We visited a couple months ago and still think of these drinks. They were delicious cocktails that were so unique and packed with flavor. It was a great vibe inside. It was slightly difficult to find, but I am so glad that we came in.

We had the craziest night of our lives when we walked through the door of this cocktail bar. We were blown away from the first second until the very end. We understood NOTHING about the concept or the menu (it doesn't list any cocktails or ingredients, just "flavors": you have to find the flavors you like, tell them to the bartenders, and they make a cocktail that matches them). We weren't the only ones who didn't get it; our neighbors were too. We ended up ordering a cocktail at random; the service alone was a show, and it was delicious. A place you ABSOLUTELY MUST visit.

Did not try the small bites, however the cocktails were amazing. Please expect to wait outside, it is a small but cozy place.

This little place is truly a hidden gem. Very picturesque inside, the beautiful atmosphere created by the decoration and the working staff make you wanna drink the entire catalog. Definitely don't miss this, even if you're traveling alone. Recommended for solo travelers or couples, grab a place at the bar and enjoy a wonderful evening.

We did strumble in by lucky accident while looking at the city before dinner reservations. Its such a nice and cozy place. There are not too many tables so u got to be lucky to get a seat. You ring the bell and have to wait at the door until let in. The service was great, everyone was so nice and friendly. The Drinks are not your usual, borinh Cocktails but creative in name and taste, in a good way. Drinksbwere great! You also get free Water with your Drinks, which was a nice plus. 10/10, would go again in a heartbeat.

We stayed here for my birthday (3 nights) because a friend recommended it - and this is us passing along the recommendation to whoever reads this. You won’t regret staying here and/or enjoying cocktails. The owners made my birthday special with room decorations, two free cocktails, and just overall being extremely helpful and kind. The service was great and the breakfast was delicious, as well. We’d explore during the day and end our night with a cocktail here. The bartenders are exceptional and really go out of their way to give you a one-of-a-kind experience. It’s also a great, central location. We’ll definitely stay here again. VERY cool place! It's a tiny bar with only a sign on the door and you must buzz to be let in and only if there's room. There's very limited space so better with a small group (2-4 people). The cocktails are very fancy and fun and the ambiance is super cool. It's expensive but you get what you pay for and you pay for quality and super interesting cocktail design. We did not order food so cannot comment on that.

A bar like it used to be: loud, laughing, and good pints. The DJ plays what he wants, the crowd does what they want. Sometimes a bit edgy, sometimes hilarious. The staff keeps things under control with a wink. Never boring, always something to talk about.

As I was making my rounds through the Amsterdam nightlife on my Long layover before flying back to California. I deeply enjoyed stumbling across this bar, truly a gem. A very Cute/sassy sweet bartender and his barback sidekick kept me fully entertained with fun facts, quick wit and tasty beverages. For sure a must visit.

Divine A superb, well-crafted cocktail unlike any other. A super cozy place. Go there with your eyes closed!

You have to wait outside the door to be let in, which is alright and makes sense since it’s a small space. However, my friend arrived there and was seated at a table before me. When I arrived a few minutes later, I stood outside waiting to be let in, but nobody came. Eventually, my friend came to the door to get me and we both went inside to our table. As soon as I sat down, the waiter (or perhaps owner) scolded my friend for opening the door without permission from them, because other people could have come in behind me, and asked her to not do it again the next time we come here. I was the only one waiting outside and there was no one else behind me wanting to get in, so his comment, said in rather rude and condescending way, was really not necessary. This kind of ruined the whole experience. If we had accidentally let other people in, then his comment would have made sense and we would have absolutely respected it, but that simply did not happen. It just gave off the impression that they are quite snob. The cocktails themselves tasted alright, some better than others, but were rather overpriced for what you get.

Review is for the hotel: This is a beautiful boutique-style hotel with a lot of character. It is not a full-service property with a reception desk, which adds to the charm. Each morning there is a lovely breakfast, and the setup is quite unique. When you return in the evening you walk through the cocktail lounge, past a sliding door, and head upstairs to your room. I found it very charming, though some travelers might prefer a more traditional hotel layout. The location is excellent and very central. Even though it is above a cocktail lounge, the rooms are well insulated and I did not notice any noise from below. During my stay there was some construction noise outside my room, which I believe was temporary and outside of the hotel’s control and awareness. Overall it was a really good stay. The staff were kind, the property is beautiful, and I would happily return.

Very overrated experience and overpriced cocktails. The staff also had the audacity to ask for tip and also made a point of asking for it when paying. I found one of the staff members to be unkempt and rude. The staff also speak to each other in Italian (which I have no problem with) but when you have the feeling that they are gossiping then it becomes unprofessional. Overall, Rosalia in concept is very cool but in reality is a miss.

Given all these positive reviews, I was expecting something superb. Well, no. Expensive cocktail and tiny quantity. The setting, the waiters, and the neighborhood were the only positive points. I won't be going back. There are much better options elsewhere.

Cocktails were prepared with skill and you could see by watching the bar tenders that they had a real zeal and passion for their creations. What a gem. These guys know how to run a small, quaint cocktail bar. Drinks come fast, Edoardo, the Italian stallion, pours drinks as fast as a Ferrari pista 488. The quality, forget about it. Are you Texan and want a Mexican Candy shot? Get ready for the fanciest Mexican Candy you have ever seen. To finish your experience get the beer finished in buffalo trace barrels. Tastes like the only sour beer that you will actually enjoy. Arrivederci!

Delicious drinks, and the option to eat cheeses and nuts to accompany your drink (even though the kitchen is closed! Good! Happy with that!). The drinks are very original, you won't find them anywhere else, and that's the charm: drinking here is an experience you won't repeat anywhere else; the drinks are small but have a strong personality. Come if you can, but know that this isn't a place to get drunk, but rather to savor and enjoy a good drink.

The bar tender was prepared and very friendly, the cocktails were good and seasonal, since they are seasonal I don't recommend any drink in particular in this review, but go and you won't be disappointed. Lovely bar in the heart of the city, looks understated from the outside. You have to ring the buzzer and someone (eventually) comes to open for you. This is also a good way to manage crowds inside :) The drinks were quite something but also not cheap , which is expected for the city centre😅 but worth the experience nonetheless. The guys working the bar are super attentive and can literally make you any classic drink even if not in their main menu.

The drinks are incredible, and the service is fantastic. There isn’t a long line on a Friday night, so while they don’t take reservations you probably won’t have to wait. I recommend trying the Rosalia's Triptych for food, as the cheese, the olives, and the meat are very flavorful and a great combination with the cocktails.

I really recommend to visit this bar for a couple of cocktails. Reminds me of a speak easy bar, since you have to ring the door bell to enter this somewhat hidden bar. Just south of 15€ per cocktail, so we had three each.

For us the best cocktails in Amsterdam! Super innovative combinations in a very charming bar with great service. We thought that having to ring the bell to be let in was a great idea to keep the bar quiet. The only idea: since the concept was herbs and flowers in the current spring, I would have been happy to see a few herbs or flowers in the glass and not “just” liquid. I absolutely loved Rosalia's Menagerie! It's a small and intimate bar with gorgeous, eclectic decor and the most delicious (seasonal!) cocktails. I tried the Sicilian Sour #2 (apricot brandy, fig leaf liqueur, lemon juice, gomme and egg white) and it was so good I had to pace myself. To top it all off, Andra the host was an absolute delight. Note that they don't take reservations, so consider showing up around opening time.
