Was not impressed. They have no filter coffee, no snacks other than one sad looking muffin and some prepackaged biscuits. They don't accept Starbucks loyalty cards, only Hilton Starbucks loyalty, which gives a free coffee after 15 drinks rather than the standard 9. Plus everything is over priced. But the coffee tastes the same!

It was an unpleasant experience, resulting in a still dirty car. I politely called to ask if the car wash was still open, otherwise I'd be coming for nothing. Luckily, it was, but the pre-spray was broken. Fine, I agreed, because there's (normally) soapy water in the wash cycle, so that's perfectly fine (I thought). However, employee N hadn't mentioned that there wasn't any soapy water in the wash cycle. After the wash, I went back to the cash register to explain that the car hadn't been cleaned and that I felt it was a shame that N hadn't mentioned the lack of soapy water at all, because, well, not a clean car. A heated argument ensued. I was a whiner, etc., etc. It's unacceptable to employ these kinds of employees. I simply told him that if I'd known there wouldn't be any soapy water available during the wash cycle, I wouldn't have come to wash the car. I would have preferred to have had a choice instead of paying and still being stuck with a dirty car. A waste of my time and money. I did give the manager's name, but they didn't tell me when he would be back. On purpose, of course. It's awful. I'm not going to call every day only to be fooled again. He also ducked and never reappeared. A truly awful experience with N, and it's bizarre that they treat customers so rudely and arrogantly! I've been a regular customer of this Shell for years, filling up and washing cars, but I won't tolerate this kind of behavior from employees.

I ordered a sandwich with cheese that cost around 8.5 euros, but what I received was dry bread with just a bit of cheese. When I asked the lady for some butter, she screamed, “Butter is expensive!” (not mentioning that the basic bread I ordered was also expensive, it was also factory bread, looked like cheap ah bread). Honestly, I think butter - or any sort of spread, like oil or bread spread - is a standard expectation for a sandwich 😂. When I went to pay, she charged me an extra euro for the butter. After my visit, I read other reviews and saw that many people had similarly negative experiences with the staff there. Just a heads up!

Always delicious food, but above all, the nicest salesperson in the Netherlands. What a pleasure to see and hear him interact with his customers and, of course, us. A ten for him. Always customer-friendly and helpful.
