It was an unpleasant experience, resulting in a still dirty car. I politely called to ask if the car wash was still open, otherwise I'd be coming for nothing. Luckily, it was, but the pre-spray was broken. Fine, I agreed, because there's (normally) soapy water in the wash cycle, so that's perfectly fine (I thought). However, employee N hadn't mentioned that there wasn't any soapy water in the wash cycle. After the wash, I went back to the cash register to explain that the car hadn't been cleaned and that I felt it was a shame that N hadn't mentioned the lack of soapy water at all, because, well, not a clean car. A heated argument ensued. I was a whiner, etc., etc. It's unacceptable to employ these kinds of employees. I simply told him that if I'd known there wouldn't be any soapy water available during the wash cycle, I wouldn't have come to wash the car. I would have preferred to have had a choice instead of paying and still being stuck with a dirty car. A waste of my time and money. I did give the manager's name, but they didn't tell me when he would be back. On purpose, of course. It's awful. I'm not going to call every day only to be fooled again. He also ducked and never reappeared. A truly awful experience with N, and it's bizarre that they treat customers so rudely and arrogantly! I've been a regular customer of this Shell for years, filling up and washing cars, but I won't tolerate this kind of behavior from employees.

Today I wanted to give my car a simple wash. I asked for the simple program. At the car wash, I noticed that this program didn't dry the car. I went back to the cash register to exchange the ticket for the more expensive version. This turned out to be impossible, so I bought a new ticket. I asked for the manager, but he wasn't there. The woman at the cash register wouldn't give me the manager's phone number when I asked. I looked it up on the website, where I only found the general number for the gas station. Unfortunately, €10 wasted. From now on, I'll be going back to the car wash on Stevinstraat.

Good station, I used to go there every day, went again this week, and still just as good and familiar, just a quick trip to the car wash. Through in one go. I've recently moved into my holiday home on the Hogeweg, so just fill up and then head straight for the motorway. Nice to be back in time. Also a bit of sentiment. ;-)

The high pressure washer has already been out of order for over three weeks already, which makes getting a real clean car sort of a challenge. Besides, while waiting at the car wash, wifi does not seem to function either... The only positive aspect, at the moment is that the chap on duty is a pleasant and helpful individual...

Shell zoals anderen. Goed gelegen als je op op S200 zit en even snel wilt tanken. Er is hier een bandspanning machine, die altijd goed werkt. Bij het tanken ook even de banden op juiste spanning, spaart gelijk mooi uit! De machine kan je gebruiken met cash of pinpas (€1,50 per 9 minuten).

We kunnen tanken...maar frustrerend is van die Starbuck klanten die uitgebreid koffie gaan halen, want de wereld draait om hun natuurlijk! Ook links en rechts scholieren die met de fiets...hier hun sluiproute hebben gevonden.

Dan weer open dan weer dicht.. ingebouwde starbucks zelfde verhaal. Geen touw aan vast te knopen.

Goed gelegen, vriendelijke medewerkers en netjes. Je wordt snel en vriendelijk geholpen. Ik heb geen ervaring met de F&B verder, maar er lijkt genoeg keuze voor onderweg.

Helaas zijn de brandstof prijzen niet normaal meer. Maar alles ziet er netjes uit.

Keurig benzine station. Aardig personeel. Met de gebruikelijke benzinepomp winkel en een koffie corner van Starbucks met bediening.

Altijd een vriendelijk gezicht.

Starbucks...heerlijk. Alleen wel krap allemaal, zeker als er meerdere autos zijn

Druk tankstation met matige toegang tot luchtslang en raamwisser. Onduidelijke verkeerssituatie eromheen.

De Shell zit op een goede locatie. Ideaal voordat je de stad aan de noordkant in komt. De bijbehorende winkel is in twee gedeelten opgedeeld: een deel is shell winkel en een deel is een Starbucks. Het personeel is doorgaans vriendelijk. De benzineprijzen zijn helaas wat hoog in vergelijking met elders.
