Zeer trage bediening. Het brood was oud en muf, de dipjes die hierbij zaten waren uitgedroogd en dr carpacio was karig maar overladen met truffelmayonaise. Prijs veel te duur voor de kwaliteit die geleverd is.

Terrible experience, terrible food and service

Eating at the NH Hotel ✌️Burger with a bottle of rosé was great, expensive but how much does it cost, Peter my waitress is really friendly 🤠👍

I don't really understand the bad reviews, the food itself is tasty and of good quality, the service is good (perhaps a little too fast, because I had to slow them down), the only downside is perhaps no background music, but that may be a bit of a nitpick.

Gegeten in het Seasons restaurant. De carpaccio lijkt uit de winkel te komen. Redelijk van smaak, beetje vreemde combinatie met bietjes. Tevens de kip saté genomen. Lekker, maar 1 stokje met niet te grote stukjes kip is wel erg weinig. Kinderportie voor een volwassen prijs van € 22,20! Bediening was Engels sprekend, vriendelijk.

Went to dinner twice as guests at the hotel - in contrast to previous reviews, everything was wonderful, both the food and the pleasant and quick service. We had fish & chips (fried differently on both days), cheeseburger with fries and the entrecote. Everything fresh, everything very tasty and reasonable value for money. Plus young and motivated staff, very friendly and pleasant. Conclusion: Very good!

Great buffet breakfast. Huge choice well presented. Constantly stocked with fresh produce. Especially liked the make your own waffles.

Very, very bad restaurant with service that is very curt, even if they themselves have not processed the reservation properly! Had to wait two hours for a cup of coffee and the order was served in parts with fifteen minutes in between due to incorrect entries in the cash register and the price you ultimately have to pay with such a waiting time, ridiculous! Worthless start to a day in Maastricht!

Food was below average, service was very slow and had multiple missed items

Had to wait about an hour for just 2 main courses, upon arrival the staff seemed as if they were actually there reluctantly. So it can be better. Prices are on the high side in my opinion for what you get. The food, on the other hand, was delicious and the wines were also a plus!

Diner was geweldig. Voorgerechten echt spectaculair goed, hoofdgerechten gewoon goed. Mooi prijs-kwaliteitverhouding.

Diner geboekt volgens dagmenu. Keuze was vis of kip als hoofdgerecht. Beide zeer smakelijk. Gezellige inrichting. Vriendelijke bediening.

Lekker gegeten, de bediening was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij de keuze van het dessert. Lekker huiswijn.

High prices are not a problem if the quality and service are right. Unfortunately, this does not apply at all to Seasons on December 28, 2019. The food tastes like the fast food joint around the corner and the staff doesn't particularly want to speak a language other than Dutch. We won't come here a second time.

Llegué a Maastricht bajo la lluvia? Nadie saldría con ese clima, pero teníamos hambre. Y bingo. . . tal vez podamos comer en el hotel donde estamos? ¡Tenemos una comida más allá de mis expectativas! ¿Fue tan agradable quedarse en el hotel sin pensar en la lluvia?
