Had a delicious meal at Sam&n on New Year's Eve. Much respect for Aafje and Jeroen. The food, cocktails, ambiance and service were amazing. Many thanks!

This was one of the BEST dining experiences in Maastricht. Was worried about 5 cocktails but he managed to keep me comfortably happy. And the food was outer wordly. The jerusalem artichoke divine. The service attentive but not intrusive. It was a dining experience that made us feel spoiled and taken care of which is so rare these days. Recommend 10/10!!!

What a great evening, super friendly owners, warm welcome. The food was fantastic with various oh's and yum, very tasty and diverse. Shared dining of a heavenly level, 5 rounds with 2 dishes. We didn't taste the cocktails, but we kept seeing them, beautifully tailored to the dish. The wine was fantastic. Highly recommended 🤍 these are people with passion and humor.

A special restaurant with a great menu sequence with many small, fine and exceptionally prepared dishes. Just let yourself be surprised, look and enjoy. Another plus point are the really good cocktails, a real taste explosion. And the ambience of the restaurant does the rest, junk lovers will agree with me. Definitely worth a visit.

Ideal place to enjoy food and drinks for an evening. 2 pairing menus with mocktails, surprising and complementary flavors in each course. Take into account the necessary waiting time between courses, there are only two of the owners, but wow what those two can achieve. We had the table with a good view of the kitchen and bar. Delicious cocktails for sure, but lousy service. Finished our drinks and had to wait an hour for them to notice us. Then we went to another tent where they keep an eye on their guests.

The food is really tasty and the service is good. For any tourists visiting, I can best describe the experience as fine dining in that the care taken whilst preparing the food is exquisite but like with most fine dining, you are given "just enough" to want more (code for, don't expect large portions 😜). It's also worth mentioning that if you went for the full experience, you should allow enough time as the full experience takes about 4 hours with around 40 min wait between each course.

Prima gegeten. Niet alles was naar mijn smaak maar werd mooi gepresenteerd.

We bestelden 4x de shared dinning experience. Je krijgt per gang een bijpassende cocktail. Het eten was van hoge kwaliteit, erg lekker en zoals beloofd begeleid door een bijpassende cocktail. De eigenaren zijn sympathiek en kundig. Hij is de bartender en weet alles van cocktails en zij kookt de sterren van de hemel. Echt een aanrader!

Heerlijk gegeten met een leuk concept in een kleine mooie setting. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen werden we uitstekend en kundig verzorgd. Een absolute aanrader!

Ondanks dat we echt zagen dat er hard gewerkt werkt, was het voor ons niet oké. we waren met een tafel van 8 personen en daar leent dit concept zich niet voor. We hebben heel lang moeten wachten en de gerechtjes kwamen 1 voor 1, waardoor we met 8 man 2 bordjes moesten delen. Advies: geen grote groepen aannemen en muziek aan.

I went there some time ago on a trip and we had the Full-In dining experience with all 5 experiences (mine was a vegetarian version) and it was SO lovely! I’m still thinking about it and telling people about it as it was actually the most amazing dining experience I have ever had. The food and the cocktails were outstanding and the couple running the restaurant are sich kind and passionate people. 1000% recommend!

Via sociale media, hier terecht gekomen. Gezien de enorm vele goeie reacties, ook wel grote verwachtingen. Wel, we kunnen zeggen dat ál deze verwachtingen werden ingelost. We kozen voor het Sam&n menu en waren zelfs aangenaam verrast, heerlijk verse gerechten, geweldige cocktails, gewoonweg top! Ook de passie waarmee de cocktails en gerechten werden voorgesteld, straalden één en al passie uit. Adresje om te onthouden!

Top restaurantje ! Zo puur, zo’n lekkere combinaties, echt de Max als je van bereidingen met top producten houdt!

Wow! Ik heb onlangs een geweldige ervaring gehad bij Sam&n in Maastricht. Vanaf het moment dat ik binnenkwam, voelde ik me welkom door het vriendelijke personeel. Het restaurant heeft een prachtige ambiance die zorgt voor een ontspannen sfeer. Wat echt indruk op me maakte, was het all-inclusive menu. Het aanbod van heerlijke gerechten was uitgebreid Elk gerecht dat ik probeerde was smaakvol en met zorg bereid. De chef-kok heeft duidelijk passie voor zijn vak. Om de avond compleet te maken, genoot ik van een aantal bijpassende cocktails. Ze waren perfect afgestemd op de maaltijden en voegden echt een extra dimensie toe aan de culinaire ervaring. De barman wist precies wat hij deed en presenteerde de cocktails op een prachtige manier. Het beste van alles was dat het personeel voortdurend in de gaten hield of we nog iets nodig hadden en zorgde ervoor dat we ons speciaal voelden. Het niveau van service was top-notch! Al met al was het een avond om nooit te vergeten. Sam&n heeft mijn verwachtingen overtroffen op alle fronten - geweldig eten, heerlijke cocktails en uitstekende service. Ik kan dit restaurant ten zeerste aanbevelen aan iedereen die op zoek is naar een onvergetelijke culinaire ervaring in Maastricht.

Very nice atmosphere, place is run by two lovely Belgian people who you can see they got a big passion for what they do. The SAM&N menu is a big recommendation, every dish comes with a complementary cocktail which is just as delicious as the dish itself. I don’t eat meat, and although no changes can be made to the menu, it was no problem and they came up with perfect alternatives. We had an amazing evening here!

This was such a relaxed evening. Tried the five course dining experience and wow we were certainly not disappointed. If looking for something a little special this is the place to go.

The food is amazing, so delicate and tasty. The sharing idea is great, what a good idea! We had the 3 courses menu, for us more than enough. Especially the asparagus and razor clams were delicious. The cocktails were very good too. A wonderful experience really. We can only recommend!

Een heel fijne ervaring, de 'experience' van Sam&N. De food pairing met aangepaste cocktails is bijzonder geslaagd. Normaal zijn wij geen cocktaildrinkers, maar hier willen we een uitzondering maken. De cocktailmaster Jeroen slaagt erin om nieuwe combinaties te maken die perfect samengaan met de heerlijke gerechten van Aafje.
