Saray in Indische Buurt West

I have been coming here for years and recommend it to many friends. I usually order the large kapsalon mix, but that is a matter of personal preference. The people are super nice and always welcome you with a smile. I have never had a bad experience here; it is definitely a great place to keep visiting if you are hungry.

Hands down the BEST döner in town. Delicious, copious, well-priced, and very friendly people. 100% a must-go if you are in the area (or anywhere else in Amsterdam).

Highly recommended! At Saray Eerhuis, you can enjoy delicious and fresh Turkish dishes. The döner is tasty and flavorful, but the lahmacun and kapsalon are also highly recommended. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is friendly and welcoming. A lovely place to enjoy a good meal and spend time together.

Best place for tasty chicken doner with extremely generous portions and decent prices. Both Sengul and Beyza are wonderful people! Definitely added to the local rotation of easy take out options.

On Sunday, we went to Saray as a large group of friends. We had wraps, and the portions were very generous and tasted wonderfully fresh. The ladies who helped us were very friendly, kind, and welcoming. The service was excellent, and they were very customer-oriented. I would definitely go back to Saray again, and I highly recommend it to others.

Super delicious food, the staff are very friendly, and the food is prepared in a short time! One of my favorite places.

5 stars are actually not enough. I came in for a döner kebab and left with renewed faith in humanity. The meat was so delicious that I briefly considered giving my cutlery a round of applause. The garlic sauce was dangerously good; I seriously considered taking a bucket home. The portions are generous, the staff are friendly, and my diet has officially quit. If I ever go missing, check here first. Chances are I'm still ordering a sandwich.

I ate at Saray today and I am very satisfied. We were welcomed warmly, and the Turkish lady who served us was incredibly nice, hospitable, and helpful. She took the time for us and made sure we felt welcome. The food was fresh, flavorful, and served quickly. The atmosphere was cozy, and everything was neatly arranged. Good service combined with delicious food means I will definitely come back here again. Highly recommended!

Extremely friendly staff and genuinely the best Turkish pizza there is. Highly recommended!

I have been coming here after work for years to grab a sandwich. Always satisfied by the nice ladies!

Yuck, I've never eaten such disgusting crap. SHAME ON YOU DAMESS !!

The Lahmacun is not freshly made but unpacked from a plastic package.. it's a shame you have gone downhill so much.

Those women talk about you and laugh at you in another language, gossip about everyone who comes in.

A great place for Turkish pizza, always well stocked. And super friendly staff.

The chicken wrap was very generously filled—perhaps even a little too generously, which isn't often the case. The sauce wasn't quite evenly distributed, but the chicken itself was very tasty.

The kabab here is top tier. One of the top 3 in the entire city. It’s a takeaway for the most part so atmosphere isn’t really a concern. So if you’re in Oost and have a hankering for belly love, go to Saray and order food. Delicious, fair priced and with the change of owner at the bar next door, you can now sit on a terrace and eat it with a beer at Cafe Bert. We moved out of the city a year ago but as a regular customer for 16 years already, this was our first stop off the train when we arrived in oost. Thanks for always being there ladies!!!!!!

Delicious food and large portions

Quite a good döner with tasty meat

Unfortunately, a very bad experience. The staff was unfriendly and the food was downright tasteless. Not recommended.

The doner is delicious. Price is ok. When ordering, mistakes are sometimes made.

Very delicious food. Kind owners and grateful service.

Very nice small Turkish kebab house.large menus compared to the price, delicious, and cherry on the cake the wraps and the breads are fresh and straight out of the oven.

Delicious Turkish pizza and delicious Döner. Good service and price, customer friendly.

Delicious Turkish pizzas and doner kebab. I like Kapsalon a bit less. But good food great price

They’re so dumb i’m asking for a number 5 without onions but they put on it 👌👍

What a disappointment. Disgusting frozen Turkish pizza. These can be recognized by the dirty thick dough and dots on the back. I have been buying delicious fresh Turkish pizza from you since I was little. Too bad they were exchanged for these dirty things.

Fantastic lovely people, fantastic tasty food. I come here regularly and I am never disappointed!!

The ladies here are really kind, it's always nice visiting for lunch. I especially recommend the chicken kapsalon!

Erg lekker gegeten.

Makkelijke wegwerp handschoenen?

Absolutely Delicious. Very big portion of Doner with delicious sauce and ingredients. Turkse Pizza Lovers: give it a try. I wish they could add Feta cheese to their ingredient options..!!

Sehr leckeres Essen. Große Portionen, sehr frischer Salat und frisches Gemüse, Falafeln richtig lecker und insgesamt günstig. Super freundlich.

Volgens mijn mening dé beste döner zaak in Amsterdam!

We drive from ZuidOst to enjoy some tantalizing hand mades Doner. It was worthy 🙌

Good food. Very generous portions. Great price. Nice staff. Excellent value for money.

I miss this Kebab shop so much now that I no longer live in Oost. It was right next to where I lived and now, many years later, I realise how lucky I was to be able to have such amazing food so close to me 💚😊🍢

Goede gevulde broodjes, erg goed zelfs. Kon nauwelijks saus zien/proeven. Dat is dus nog een verbeterpuntje. Al met al: zeker aan te raden!

Heerlijk eten vriendelijk personeel. Top zaak!

The Baklava is very nice. Fast service.

Fresh, cheap, quick, filled to the brim with meat for the lovers. Several vegetarian options available. The nicest people with great service. I had the chicken döner large for just €5. Will definitely return there.

Quite good falafels! Great that they have a veggy kapsalon too.

Onaardig personeel. Gebruiken geen handschoenen. Kapsalon bijna vol met alleen patat.

Altijd lekker Deze smaak nergens vinden in hele wereld ♡♡♡♡♡♡

Naprawdę niezły kebab. Świeże warzywa, dobrze smakuje. Polecam.
