Outstanding food and a really nice atmosphere. Never tried Sardinian food before but I would recommend it.

Had a great meal tonight. I ordered a beer but with the first bite of my carbomare I was just able to exchange it for a delicious dry white wine. That went much better with this delicious dish. After original desserts (no tiramisu) I decided to finish with espresso and a Mirto. Highly recommended for anyone who likes Sardinian food or wants to try it.

Eenvoudig ingericht, en hoewel het restaurant vol was bleef de bediening vriendelijk. Met kunst en vliegwerk kreeg iedereen die binnen kwam een tafeltje (en een glimlach) En waar het om gaat is natuurlijk de pizza en die was heel goed. Ook het dessert smaakte goed en hoewel ik nooit op Sardinië was kreeg ik een beetje mee van de sfeer. Leuke avond gehad. Prijzen lijken mij erg redelijk.

A fantastic discovery on a weekend in Zeeland. A rather sober interior without much fuss that is outclassed by pure authentic cuisine, delicious dishes, fresh pasta that makes the difference and a very attentive owner who completes the picture. A person will happily drive a few miles for this. TOP!

Ik snap de vele goede recensies niet echt, het restaurant is niet eens heel gezellig ingericht, de ober is meer arrogant als vriendelijk en de pizza die wij hadden was oke. Misschien hadden wij gewoon pech, dat bestaat natuurlijk ook.

Wij hebben heerlijk gegeten. Het was erg rustig, een vrijdagavond in januari. We namen allebei een voorgerecht en een pasta en alles was goed. De bediening, jonge dame, was erg vriendelijk.

Heerlijk eten. Hèt was even alsof ik weer terug was ...in Sardinië zó lekker en authentieke gerechten. Echt een aanrader voor iedereen.

We made a reservation for New Year's Eve two months in advance, and our reservation was confirmed by the restaurant. On New Year's Eve, we found ourselves in front of closed doors – the restaurant was closed, and we weren't even informed. Very annoying, as we were spending our vacation in Middelburg and had imagined the evening differently. Google Maps also showed that the restaurant was open. There wasn't even a notice saying it was closed. In response to your reply: We received a confirmation email for our reservation (see photo). Your restaurant was also shown as open on Google Maps. Very sad how you deal with completely justified criticism.

Totally nice place from the outside. Food was really uninspired, not really hot and beyond bland. We had spaghetti once and pasta with a ragout. It was unseasoned and totally boring. A small portion for €18 each and too expensive for the quality and taste. Rarely so much money for so little experience...

Hello, we had made a reservation at 5 p.m. and the opening time is 5 p.m. When we walked in and I went to the bar and said that I had made a reservation at 5 p.m., I was told in an arrogant tone by a young man that it was not yet 5 p.m. .so that my husband and I could go outside again into the rain, it was then 4:57 p.m., a pity, I would have liked to eat there, but unfortunately I did not feel welcome!

Er kon niet gepind worden. Blijkbaar was 1 pinautomaat kapot en de andere pinautomaat was met de bezorger mee. Ze laten ons 20 minuten voordat we konden betalen, geen excuus voor de vertraging en zelfs niet even een drankje van de zaak voor het lange wachten. De reactie van het restaurant was zeer arrogant. We zijn hier vaker geweest, maar een cursus klantvriendelijkheid is op zijn plaats. Mij zien ze hier niet meer terug.

Delicious fresh pasta and you can taste it! I had the pasta of the day, which was tortelinni filled with lemon and goat cheese. Special combination that I haven't had before but really delicious! Food was also ready quickly.

Gisteren voor het eerst in mijn leven besloten om een restaurant te verlaten na het voorgerecht. Het eten was niet slecht, maar de bediening was ronduit teleurstellend. Vanaf het moment dat we binnenkwamen, was er geen glimlach te bekennen bij het personeel. De houding was ongeïnteresseerd en onverschillig. Toen we besloten te vertrekken en wilden uitleggen waarom, werd er niet geluisterd. In plaats daarvan kregen we te horen: "Ik heb wat anders te doen." Toen mijn vrouw aangaf dat we alleen maar positieve recensies hadden gelezen, antwoordde de ober sarcastisch: "Dan is mijn moeder hier." Het is jammer dat de zoon geen enkele moeite deed om de goede reputatie die door zijn moeder was opgebouwd, in stand te houden. Voor ons is dit een ervaring die we niet willen herhalen. Helaas, nooit meer Silvy’s Gusti R Sapori.

Het was zeker in orde, vegetarisch komt hier goed aanbod. Zelf speenvarken genomen en was zeer lekker. Komen zeker terug

Small restaurant. The promise of fresh pasta is kept. I had the spaghetti bottarga. A Sardinian specialty and it was a real delight. I let myself be tempted by the lemon sorbet with a splash of Limoncello. Just as incredible. I highly recommend you. We will definitely come back!!

