Excellent service, outstanding food, superb atmosphere, and a very welcoming and comfortable place. The food was very quick and delicious.

The vegetable soup and mushroom soup were very good, I recommend them. I ate garlic bread with olive oil on top. Both were delicious. The pizza and penne arabiata were also delicious. Now we're waiting for the tiramisu.

Had an amazing experience at this Italian restaurant in the Netherlands. The food was truly authentic — fresh pasta, rich sauces, and that proper Italian flavor you rarely find outside Italy. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a relaxed evening. A special shout-out to the service guy from Nepal — absolutely outstanding service. Super friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in and checked on us just the right amount. A challenging experience. Dougballs were somehow dough boosted to a level not experienced before... thankfully. You know it's bad when you simply can't swallow the food without copious consumption of the beer. But the best was yet to come, a wholly basic salad known as the 'Octopus salad'. It had a strange scattering of let's call them 'meat of unknown origin' on top. We couldn't decide whether it was Octopus or in fact Chicken. We never reached a conclusion on this. Given that the only difference between the 'meat' and Chicken is that this was exceptionally tough and chewy, we agreed that it would have been wiser to just use Chicken instead. And finally the pizza. Not a thing of beauty. Remarkably it managed to resemble an Aldi frozen pizza, this despite the legitimate wood burning pizza oven and fresh dough on the preparation area. This pizza is best described as an remarkable underachiever. Pricing well let's just say it should have cost at least 50% less than it did. Not good value. Have a great day!

Based on previous reviews, we were very pleasantly surprised. Our five-person group had a very good meal (we shared three different pizzas, two different pasta dishes, and a bruschetta starter). The service was very attentive and friendly. There was a reasonable wait time, and the food was freshly prepared. Highly recommended. We'd be happy to go again.

The food was not very good. The cream spice dish we had was bland and the spaghetti bolognese had an off putting sour taste.

I don't recommend this place. The portion of lasagna was very small (only part of the bowl had lasagna in it, the rest was baked mozzarella cheese). The spaghetti carbonara had rather questionably cooked bacon. They forced me to tip.

The food didn't taste that good. The wait was long, even though there were no customers. The garlic bread was a disaster.

Everything was perfect, very good service. We arrived late and out of hours, so we ordered two pizzas to go, and they served us very kindly. The pizzas were delicious and homemade.

Wrong food brought out, when we queried we were told that we were wrong not them. Food was cold, so sent back… a member of staff poked a finger in it, then it was microwaved and brought back. Didn’t eat it as obviously it had had a finger in it and was not edible after being blasted in microwave. We asked for the dish to be taken from the bill, they did remove it. So that’s what the 1 star is for.

Delicious pasta - friendly service

Normally, you can rarely go wrong at an Italian restaurant. So, during my Amsterdam vacation, I went to San Tommaso for dinner. The menu offers typical Italian classics, which arrive fairly quickly, but that's about it. Average food with unmotivated to unfriendly service, and all at significantly inflated prices, lead me to conclude, "Once and never again."

Love love love coming here for amazing food, such a wide variety of options made by the loveliest chefs I’ve had the pleasure to meet. Really recommend for anyone visiting or any locals!!

The pasta is not good enough. I would actually give a three star, however we’re forced by the staff to give a comment on Google here. I couldn’t figure out why. You should be more focused on your food rather than paying full attention to the comments online. So cunning. Thus, one less star. TWO stars. That already too much, I think.

The service is pleasant, with attentive and efficient staff. As for the food, the pizzas are decent—better than those at the small fast-food joints in town—but don't justify the high prices for a pizzeria that claims to be high-end. On the other hand, the cheese and vegetable platter with bread was very successful. Overall, a mixed experience. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it.

As an Italian, this is the worst pizza I have ever eaten. Arrived straight from the supermarket freezer. Furthermore, we were not given the option to pay separately, although we had previously specified this.

The service is not good, and a waitress forced me to leave a tip in the end. Didn’t like the attitude, and even when I asked if the tip was mandatory, she replied “yes, and you pick” pointing the ‘tip guide’ at the bottom of the ticket twice. Wouldn’t recomend, seems like a tourist trap.

I left a positive review originally but the restaurant owner is a scammer who charges "service fee" (which isn't a thing in NL) and tries to hide the price from you. The guy working as a waiter (son of the chef?) was super cool and friendly. All the respect to him. The owner is a slimy liar.

Came for the grill restaurant, ended up in the Italian restaurant... everything is disgusting and rubbish. This restaurant is a scam.

Well, we call it average, but it's not particularly demanding. Service was rather disinterested but not rude. Short waiting time was ok. Not amazing. But the bottom line is OK.

Pasta terrible. Plate with sauce splattered. Have returned everything. Sauce at Panzerotti was pure cream. Pasta with salmon not edible. Pizza was OK.

A warning to anyone who wants to avoid this nightmare: DO NOT go to this “restaurant”! It was so unbelievably bad that it almost became funny at the end - but really only almost. We had the dubious pleasure of having a once-in-a-lifetime experience that no one should voluntarily repeat. As soon as we entered the almost empty restaurant, a moderately friendly waiter pointedly seated us next to the only other guests - right at the entrance. Unpleasant is putting it mildly. We got our tickets and decided to have 2-3 sips of soda each for an outrageous 5 euros. An impudence that ran like a common thread through the evening. Even small details like “Carbonara with cream” made us more skeptical, but hunger forced us to carry on. We ordered three pasta dishes, one of which was cannelloni – which turned out to be a fatal mistake. Since we were pressed for time, we asked ourselves when ordering whether a casserole dish was the wisest choice. But what came next was beyond all expectations. The food arrived after an incredible 5 minutes - and the unmistakable frozen aroma shock hit us square in the face. Freshness? Handmade? None! The first bite destroyed all hope. If you like your pasta dry, rubbery and artificial, you will enjoy this. The Bolognese tasted of absolutely nothing, the “meat” could only be identified with maximum imagination. The three sad cannelloni were exactly that: dry, sticky, pure frozen goods. The alleged wood stove? Probably just decoration, because nothing about this meal looked even remotely like it was actually prepared. How a place like this can even exist remains a mystery to us. It's a shame about the time, money and appetite. An absolute disaster that no one should have to endure...

I wouldn't go back. Lots of food and the hellish wait, more than an hour for a cold starter and a supermarket pasta.

The pizza tastes amazing here and are wood fire baked. You will never find a place that cooks better pizza than this restaurant. Staff are incredibly nice too can wait to eat here again.

The restaurant was not quite full, 20min waiting until the first waiter came for drinks and to take the order, for the bread with butter it took again 30min, while no new drinks was able to order, after 45min we got the two pasta dishes - restaurant just 15-20% capacity used, still no drinks for the main course….. taste was not good unfortunately…..

The prices on the outside cards are displayed so small that I didn't see them. Opening the menu once seated, I found that it was extremely expensive for pasta and pizza but I told myself that at this price it must be delicious... 7€ for a large glass of COLA of which we know neither the brand nor the origin, probably from sodastream and therefore a scam. We paid almost 50 balls for a carbo and 5 cheese penne. Carbo dough with a lot of cream and 2 bacon pieces so no carbo. Generous on the penne but quite bland despite the 5 cheeses. We only tell you at the end that the tip will be added to the bill. So in total 57€ billed

Walking past is the best thing here. If you want to eat something, believe me, you'd better keep walking. Cold toppings on the pizza, poor quality and the price? Way too expensive. Waiters unprofessional and unkempt. Health is threatened! 0 stars at least.
