Yesterday evening we dined for the first time at RobertZ in Bergeijk at a beautiful location. We were welcomed by Robert, in the tastefully decorated dining room with a glass of bubbles. We immediately felt at ease because of the warm welcome. Robert is a real host, who does everything he can to spoil his guests. He had put together a 5-course menu for us with matching wines. The dishes were beautifully presented and Robert explained each course. His passion for cooking was translated into a true taste sensation, a stimulation of our taste buds, as it were. In short: we enjoyed culinary delights, everything was perfect and DEFINITELY worth repeating. Thank you Robert, we will be back soon.

From start to finish, we felt like guests at a chic restaurant, but in the warmth and comfort of our own home. Robert and his sous-chef, Scott, took the time to thoroughly explain the menu. They shared not only what was on the table but also the philosophy behind each dish. What was immediately apparent was their immense passion for quality and flavor. Everything was prepared in our own kitchen, using fresh, seasonal ingredients from the Bergeijk area. It was clear they truly know their craft. Every dish, from the delicate amuse-bouche to the main course, was a true taste sensation. The dinner concluded with a sublime dessert that was perfectly balanced: not too heavy but just the right amount. The wine pairing, selected from our own wine cellar, seamlessly complemented the flavors of the dishes and completed the experience. What made this evening truly unique was the ease and personal approach. No stress about cooking, washing dishes, or even setting the table. Everything was taken care of down to the last detail. The service was discreet, attentive, and professional, allowing us to fully focus on enjoying the food and each other. A home dinner catered by Robert(z)...in a word, TOP!!! The choice to go for pure flavors and dishes instead of a lot of fuss suited us perfectly. The luxury of experiencing this was wonderful and special. Everything was taken care of, from setting the table, enjoying the delicious 6-course meal, to cleaning up the kitchen. So wonderful!! The tranquility and care provided by the kitchen was fantastic!! Allergies and vegetarian options were also very well taken into account. As a family, we don't often get together because our son and daughter-in-law live abroad... We have Robert and Scott to thank for being able to celebrate our wedding anniversary this way. Once again...Thank you so much. It was a wonderful experience and a beautiful memory for our family!!!

Enjoyed a delicious meal in a relaxed atmosphere. Without being judged by other diners... Because there aren't any. A private kitchen is fantastic. Love it. Robert, keep it up! Unfortunately, I forgot to take pictures, but that was also due to the relaxed atmosphere. 6 out of 5 stars. ;)

I found Robert through a friend because I wanted to have a private chef come over as a surprise for someone. I sent him a message and we hit it off right away. Robert is a friendly man who really thinks along with us. He comes by beforehand to discuss everything and view the venue, which is really nice. When the day arrived, we stayed in touch, and Robert arrived at our house right on time, along with his sous chef, Scott. Everything was taken care of, and nothing was missing. When we started eating, there was not only a lovely atmosphere but also seven beautiful dishes served on the table. Along with the delicious wines, this made the evening complete! Robert & Scott, it was delicious and we really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much for everything! 😊 We'll definitely be spreading the word.

We were lucky that we were one of the last for which Robert came to cook on location (early February). Robert had done excellent preparation, so that it often involved final actions. Robert provides a cozy, homely atmosphere, his craftsmanship does the rest. Delicious food and drinks, you can taste that Robert has a lot of experience in cooking at a high level. Everything was taken care of, he also took the dishes home with him. We enjoyed a wonderful evening of private dining!

Organized a private dining for the first time for friends, and what an experience Robertz made it! His passion shines through in every step of the process. During the preparation, he takes plenty of time to discuss what kind of company it concerns and how the evening should be structured. He takes all dietary requirements into account. During the private dining itself you will be completely unburdened, so you can fully enjoy a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and exceeded all expectations. Although this was one of the last private dinings on location, there is no reason to be sad. Robertz also offers private dining at his home, which should certainly be an unforgettable experience.

