Selera Anda in Binnenstad-Noord

Amazing glutenfree dinner! We had menu Selera Anda, more than enough food for two people. Even the sate sauce with the chicken was glutenfree!

Food is fine ,all microwaved or steamed , friendly staff, no toilet , no option to wash your hands , they charge can deposit-statiegeld but dont give it back.

My favorite place in Leiden for Indonesian takeout. Always delicious and super friendly people.

I always come here when I need to have lunch or dinner after uni. The food tastes homemade as if a mother made it for her children. It is very tasty and full of flavor. The people are all very sweet and friendly and make you feel at home when you are there. Also, the food is quite cheap for what you get and you always walk away with a full stomach. I would like it better if the food was a bit spicier😉

Food was quite tasty. Unfortunately- even when I was eating in- they still served us with plastic box, plastic cuttlery. I cant believe this practice still happens in Europe. Governtment needs to do more to regulate such stuff.

Very delicious food! You can choose between different options (we chose a vegetarian option, they have 3 different types of tempeh and tofu), and the friendly lady helps and explains everything if you want to. Highly recommend!

Food is mediocre. Nasi goreng is weird, nasi putih is wet. All dishes tasted a bit strange. Considering the portion and price, you can still try to be positive about price-quality. I don't understand why people dare to give a 5. That's a 10, so perfection and that's just not what this case is.

Casual Indonesian restaurant with good, inexpensive food. The portions were big enough that we have leftovers for tomorrow.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Selera Anda. The lady was so friendly and took her time to explain what everything was. It was then heated and delivered to our table. I have never had Indonesian food before, but it was so delicious that we are already planning our return. Lots of choice of rice, noodles, tofu, tempeh, chicken, and beef, with delicious vegetable sides. Give it a try!

This restaurant had various types of Indonesian food with original Indonesian taste. The price was affordable, and they even offered a lunch package at a more affordable price. Last but not least, the food was HALAL. This is a must visited Indonesian restaurant in the Netherlands.

It feels very Indonesian. Very satisfactory. They don't prepare plates, eat in plastic boxes and the food must be warmed up

Sungguh enak sekali! (Most delicious!) Being a Malaysian, I really appreciated the home-cooked large range of Indonesian dishes. Served in what we would call a ‘economy rice/nasi campur’ style. The 2 ladies serving us were most excellent and sensitive - they could tell I was pregnant from the get-go and treated me with so much respect (a first throughout my 2 week long babymoon!). Food was also amazing, and reminded me well of the flavours I’m familiar with. Big thumbs up and mesti cuba! (Must-try)

This is a very welcoming and delicious restaurant/take-away! Irrespective of what food you order, you will get a tasty mix of the dishes displayed at the counter. The different positions on the menu just decide the size and balance of your portion. After choosing one, you still have the freedom to pick the vegtables and meats.

Lovely place to pick up, so we do that regularly. The food is good and well seasoned. A small window is more than sufficient for most people. Friendly staff too! It is not the kind of restaurant where you sit down in the evening. Enjoy takeaway and make it cozy at home. *One of the few takeaway places where I, as an IBS sufferer, can eat without being bothered for days.

As an Indonesian, I would say this place is pretty nice and you will get so much for a plate of 10-13 euro. You need to try its "satay"+peanut sauce and "semur" which is pretty tasty 😋

Delicious food to pick up and heat up at home or have it heated up in the microwave. Prices are reasonable. You can have a meal for 1 person for 11 euros. Food was very tasty! Staff were super friendly and were able to provide good information and advice about the different dishes.

The male employee is super aggressive towards customers. I have never felt so uncomfortable...so customer friendly. The meals are unappetizing!

The taste and quality of the dishes are superb. The downside is that the meal you eat there is not served on a plate but in a plastic container. Price-quality ratio is very good. Definitely go back again.

As an Indonesian, I came here with my Dutch girlfriend to show her some of the Indonesian cuisine and we both loved it. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with the typical Indonesian hospitality and the choices of dishes were plentiful. definitely recommend it for Indonesians who miss the taste of home cooking and for people who are not familiar with Indonesian dishes I would definitely recommend checking this place out because it gives you an idea of how an Indonesian home cooked meal is.

Food is pretty good and authentic; served on a crockery plate and proper cutlery in a more charming interior and they could charge at least half as much again. Steady business of locals eating in and takeout. Lovely owners. I would suggest describing the various combinations of the special plates on the window in both English and Dutch, as many people are reluctant to come in and ask. Happy to recommend

Stopped here based on reviews on Google and it did not disappoint. Food is very tasty and at a very low price. For a small plate you get rice + 2 sides + 2 meat choices. It was a lot for a small plate. The lady owner was very friendly. Terima Kasih!!!

Altijd lunchgerechtje afhalen. Super. De zelfgemaakte sambal is heerlijk en gaat erg hard.

Prima eten, aardige dames, beetje kantine sfeer. Maar voor deze prijs is dat allemaal echt prima. Voor 6,75 een lunch menu waarbij je de proteïne, de groenten en de rijst kunt uitkiezen. Kom er elke week graag!

Tijdens een verblijf in Leiden eten afgehaald, het was heerlijk! Daging rendang, ajam roedjak, saté babi, tempé, sambal goreng telor, nasi koening, allemaal vers en lekker!

Voor het eerst hier eten besteld en spijt van. Eten was niet vers en zag er niet smakelijk uit. In 1 gerecht zaten zelfs drie haren.
