Ordered via UberEats 2 hours ago, didn't receive any food, and couldn't be reached by phone...

The order was never delivered, and the restaurant is impossible to reach! Waited almost two hours, still no food.

Store is closed! Ordered trough uber eats and food never came. Really disappointed

Attention! The store is closed. This wasn't indicated anywhere. Unfortunately, I placed an order on August 18th and was met with a closed door. Emails are no longer arriving. I hope to get my money back, but that's unlikely to happen.

The quesadillas are alright, not exactly authentic. The beef one is really spicy though, there should definitely be a warning about that on the menu.

Very tasty food, nothing to complain about

Just picked up an order: a large and normal pokebowl, turns out to have exactly the same content! Furthermore, way too much rice and few “proteins”, very mediocre as far as we are concerned. New management does not always mean new success..

Paid €5 for Nachos that were not available. Could not be returned by debit card. Did I want something else? No. Manager would call back or contact me... heard nothing. Email sent, response after a few days. Do you have a fully digital system to place your order... what you pay for is not available. Tip: first ask if they have what you want to eat in stock. 🤓 Update 1: response received, money is refunded. Update 2: no deposit received and no response anymore. Update 3: no response received about refunding €5 overpaid costs. This says enough about this case. Update 4: compensation received. 5 stars again because the quality was fine.

Well folks, don't waste your money on this. I ordered a mex build your own bowl and it really wasn't worth the money. It was cold, the rice was still hard, little sauce. I also had avocado for 1.50 extra and I hardly got any avocado. It didn't look good either, it seemed like they threw everything into one container very quickly. And on top of that, I waited longer than an hour for my order. This is very unfortunate!

Quesadilla (chicken) was too tasty… and the 4 pieces of chicken were also tasty… 1 minus point; Burrito Beef variant could be better, meat was tough.

I sometimes order a few times now, if there is a problem you are called and if there is a problem with your delivery they will solve it... I have never experienced anything like that where I got my credit back... this is really a matter with quality and good service...I thank the owner himself that I even got something for free...rarely seen...the food is delicious

The opening of Ritos was really great! The get 2 get 1 pay promotion was a huge windfall, especially in these expensive times. The food was not only super tasty, but also very filling. you really get your money's worth, even at half the price.

They should open up a YouTube video and lookup the burrito recipe. I ordered it and it was so bad, I would cook a much better one at home. Not only the recipe and taste is bad, but also the amount of meat was hilarious, it was almost like a vegetarian burrito filled with bad rice and tasteless beans

I had a salmon poke. The ingredients were fresh, the amount of food left me full and happy 😊 I really recommend this place.

A very sad establishment. I walked inside, was directed to the screen to order. Ingredients looked mediocre at best, yet a bowl would have cost €15. I walked out and the understandably bored girl working there didn’t even look up. Leaving was a great decision! I had a delicious homemade foccacia at Noemi down the street. If you’re at the Van Woustraat location go literally anywhere else on that street or just to Albert Cuyp market it’s 1 min away. I hope places like this will proliferate less.

The food is fresh and tasty, and the service is always friendly. The atmosphere is relaxed and cozy. Definitely recommended if you fancy something different!

Walked in hoping to bump these reviews but they charged me a meal then told me after they were out of meat. They couldn’t refund simply and I’m international so then a clumsy transfer that I’m not even sure went back through. Really sad about that interaction. Helpful staff but should’ve said out of ingredients right away.

Ordered a combination deal consisting of 2 burritos of your choice & Ritos nachos and 2 chocolate churros dream. Unfortunately only received the two burritos. Called the restaurant to coordinate, there was no answer. I thought the burritos themselves were mediocre. The mango chutney was tasty.

I ate in the restaurant once. Nice place, friendly employees. You can also indicate your wishes inside. But every time I order through Uber Eats, I don't get good quality fish and it also comes with an extremely large amount of mayonnaise. Unfortunately, you cannot provide special instructions to the restaurant in the app, such as not mixing so much with the dish. So today I ordered a tuna bowl and salmon shake via Uber Eats for me and my girlfriend. Fortunately, the delivery took place quickly, I have nothing to complain about that. The vegetables of my tuna bowl were good and fresh. The tuna, on the other hand, was too hot, although still fine to eat. However, there was far too much of a nasty mayonnaise. That made the whole experience less good. After a few bites, the mayonnaise really made me feel sick, so I put it away. The salmon bowl also had tasty, flavorful vegetables and rice, but the salmon was also warm and had discolored dry edges that really showed that this salmon was old, especially when I compare it with the quality of last time. Fortunately, I was still able to enjoy the torpedo shrimp (which were very good), but I don't feel like ordering here again unless they start serving better quality.

