Food ordered for a specific time arrived half an hour early, cold, and with the wrong sauces, for which I paid extra. Absolutely disappointing and scandalous.

Inedible, fries completely limp and undercooked. Fries special as if made by a toddler who couldn't remember what toppings were supposed to be and was only certain about the onion. The sauce ran right past it and the onion was sliced ​​three times and slapped on top. Kapsalon with nasty limp undercooked fries, you have to search for the garlic sauce, and vegetables cut by a 2-year-old.

It has always been my favorite Swarma takeout since 1997. Now I live on the other side of the world, but I still miss you guys.

Extremely unfriendly and poor service. Called at 4 PM for an order to be delivered around 5 PM. At 5:30 PM still nothing, called, the delivery driver kept indicating that the given street does not exist. Gave instructions again and spelled out the street name, but the delivery driver insisted that the street does not exist. Then asked if the food was even still warm (after a 30-minute drive), as this was not the case. Because of this, I cancelled the order due to the unfriendly staff whom I spoke to multiple times on the phone. So I will not be ordering from here again‼️, the previous owners never had this problem.

The food is not fresh contrary to what others say, and compared to other places you are paying for worse quality for the same price.

Bad experience with this kebab bag

Bad kebab bun, super cold, the bun and even the kebab.

New owners and even worse than the previous one, very expensive and takeaway, fries were bricks, the sour meat was heated up from a bucket under a cupboard in the microwave, the shawarma didn't taste fresh and was prepared well in advance and heated from a container, on a grill plate. The only things that were still somewhat passable were the frikandel speciaal and the sito, but hey, little can go wrong with those, very expensive and unfortunately never again, service and friendliness was good and atmosphere, you felt welcome 😉

They take forever to even ask you for your order, they just ignore you and take forever to do your order... They just talk to each other and walk around the kitchen aimlesly like flies 🫠🫠🫠

After accidentally ordering the wrong pizza (pineapple instead of salami), I asked the delivery driver if he could exchange it. That was no problem, and within 10 minutes he was back at my door with a delicious, warm salami pizza. Great service and delicious pizzas!

The food was inedible. Ordered fries. Were dry and tasteless. Couldn't even eat it. The döner is also ridiculous. The meat was unappetizing and not fresh. And then you also have to pay a lot for that junk. The staff working there is also not customer friendly. I'll never come here again.

I ordered a hair salon on 05/02/2025 that they came to deliver. The people were very friendly, very helpful, the delivery person the same.... the hair salon was with pickle 😱😱 (cucumber would have been better) carrots that came from a can with liquid 🤮 fresh carrots cheaper and tastier) and the yellow narrow thin fries were scraps. (I don't think these were cooked properly) all in all it was not tasty but it was still filling🤣🤣🤣🤣

I just ordered a sandwich at this shawarma place and I am absolutely disappointed. For no less than 10 euros you expect a decent sandwich, but what I got was a small, meager sandwich that also tasted bad. The ingredients seemed to be of poor quality and the taste was far from tasty. This is absolutely not value for money! I will never order from here again and I would advise against it to everyone. Please find another place for your shawarma!

Just got a dürüm chicken kebab at 12:30 am without lettuce with garlic sauce and sambal. Had I had something to drink? Yes! One of the few businesses that were still open. It was a bit greasy but it definitely tasted good! I added an extra cup of garlic sauce to dip the dürüm in. Delicious! Isn't that what you're looking for if you're tipsy or not? The man was friendly and my hunger was satisfied. What more could you want? The atmosphere isn't great but it's a kebab shop so you have to judge that? No! All's well that ends well.

Had to wait 1.5 hours. After a long wait the order came. It looked like an Ali express package. The hair salon tray was crumpled hahah I had to laugh about it myself. It was inedible, the first time and the last time:
