Schnitzel en Spies by Tiroler Stuberl in Zandvoort Zuid

In my opinion, this is a great place. The selection isn't extensive, but the place is famous for its fresh and simply delicious cutlets. Traditional Tyrolean food, although I think the salad could be better. The service is impeccable. It's a charming place, and I recommend checking it out. A large cutlet, meaning a very large one, takes up the entire plate, but it's delicious; the difference between a large and a standard cutlet is 4-5 euros. There's no air conditioning, and the restroom is tiny but clean. The espresso is weak, so I wouldn't recommend it.

If you like to eat really well in Zandvoort, this is the right place. The price/performance ratio is right here. The staff is friendly.

Very tasty schnitzel! Freshly pounded and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was also quite nice; the new German wave was playing when we were there. The only thing was that the service could have been a bit nicer, but they weren't unfriendly either. We would definitely eat there again and recommend it to anyone who likes schnitzel!

A small but cozy restaurant a bit outside the center, but the short walk is worth it. The food is delicious and the value is good. The service was good and the staff very friendly. We ordered the original Wiener schnitzel – a great choice.

What more can you say about it. The schnitzels are big to very big. And very tasty! Just don't hesitate to go there. And you will be enthusiastic just like us.

We had a great meal here! We paid €45 for two people, an XXL schnitzel and fish & chips. There was also a large pot of lemon water for €2. The schnitzel was freshly made in the kitchen. Everything is done right here. :)

Because of the pictures and the many good reviews, we really wanted to try this Schnitzelhaus. The waiter was super friendly and we were served quickly. We had 2 schnitzels (1 large and 1 small). At this store, big really means big! I've never eaten such a large schnitzel before. Not only the portion size but also the taste was very good. A tip for improvement: The light in the restaurant could be a little brighter.

During my mini holiday to Zandvoort aan Zee I looked for a nice place to eat. Via the internet I came across the Tiroler Stuberl site. Reserved a table by email. The response was prompt and immediately very friendly and hospitable in the email. The visit to Tiroler Stuberl was an experience in itself. What friendly employees. Cool! It was difficult to choose from the enormous range of mainly delicious schnitzels. The plate I was served afterwards really exceeded every expectation! Did you think that only in Austria they knew about schnitzels? WRONG! Because from now on you will go to...... Zandvoort for the tastiest schnitzel! Tiroler Stuberl gets 5 stars from me. Without a doubt. I would definitely recommend this cozy restaurant.

We had a delicious meal with the family, the 'small' schnitzel was big enough for us. A children's menu is also available for the children. Because it was my birthday, I also received a delicious ice cream cup including fireworks, thank you I was also able to thank the 2 chefs through the open kitchen. Cute little restaurant with friendly staff who will cater to your needs. My partner and I each ate a large schnitzel, which in retrospect was so big that we couldn't finish it all. But for just over €20, it's good value for money. The sauces that came with it were very tasty and well seasoned. We definitely want to come back. The only thing that could be improved would be to be able to offer chicken instead of two chicken schnitzels instead of one large pork schnitzel.

I'll keep it short, the food was perfect (mega schnitzel, crispy, thin, inexpensive, delicious), the service was extremely courteous and nice and I also liked the ambience. All in all a great meal and a great visit there. I would love to come back on my next vacation in Zandvoort.

A little closer to home, I wouldn't normally eat on vacation what I get enough of at home. Always happy here. Mega big portion, the prices are right, I would almost say the taste is better than at home and the service is excellent. Keep it up...

What a nice, cozy restaurant. It's not big, but size doesn't always say everything. The large snitzels are indeed LARGE, we had an entire meal on them. Due to lack of time we didn't manage to start with a dessert, but the ones we saw passing by... looked very tasty.

The table was crooked on blocks, we paid for our delicious meal and accidentally kicked a block under the table, causing the table to fall over. The first waiters were understanding, but later the angry parrot came and who treated us aciocially, he took our drinks and sent us away aciocially for the everyone else was nice.

Wow Super! This is how a schnitzel should be! Had a large onion schnitzel. 400g of meat and a whole lot of onions. Super tasty... My son had the Jägerschnitzel. He was equally thrilled!

Super tasty schnitzels that are available small and large. I was very hungry, in hindsight a small one would have been enough, but it was really tasty. Super crispy breading, delicious fries and also great price. Unfortunately, the service was poor, the drinks and food came quickly, but after I ordered drinks again, I had to ask them again. Something can be forgotten sometimes, but an apology would be nice and the same applied to paying, which I had to mention three times. Maybe the lady was just having a bad day, but it was a shame because the food and ambience were really nice. I had the mushroom schnitzel and my partner had it with pepper sauce.

The “schnitzels” are really big and tasty. We even ordered one, which was not on the menu (with curry sauce) and it was great. The staff were very friendly. You need to check this place!

Delicious schnitzels and great service. If you like big you've come to the right place, they are really big!! Had the Jagerschnitzel myself and it was great. Only downside, the men's toilet was very dirty!! The sink was broken so you couldn't flush and the garbage can was filthy, which was a bit of a shame. But the food was great👍

Schnitzel at its finest! You can still hear the schnitzel knocking in the kitchen, which for me is always a positive sign that fresh food is being cooked here. The schnitzels are available in two sizes (see map) - But: The small one is enough for a normal eater and it will definitely fill you up. All in all I can only give the food a thumbs up. Unfortunately the service doesn't score. The staff are friendly but become inattentive after serving the dishes. I thought it was a shame, the shop was full, but the two of them managed it well because the place isn't huge. A pity. But the food made it.

This will be a two-part review. My husband raves about the schnitzels. Juicy, tender and really tasty. It tasted good to me but a bit too bland. Somehow the spice was missing. The cheese is probably just Gouda and therefore has no flavor. The little schnitzels are really small. If we're hungry, we should eat a big schnitzel. The bread with herb butter as a starter was very tasty. The service is friendly and speaks German. The restaurant is really very nice.

Best schnitzel I've ever eaten and I've eaten a lot of schnitzels. There are variations that you can't get anywhere else, which is absolutely fantastic. The schnitzel and fries are super crispy and taste great. If you like something spicy, you definitely have to try the schnitzel with jalapeños. You can choose between small or large schnitzel, although for me the “small” was relatively large and was super filling. The atmosphere is very cozy and the service is very nice. The culinary experience made the evening perfect! We like to come and definitely recommend the restaurant!