Overpriced, 2 burrito’s and 2 drinks for 41€ Asked for extra cheese sauce which costs 2€ but its absolutely a joke the little amounts they give is not a proper comparison to the price, 1 star never going there again especially after the food gave me crazy stomach aches

Prices on menu are completely different to the touchscreen they make you order from, terrible service. When I raised this point with the older lady working there they refused to honour the advertised pricing AVOID

Today we spent a day in Amsterdam and had lunch at Ritos, excellent price/ratio and quality. Place looked clean and tidy, definitely recommended!

Super tasty food and friendly personal

I just got a poke bowl with Tuna. The tuna has a bad smell and taste. 16€ and I can throw the food away. Very disappointing.

Today my colleagues and I decided to get a powkebol at Ritos. Although we were a little unsure whether we were making the right choice after reading the mixed reviews, our doubts were quickly dispelled. To our surprise, the food was incredibly delicious! The powkebols were richly filled and full of flavor. The staff was super friendly and the food was ready in no time. In just fifteen minutes they had prepared nine powkebols for us, in a clean and well-organized workspace. We will definitely come back here. Ritos has exceeded our expectations and we look forward to enjoying their delicious powkebols again!🤍

Delicious food, nice atmosphere inside!

In response to my previous negative review, Hussein did everything possible to make me a satisfied customer again. That worked. This time the food tasted just like the first time, tasty and fresh. Very nicely organized of them.

I ordered the mama tofu burrito and they're was barely any sauce on in plus the tofu was missing. So it was a super tasteless burrito

Last time I was super excited. But this time everything was disappointing, ordered 2 large poke bowls via Uber Eats. After waiting 2.5 hours we finally got our order... This was disappointing. We got small poke bowls (knowing the number of chicken pieces). After talking to a grumpy employee on the phone, they couldn't do anything for us. Zero service and paid way too much for a small pokebowl. Never order here again.

Every time I order Ritos via Uber eats there is something wrong with the order. Gave this place second chances but after the last experience when half of the ingredients were missing and the driver was 1h late with the delivery decided to never order here again.

Rude staff. We ordered food with them and it arrived 2h later. When calling them the guy was yelling at my colleagues. Unacceptable!

The poke bowl was good, the place has a wide variety of options that you can make. As known always in the poke experience. The place has seats, but not recommended to sit since the tables are clearly made to make you eat fast and go. Service was super good, and the staff are friendly.

I rarely post reviews but for this I just had to. The burrito with Karaage Chicken, sesame & teriyaki sauce was soooo good!!! It’s been 3 days and I still can’t shut up about it. Too bad there’s no Ritos here in Limburg, but I’ll definitely be back soon. 🫡🫡

Separate matter. Manager is quite derogatory towards staff and customers, strange shouting in the kitchen. And hygiene also leaves much to be desired. In short, not worth repeating.

Heavy overpriced low quality food. You walk in the store, 3 people just look at you in a sheepish way, nobody says a word. I paid €15 for a pulled beef Burrito. Suddenly I noticed weird chewy stuff, turns out it was a complete in tact blood vein / artery... confirming Ritos is just using cheap low quality left-over meat in their overpriced Burritos.

Tacos were very yummy. Simple but yummy. I the guac I got on a side needed just a little bit more salt byt that's maybe just me, because I like salt. Chicken is halal and very juicy and good in taste. I wipp definetly go here again. Staff was very kind

I ordered my poke bowl via UberEats, and asked to change my rice to multi grain rice. I got order and found out they didn’t charge it so I called them. They said it will take more than an hour to prepare multi grain rice and I said okay. 30min later they already delivered the new one, but again with sushi rice. I just wanted multi grain rice in my bowl and I said it’s okay to wait….is that too much to ask for…?

Had the tempura shrimp poke. Very good and the large is actually very large. They were able to swap out some items for me with no issue and I'd definitely go back for another lunch poke.

Dit is officieel een lekkerdere burrito dan in Mexico. We waren een beetje te enthousiast en hebben taco’s (deze waren zooo yummy 🤤), een bowl, een burrito, wat garnalen met kip besteld 😅 als we hadden geweten dat de porties zo groot waren hadden we iets minder besteld 🤭 maar absoluut heerlijk gegeten! De medewerkers waren super lief en grappig. Eten was binnen no time klaar en heerlijk vers.

Lekkere verse poke bowls! Wij hadden de Salmon Shake en Samurai Chicken met Shrimp Tempura. Je krijgt genoeg van alles, dus je kunt er zelfs 2 dagen van eten.
