If you're here between peak times, you can enjoy everything to the fullest. During peak times, it gets crowded, and the wait at the grill is long and busy, but everything is kept clean, cleared away, and refilled quickly. It's also great for families with children, as there's a dedicated play area.

Very good wok worth it and very friendly staff

Great experience at this restaurant one of the better all you can eats in the area and the best I have experienced so far. Large assortment of wok, grill sushi, salads and much more and also a lot of choice of drinks and they also had duvel that I have never experienced in a wok so much choice. Also for children play corner 10 out of 10 definitely a big recommendation there is also ample parking and wheelchair friendly

I went here with my whole family and it was a nice evening As soon as you enter you first have to pay €45 per person, then you are taken to your table and you can eat as much as you want. The special thing about this restaurant is that you can get your own food. There is a lot of choice between meat, fish, vegetables, fruit and much more. To eat here you have to make a reservation first because it is busy.
