Wat zijn wij enthousiast over Studio. De sfeer, de passie, het eten en de wijnen. Voor ons was het 10/10. Op vrijdagavond hier het volledige 8 gangen menu gegeten. We bezochten studio voor de derde keer. Dit keer met onze volwassen kinderen. En we blijven enthousiast over de prachtige smaakcombinaties, met gebruik van diverse technieken, kruiden en specerijen. Ook onze vegetariër aan tafel kreeg de volle aandacht met een geheel eigen menu. De bediening is zeer attent en professioneel. De keuken komt zelf aan tafel met de gerechten en de uitleg. Dit keer kozen we niet voor het wijnarrangement, maar voor enkele flessen. Wij vonden dat ook wel weer een andere beleving. Kortom echt een avond genieten in dit kleine maar fijn Maastrichtse restaurant.

A lucky last-minute opportunity to dine at Restaurant Studio. The dishes are prepared with high-quality ingredients and great craftsmanship. However, the flavors and dishes were not particularly surprising, and the main dish and dessert were a bit disappointing. The service was correct but could have been more welcoming.

Once again a great meal, nice relaxed warm hospitality, creative interpretation of dishes where something has been done with almost every ingredient. It was another party, we enjoyed it immensely!

Delicious dishes based on 8 courses. 7 of 8 were very well received. 1 less, but that is our own taste and does not detract from the entire experience. The menu contains surprising flavor combinations and beautiful quality products with an accent on Asian. A point of attention is the wine that is served with the dishes. The wines did not grab us or surprise us. That needs some attention.

Fantastic. Each dish has layers and layers of flavor that require a certain concentration to fully appreciate. The wine pairings are chosen with great care, and although some other reviews mention their glasses weren't full enough, I switched to half glasses halfway through because I couldn't keep up (which in my opinion is a good thing). One thing I appreciated was that the wines were relatively 'modest', as in they weren't expensive high-end vintages, but just paired superbly with the dishes. Probably some of the best value you'll get at a restaurant of this caliber. Staff is super knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly friendly. Everyone that works there is clearly super passionate about their job and the restaurant cares about the wellbeing of their staff (evident from their policies, see website) which is reflected in every plate. Thank you for the amazing dinner and I cannot wait to visit again.

Fantastic food and a very nice atmosphere in the restaurant. Time flew by, which was a good sign for the atmosphere. Pairing wines were fine, but could have been a bit more exciting and complex in my opinion. But this did not detract from the food. Service could be just a little bit better; For example, a young lady asked if we wanted more water while she had just poured it, or did she want to take away plates while one person was still eating. In my opinion this could have been better. Rest of the staff was top notch. Definitely highly recommended, would absolutely come back.

We had a 6 course lunch here and it was great! Even though the restaurant was full, we were still able to get a seat at the bar on the day itself, which was well arranged by the nice people at Studio. The service is of a high level, but not too formal. We really liked that. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and its size makes it cozy and cozy, without you sitting too close to other tables. The dishes were all very tasty, had distinct flavors and were beautifully presented. The matching wines are also well chosen. All in all a great lunch. We recommend everyone to visit Studio!

Studio is one of, if not the best restaurant in Maastricht. I visited for the first time early last year, and I’m still thinking about how amazing it was. I was truly blown away by everything—the food, from the quality to the flavors and presentation; the staff, who were kind and knowledgeable; and the atmosphere, which was clean, upscale, and cozy. I’m looking forward to hopefully returning soon.

But also a special compliment to the ladies and gentlemen in the service, they come across as relaxed, professional and very involved. Last night we had a vegetarian dinner at Studio. After a friendly welcome, the first dishes quickly appeared on the table. It was an evening with surprising flavor combinations. And the explanation was enjoyable and interesting. Nice that the Chefs presented their dishes themselves. Had a great evening.

We ate again with friends at Studio and each time we are very surprised by the creative way in which Gilbert brings each course of the dinner to the table in terms of taste and presentation. Each dish is an explosion of flavors from different world cuisines. The accompanying wines are well chosen and combine perfectly with the dishes. Each course and wine is explained in detail and expertly in a pleasant manner by the professional and extremely friendly team. In short, a fantastic restaurant and an asset to Maastricht. We had another fantastic evening at Restaurant Studio last Friday. The dishes were, as always, sublime. What really sets Studio apart is the casual and extremely friendly approach of the staff. Every time we eat here it feels like no other restaurant can match the quality and experience that Studio offers. No matter what is on the menu, it is always delicious and exceeds our expectations every time. An absolute must for anyone looking for a top experience in a hospitable and relaxing setting!

Dining at the bar of studio by myself was a very pleasant experience. The waiter who welcomed me and served the wine was friendly and enthusiastic, and I appreciated all his thoughtful recommendations. The seafood were well prepared, free of any fishy smell, and the acidic like Verjuice, were perfectly balanced, and complementing the dishes rather than overpowering them. All the ingredients used by the chief was both innovative and bold, with several dishes incorporating Chinese and Japanese inspirations. What impressed me the most was the grilled ribs paired with sushi rice—a combination I’d always wanted to cook at home but never had. It turned out to be a surprisingly pleasant surprise. The atmosphere was excellent, and the service exceptional. This is undoubtedly a top-tier modern restaurant in Maastricht that’s worth a visit

We had an unforgettable afternoon at Studio together with the entire Tripolis Business Support team. All dishes were excellent and the service was very good. We were a group of 12 people and the layout of 2 tables of 6 people each was perfect. We have agreed with the team that we will come back in 2025.

Wij houden het niet voor mogelijk, maar iedere keer vinden wij het weer een culinaire reis, naar steeds mooiere en lekkerdere oorden. Gisterenavond was voor ons TOP. Spijs en drank super, bediening kan niet beter, sfeer optimaal. Wij hopen hier nog heel vaak terug mogen komen en nog jarenlang van dit niveau te mogen genieten.

My husband and I had a delicious meal here yesterday. A unique evening. The menu was not at all what I expected in terms of food. It is a unique menu in the most positive sense of the word. A total surprise for us, which allowed us to try a lot and it was all so delicious. The combinations and the great sauces made it complete. There is a very cozy atmosphere, which makes your evening not only delicious, but also really relaxing. Everyone is sincere and friendly and the chef also visits regularly. We understand why people love to come back here. We enjoyed it! Everything was beautifully prepared. I only thought about taking a photo once :)

For the third time we visited Restaurant Studio in Maastricht, and this time we enjoyed a delicious lunch with five people. Every time we come here we are again surprised by the excellent quality and service, and this visit was no exception. The menu was again superb, with a wide range of delicious dishes that offered something for everyone. What particularly struck us was the flexibility of the staff. Even though we wanted to order another dish in between, nothing was too much to ask. This flexibility and customer focus always make eating at Restaurant Studio an enjoyable experience. The service was, as always, top notch. The staff is professional, friendly and extremely attentive. The dishes were served quickly and efficiently, and the drinks were perfectly matched to our meal. It's clear that the team at Restaurant Studio are passionate about what they do, and it shines through in their excellent service and attention to detail.
