Yeah prices are just insane for such a mediocre coffee. Can't give it anything more than 2/3 stars...

Friendly employees and good coffee like any starbucks. But every time I come here in the morning on the way to work, there is always only 1 employee making the drinks. I don't understand why there is only 1 employee at a time during the morning (rush hour). It is very busy every time for 1 person.

If you come in at 5:30 PM for coffee, you want a mug, you can't because they close at 6:00 PM, pfff, I wanted to order a cake pop, but that wasn't possible, one was in the window for decoration and the others were frozen.

Usually quiet Starbucks, always new staff but in general very friendly.

Taste like shake, not even a touch of coffee in a coffee shake....

They are not nice at all, no smile, the atmosphere is as if I went to a dentist. Every table was dirty, we were the only guests in the shop

Appears to be closed, building is completely empty. Too bad the website doesn't indicate this, it would have saved us a trip.

Coffee really isn't good here and the prices are ridiculously high. Chinese looking girl who prepared the coffee with a grumpy face doesn't even ask if you want a lid and just plops the lid on. Then you have to remove it because sugar and milk need to be added. They won't see me here anymore.

I don't come there often, but I still think it's special. I don't drink coffee, but the hot white chocolate is highly recommended. The new frozen refreshas are also delicious

Came in for a quick break here & loved the atmosphere! The cubicle there to work is very cozy if you work with friends and also really enjoyed my coconut milk matcha. The barista (I think his name was David) was so nice and quick. I told him that I am lactose intolerant, and he suggested brilliant coffee recipes! Occasionally started coming here for some chat and coffee :)

Great energy & atmosphere. The barista with the cap made me SUCH a good iced drink. Will come back again to study or just a pick up a drink to go!!

I was waiting for my Chocolate Chip Frappuchino order and they gave it to another person without saying my name and that person took a giant bite of my cream and then realized it's not hers and put it down 2 minutes later. When they realized it's mine they just put more cream on top and give it back to me. I feel disgusted. Worst Starbucks experience I had to throw it out.

Good place to have a quick coffee or to catch up with your friend.

Been there a couple of times these past few months, I really like the atmosphere and the staff is always nice and friendly, always engaging in conversations and they simply make my days. Bonus points for being able to use my student card for discount!!!

Ordered some coffee. The drinks were well made and the staff (two boys) was really nice and chatty! I don't love the location, after all its a starbucks, but its fine.

Lovely staff. Every time I come in the staff is very warm and genuine. Not a lot of Dutch, but it gives me the chance to practice my english. Good and fast service.

Got coffee here on 26/02. The 2 guys behind the counter were always sitting next to each other and kept talking to each other while taking the order. I was laughed at because my voucher was crumpled. Also, no names were asked from the customers and the drinks were simply placed down and not announced.

Got coffee. The staff (2 boys) were more concerned with each other than with the customers. No Dutch is spoken. The location was very dirty and there was garbage everywhere. It is clear that these two boys would rather chat together than actually work.

Unfriendly staff and sandwiches were very tasteless

Just been in here and we usually have coffee her 2/3 times a month at the weekend. Service is usually very good but this morning at around 10.55 it was superb! We had 6 mins to get our train and the lone person serving (Mana) ensured we got that train! We had two lovely flat white whipped up super fast while he was serving others too! Plus it was all done with a smile! Coffee tasted great as usual thank you!

The staff was very friendly but I ordered a cold brew which wasn’t a cold brew at all. They made a normal coffee and put ice in it. I had to throw it away cause it tastet so disgusting.

The Starbucks at The Hague HS Station has a Korean part-timer, and if you are Korean, it is a pleasant place to take orders in Korean style.

Four times in the row gave me the wrong coffee… staff unfriendly and unprofessional… they address the clients like if they were doing them a favor… In times they ignore people because they chat with each other.

I have waited for a bit long to get my order. Also, my pumpkin spice latte was way too sweet.. Nice service, and student discount option is definitely a plus.

echt superr lieve baristi aan de kassa !! echt aan te raden 🩷 ze nam zelfs de tijd om hartjes en sterretjes te tekenen . echter staarde een meid met blonde haren en een jongen echt vies naar ons , maar deze meid gaf ons gelukkig wel echt een topservice !! deze ervaring is onvergetelijk en ik kom zeker terug 💕

Staff is very friendly. Drinks and food is good. Only problem is that there is no toilet.

The cakes are terrible and the iced drinks are watery. A horrible experience.

Topkoffie en zoals het hoort, in een kop en schotel. Met een glaasje water erbij.

Wordt tot nu toe altijd fijn geholpen en ook producten (drankje en eten) dat ik standaard haal ben ik tevreden over.

Het gaat hier echt te vaak mis.. en omdat het bij het station is betekent dat dus vaak dat je als klant je trein mist omdat je drankje opnieuw gemaakt moet worden (als je er op tijd achterkomt dat het niet klopt, anders heb je helemaal pech). Ook heb ik nu al 3 keer gehad dat de koffie (espresso) megaslap is, het apparaat staat dus niet goed afgesteld, of de barista gooit er een "spoelkopje" in ipv de espresso. Moet echt véél beter als je zo'n 5 euro vraagt voor een cappuccino.

It's a small simple Starbucks for travellers and commuters. What else would you expect? Really recommend you try the Brown Sugar Oat Shaken Espresso (very catchy name, I know). Not too sweet, still has some good coffee flavour. I enjoy it so much I take it even in winter, even though it's an ice coffee.

Starbucks is meestal al dertien in een dozijn, maar deze Starbucks spant de kroon in ongezelligheid. Je betaalt dus de hoofdprijs voor koffie en kan dan nog niet lekker zitten ook.

Prima koffie, afgezien van de prijs. Helaas geen gepersonaliseerde beker maar wel een bakkie troost voor in de trein. Starbucks zorg voor een apart gevoel van luxe zonder overbodigheid, al kan het wachten volgens mij best iets korter.

Ik had een normale cappuccino besteld. Aangezien het vrij prijzig is, vind ik dat je enige kwaliteit kan en mag verwachten. Helaas was de melk van mijn cappuccino niet goed geschuimd (stoompijpje er te lang in waardoor het schuim niet glad en egaal was en daardoor slecht mengde met de koffie). Ik heb de barista vriendelijk gevraagd of ze een nieuwe cappuccino wilde maken en uitgelegd waarom. Vervolgens kreeg ik een nog slechtere cappuccino (laatste restje met “propje” schuim in het midden) en een oogrol. Erg jammer. Zag dat ze het bij een ander wel goed had gedaan, dus ze kan het wel…

Service was good. It was busy for Christmas day. You might expect a bigger place for seating like the starbucks from Dem Haag Central, but overall a good and decent place. Of coarse starbucks is pricey, so be prepared.
