Starbucks in Wijk 23 Willemspark

This location advertises restroom availability, but when my wife urgently needed to use one during her run, she was denied access. The staff stated the restroom was "for staff only" and refused to engage in any further discussion, even when she explained the urgency of her situation. No alternative solutions or nearby options were offered. If you rely on restroom access, I’d recommend avoiding this fuel station.

It also happens in other countries now in the Mall! Close the doors of Starkbuck! Boycott Israel by not giving them ammunition so they can't kill innocent children! This action would earn you a lot of credits!

I’d expected much more from this place, a promising high-quality rooftop where you could enjoy a good read, but it wasn’t like that. You can’t pay by cash, and the barista overheated my coffee to the point of ruining it. I won’t be back.

I ordered a sandwich with cheese that cost around 8.5 euros, but what I received was dry bread with just a bit of cheese. When I asked the lady for some butter, she screamed, “Butter is expensive!” (not mentioning that the basic bread I ordered was also expensive, it was also factory bread, looked like cheap ah bread). Honestly, I think butter - or any sort of spread, like oil or bread spread - is a standard expectation for a sandwich 😂. When I went to pay, she charged me an extra euro for the butter. After my visit, I read other reviews and saw that many people had similarly negative experiences with the staff there. Just a heads up!