Last weekend, culinary spoiled by Robert & Scott. 2 dinners and 2 delicious brunches and then all the tasty snacks at snack times. We had a wonderful 25th wedding anniversary in the Ardenne where Robert & Scott flew in to provide the group with all the goodies for a weekend. In a word, it was TOP!

Me and my wife had dinner on location at Robertz. Wonderful... We then rented a villa for a weekend with a total of 31 people. And throughout the weekend Robert and Scott spoiled us wonderfully from brunch to dinner and snacks in the evening as well. Awesome!! Highly recommended. There is no doubt that we will use their services again next time. And not only was the food good, but they are also very nice people with whom you immediately click.

I can only give 5 stars. Last year Robert cooked at our home and now we ate in his living room restaurant. How wonderful it was! Any wishes or restrictions are always taken into account and he knows how to make something great every time. And with all the personal attention and a smile. You will not be short of anything with Robert! We had a great evening!

Delicious dinner in a cozy setting. After nice contact and enthusiastic reception by Robertz and Scott, we enjoyed a wonderful evening. The tasty dishes were varied & with fresh ingredients from the area. We tasted some delicious and surprising combinations, accompanied by delicious wine for those who wish. The expert explanations/facts were presented with humor, which we really enjoyed. We thoroughly enjoyed it, we want more and will definitely come back, highly recommended!

Once again a delicious meal. Robertz and Scott it was great again. It was certainly a challenge for you as there were a few picky eaters, but even they tried and ate all the dishes!

We as a department at Hygge in Bergeijk recently participated in the cooking workshop as part of our team building initiative, and I can say with certainty that it was a super fun experience we had as a team! From the moment we walked into the kitchen we were greeted with a warm welcome and enthusiasm. Robert and his sous chef guided us through the secrets of the culinary world with patience and humor. Even those of us who did not consider ourselves kitchen princes or princesses quickly felt at ease thanks to the expert guidance. What really made this workshop special was the emphasis on teamwork. We were encouraged to work together. It was nice to see how this activity strengthened our team spirit, resulting in surprisingly delicious dishes. As for the food.. The ingredients were fresh and top quality, and Robert gave us valuable insights on flavor combinations and presentation. We had a very warm welcome at Robertz restaurant. He and his sous chef did their very best to make it a pleasant stay. And overall....the food was excellent. Everything was handmade. Wat hebben we heerlijk gegeten bij Robertz ter ere van 93-jarige Nelly. Superlekker, alles vers, naar seizoen en uit de omgeving, heel verrassend en gevarieerd met geweldige smaakbelevingen! Robertz is echt een aanrader voor groepen tot ca. 10 personen, eten op sterrenniveau voor een hele redelijke prijs in zijn gezellige huiskamerrestaurant. Robert en Scott, bedankt voor een hele fijne avond!

Wat een avond, zijn er nogsteeds van onder de indruk. Wat hebben wij onwijs genoten. Het eten was buitengewoon, de service perfect en de ruimte ontzettend fijn en mooi. Complimenten! Dit is zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Kerstmenu voor thuis was dit jaar zeer matig. Droog vlees, slechte handleiding voor de voorbereiding en erg weinig eten voor de prijs die we betaalden. Voor de paar vegetarische mensen was het al helemaal weinig bijzonders.

Voor een speciale gelegenheid hebben we Robert bij ons thuis laten koken. Wat een onwijs culinaire en smakelijke avond was het. Alle smaakpapillen zijn geraakt! Nogmaals bedankt Robert(z)!

Gisteren Khau pa Neux waw ( Thaise roerbakschotel met biefstuk ) opgehaald bij Robertz. Thuis nog lekker op temperatuur op kunnen eten. Heerlijk ! Het was lekker, prijs kwaliteit TOP en ook voldoende. De overige gezinsleden hadden net zo lekker gegeten- Roerbakschotel met kip en een Moutain Oak Burger. Echt een aanrader.
