The food is nice and tasty. It's a busy restaurant, but there's enough for everyone. It's a pleasant place to be. The only thing is that the price could go down, but that doesn't stop me from going to eat there again. If that helps keep the place going, then I'd rather pay a bit more. I don't have a photo of the inside. Outside, they have a new pump system for kids and a gnome trail you can follow. Plenty of fun things for the kids. Please sign the petition so they don't have to close!!! Too much will be lost if they do.

In the afternoon, we inquired about making a reservation, partly due to gluten-free requirements. We were told it wasn't necessary. Dietary requests could always be accommodated. When we arrived in the evening with my mother, who is nearly 100, there was no room, and we were told to stand across the street and wait. The extremely grumpy owner would then call out our names if there was space. When I mentioned that I had called specifically in the afternoon to make a reservation, he now said that they didn't do that. There was absolutely no understanding for my elderly mother. He also couldn't estimate a waiting time. After waiting for over fifteen minutes, we eventually left without eating there.

We had a snack at Kosteluk, but unfortunately, our experience was somewhat disappointing. In our opinion, it was not very clean. There were quite a few crumbs, and there was also a lot of sand inside the building, particularly in the children's play area. As a result, it unfortunately did not feel very fresh. Additionally, there was little staff visible. It seemed that they were mainly present in the back, which meant the service did not always come across as engaged or quick. All in all, we found it a shame, because with a bit more attention to cleanliness and staff presence, the experience could certainly have been more pleasant.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful Google photos! It almost looked like you could enjoy a refined dining experience there: beautiful plating, small portions, and lovely details. In reality, unfortunately, we found it to be a lot less refined. The fish tempura was mostly… fried fish. With almost all dishes, we were served the same huge chunks of fennel, some of which were still raw and barely cut with a knife and fork. The drinks menu was also disappointing: given the price level, we had expected a nicer wine selection and perhaps even champagne. In short: beautiful photos, steep prices, but unfortunately, the experience fell considerably short.

We went out for dinner twice during our holiday, just like in previous years. This time once inside and once outside. Delicious food, cozy atmosphere, good service!
