Two trips to Amsterdam and two visits to Salsa Shop in Hallen. The concept is great, the staff is attentive and they explain everything in English. If you like spicy food, go for it without hesitation, you won't be disappointed.

The chicken and beef was halal according to the staff there. And the chicken bowl and burrito were really nice! A good mix of meat /salat and carbs.

I edited my review. It used to be better place. But right now, the sauce in the end of burrito, it's often with damaged roll, the laptop (maybe only on the middle) doesn't react for touching from the first attempt. I can't recommend it now, but it was really good place.

After a whole week in Amsterdam, this was the worst food experience we've had. The burrito and bowl were a decent size, but the food quality was terrible. We asked if they had plain rice, and they said yes, yes... but they didn't. The rice wasn't cooked enough, the beans were undercooked, and the tortillas were super soft. Overall, I didn't like the food or the treatment we received.

Absolutely the worst food experience in a numerous city vacation in the Netherlands. Employees completely ruined the experience with dishonesty important/relevant to food intolerances. Food was poorly prepared and undercooked. Sloppily put together and drowned in sauce. Every one on staff there should be fired.

Lovely place atmosphere is chill , can place own order on touch screens. Sit in or eat out.

Not consistent - you can get a top service and filled burritos/tacos or you can have the tacos maker touching her face and eyes repeatedly while ordering and have to ask her to change gloves before touching your food…plus she seemed annoyed i asked and put very little meat in the tacos…maybe a revenge

I ordered for a burito and my sis ordered for a rice chicken bowl and it was very very nice. They pay attention to what you want and what you don’t.

The food was great and well seasoned, the service was also decent. The atmosphere was okay, it was just pretty hot that day so that might have had an impact on the atmosphere in general, the toilet was also broken so that was a bit disappointing

Tasty food, good service! The food was really there within 2 minutes. The restaurant doesn't have much atmosphere, but you shouldn't expect that from this type of restaurant.

What a wonderful experience this was. The food was truly fresh and tasted exactly as you would hope for in a good meal. The variety of bottles of hot sauce on the table is a particularly great addition, allowing you to add just the right amount of spice to your dish. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food was served in convenient packaging that perfectly matches the style of the place. Everything we ordered was finished down to the last bite, as it remained surprisingly good in taste. I will definitely be back here soon for another round.

Unsatisfied. I ordered three beef tacos. They were wet tacos collapsed. I had to throw the tortillas away and eat it like a salad. The beef was all clumsy and everything felt like one chunky meat glue. Overall the flavor was mid and the experience was very uncomfortable.

tacos were cold and wet, vegetables had a weird after taste and service was way too slow considering that the restaurant was almost empty
