Good food, rude staff, poor service. Would not recommend

Tasty food, good service! The food was really there within 2 minutes. The restaurant doesn't have much atmosphere, but you shouldn't expect that from this type of restaurant.

What a wonderful experience this was. The food was truly fresh and tasted exactly as you would hope for in a good meal. The variety of bottles of hot sauce on the table is a particularly great addition, allowing you to add just the right amount of spice to your dish. The atmosphere is relaxed and the food was served in convenient packaging that perfectly matches the style of the place. Everything we ordered was finished down to the last bite, as it remained surprisingly good in taste. I will definitely be back here soon for another round.

Something different for a change, but in the world of Mexican cuisine, there isn't much.

Unsatisfied. I ordered three beef tacos. They were wet tacos collapsed. I had to throw the tortillas away and eat it like a salad. The beef was all clumsy and everything felt like one chunky meat glue. Overall the flavor was mid and the experience was very uncomfortable.

Put lettuce in my order which I cannot eat. Moreover, the chicken burrito tasted weird as if something went bad. I would recommend not ordering through the screen and only from the main counter in order to avoid wrong or missing items.

Got the spicy beef burrito. It was nice but not spicy. Nothing special but it was a good late lunch! Atmosphere is good with the music that matches this food! Friendly staff is the winning point of this specific Salsa shop :)

I read a review where someone said the food was bland, soggy, and soggy. And I'll tell you, it was. There was barely any meat in my burrito, and I couldn't taste any salsa, and then you call yourself the SALSA shop... but oh well. Otherwise, the staff was friendly, and we were helped quickly. Incidentally, I think that's only true for the burrito, because my husband had a quesedilla, which was less soggy and better priced.

Had a great experience here! I ordered a burrito and it was honestly amazing — super flavorful, packed, and perfectly wrapped (no messy explosion halfway through 😂). The ingredients tasted fresh, the seasoning was on point, and the portion was generous enough that I left fully satisfied.

(English below) The food was cold and frozen! I think the meat was also spoiled, as it tasted awful and strange. Definitely not worth it. The salsa shop in Groningen is 1000x better than this one. The food in my bowl was cold and frozen!! I feel like the meat was past its expiration date because it tasted horrible as well. The one in Groningen is much, much, much better.

It was something new for me to eat, lots of choice, good at the terminal for self-assembly.

My review from last year (which I gave 2 stars at the time) has been removed and updated. I really want to give this place a good rating, since I live around the corner. But if I order a regular burrito with all the trimmings and nachos on the side, I expect to have had enough to eat. I was still hungry afterward... The burrito is incredibly sparsely filled: not much chicken, not much rice, not much cheese/creme fraiche, and lots of lettuce. And it's a moist, watery mess, which quickly becomes soggy. Tip 1: Adjust the portion sizes (also mentioned in my review last year, but didn't do anything about it), make sure a burrito is enough for one person. Tip 2: I don't think they accept cash here either, which I also consider a drawback. After two chances to try the food, this is the end for me. I won't be coming back.

Expensive, they don't provide glasses or cutlery, you eat from cardboard boxes, you get messy, and you have to drink from the bottle. The food isn't good; two people paid €40.

Great Mexican food in NDSM! Fresh and fast, with healthy options and many combinations. The ordering system was great - and loved that we could see the macros for the meal! The food tasted good too, it was fresh, and filling. The salsa was delicious as well. I wish that the system allowed more than 1 salsa to be selected, and I also wished that the portion of guacamole in the chips and guac was a bit bigger. The chips were just average for me. So great to have all of the cholula hot sauce.

The food was good, but we waited 30 minutes for our order and when we went to ask, the waitress thought it was bad!

Don't go here. We arrived at 5:30 PM, but they wouldn't take orders because they were busy (two of the four people were standing around doing nothing). So we had to go home with two children without dinner.

Horrible service was told there were no more orders, other people orderd and i asked they said they do and then came back said they dont.

Went for an authentic taco, got disappointment. Call me an idiot but just like Islamophobia, my knowledge of Mexican food comes from movies where tacos are supposed to be crunchy and hard, not soft like tortilla. Make that for €17.95, and you’ve got yourself a highly disappointed customer. I guess the only taste I got was of over poured lemon. Their bowls were big enough though, almost worth the price if they were bit tastier. I guess I gave 3 star because of the location and the vibe. But I’ll quit exploring Mexican food in Amsterdam now.

Great place to grab a burrito for lunch! They assemble the food in front of you and you can choose what you want. The lemonade and hibiscus tea were sweet and refreshing. There's a 20% student discount, but you have to order at the cash register (rather than on the iPads) to claim it. Inside and outside seating.

Please add vegan cheese and vegan sour cream to the menu, otherwise the vegan option is the same price as others but has less ingredients

Incredibly rude staff, served everyone before us, even people that came 20 minutes after we ordered. When food did arrive it was fine, quite sloppy and slightly below average. We were given no cutlery for a bowl of loaded nachos. I asked for some and was reluctantly given some, with a big side of attitude and the note that they usually charge for cutlery. Wouldn’t recommend, lots of better options nearby

I left everything. The burrito was cold, wet, sticky, and incredibly cold. It looked like raw, wet dough. I took one bite and walked out. I'll never come back here again; what a waste of money.

First thing we ate once landing in Amsterdam. And as someone who usually has taco bell as there isn't a lot of options at home this was outstanding. Well seasoned and presented well; it came out quickly and went down just as quick. Lovely service and minimal clean design

We went with kids and were able to order food for everyone. It was delicious and they were very friendly. There's a fountain where you can refill bottles with tap water.

We ordered delivery and the food was delicious. Plus, the quesadillas were 50% off. I highly recommend the babacoa quesadillas!

Altogether a very good experience. A great burrito ! I wish the rice would’ve been better quality and better cooked, also the toppings were a bit too cold as was the rice.
