Ron's Gebakspecialiteiten in Wijk 07 Marsdijk

The bakery is declining rapidly in quality; the bread is dry. The pastries don't seem fresh either. A complaint was filed, but the employees haven't done anything further about it.

I tried to order two sandwiches around lunchtime today. There was one brie sandwich and several healthy sandwiches in the display case. I indicated that I wanted two brie sandwiches. No!! This was the choice I had to make. It is ridiculous that the lady couldn't prepare an extra brie sandwich. I was the only one in the shop. Very poor, I just bought at Jumbo instead.

I bought two cream buns this afternoon and they took them out of the display case without gloves or tongs; downright disgusting, there were fingerprints in the bun.

I bought a 'floor tiger' here two weeks ago; I could already see in the store that it was very dark. Once I got home, it turned out the bread had simply been baked for far too long. The crust was more than a centimeter thick and impossible to cut through, and the next morning it was tough as well. I threw the bread away. I find it scandalous that they still dare to sell this. Especially since they charge €3.85 for a loaf. You should be able to expect quality then, and this was not it.