Na goede recensies te hebben gelezen gingen we vol verwachting naar de pizzeria. Helaas een teleurstelling. Lauwe wijn, de pizza zonder smaak met daarop 3 plakjes courgette, 4 reepjes paprika (want de courgette was op) en 5 plakjes worst. Tijdens het hoofdgerecht kregen we ineens een mandje met droog brood. Vergeten vooraf ofzo? Onze salade kwam toen de pizza’s al bijna op waren De bediening was heel vriendelijk dat wel, maar wij gaan hier nooit meer eten.

Mijn jonge dochter en ik kwamen binnen zonder reservering. Hoewel het druk was regelden ze een tafeltje voor ons. De bediening was zeer vriendelijk en attent. Mijn dochter en ik hebben heerlijk gegeten. Dit was onze eerste keer uit eten samen en het was een positieve ervaring ❤️

A small restaurant with a Sardinian owner. The interior is nothing special, but all the dishes we tried were perfectly prepared and flavoured. It tasted like home-cooked food. The wine we chose had a unique taste and aroma. The owner paid special attention to us and with visible satisfaction explained to us which dish and how it was made. Portions and bites are decently large.

What a nice and atmospheric restaurant. Not too big. You can look into the open kitchen where everything is prepared. Even though it was busy, there was no stressed atmosphere. We had a delicious meal, quick service and authentic food. Recommended!

The dishes are of the highest culinary standard, but the portions are simply a joke. 8 ravioli for around €19 and suckling pig for €30 with extremely manageable meat are simply overpriced. We just couldn't get enough for €80.

Extremely friendly staff! I am not at all known in Middelburg, but when I had to go to my place of residence late in the evening because there were no longer any buses running, I was received very kindly and after the cook's service I was taken to my place of residence out of genuine concern!

A bit of a coincidence, the three of us made a reservation at Sylvi's on Whit Monday, but what luck that was: beautiful dishes and fine wine. There is a nice relaxed atmosphere in the restaurant and this also applies to the kitchen, which we had a view of. It was nice to see how calmly and with focus they worked. All dishes were delicious and sometimes surprising, such as the gambero d'acqua dolce, the medallioni di gamberi, the sgombro (mackerel) and the buratina. Not with flavor explosions, but pure flavors. And a delicious S'Elegas DOC from Sardinian nuragus grapes. We enjoyed the Sardinian cuisine and the hospitality.

You will find the flavors from Italy in Middelburg! I have never eaten ossobuco so well before. Atmospheric trattoria on Stationsstraat. Welcoming and excellent Italian cuisine. A gem!

Antipasti was nice but not special. (Gnocchi alla Romana and the bread with olives) The pasta was amazing, you can taste that the pasta is home made and I would recommend it. We had the pasta Pesto and pasta Malloreddus. Very friendly owner.

What an experience! A little piece of Italy in the Netherlands. As Belgian Italy lovers, we prefer not to choose an average ristorante. This trattoria fully met our expectations. After the antipasti it was difficult to choose from the menu of Sardinian specialties. We asked to share a pasta and the chef personally brought the homemade ravioli to the table. Delicious! Afterwards we ate the octopus and veal. Both dishes were perfectly cooked. The veal was perfectly grilled and still deliciously pink on the inside. For dessert we chose the Sardinian specialties. Tasty! We ended our evening with a typical Sardinian degustation. All these goodies, including the service by the young waitress with a broad smile and the friendly hostess, made our evening absolutely fantastic! The next time we come to Zeeland they will definitely see us here. There are still dishes on the menu that we definitely want to try.

A few days ago we visited this restaurant and were disappointed! At first, the place seems like a nice cozy family restaurant with a good rating and reviews. But our hopes were crashed. From everything we ordered, we only liked wine😄 My friend ordered rice with seafood. The portion was very small, without salt and spices and not worth the money (about 30 euros). I ordered a Rib-eye steak, but what they brought me instead of Rib-eye just shocked me. It was a thin little piece of dry, overcooked, cheap beef with potatoes and mushrooms, and still no salt. This dish also cost about 30 euros. And they didn’t ask me what level of roasting meat I want. This meat was 100 percent non Rib-eye . I didn't eat the dish, it was disgusting. Why so shamelessly deceive customers ??? Write "beef" on the menu. Call a spade a spade!!! We also ordered Buratta, but instead they brought us purée from it and it was completely unclear what kind of cheese it was. Our mood and appetite were spoiled. I do not recommend this restaurant!!

I wanted to take my grandma to a restaurant to thank her for the things that she is doing for me and my choice could not have been better. She absolutely loved the food and thought that both the service and the flavours were excellent. By far the best restaurant I have been to in Middelburg. Would 100% recommend. Lovely food. Got to try some interesting Sardinian dishes, including a delicious pasta with Bottarga, and a fregula appetizer. We ordered one portion of the fregula and the kitchen kindly split it onto two plates. Two young (international) students provided excellent service. Had a lovely dinner. If we lived in Middelburg would love to go back!

We went here last minute on the recommendation of friends. And they were quite right! The hostesses quickly cleaned a table, added a high chair and you were done! Our choice was quickly made. Because the menu online was difficult to read on the small screen of my old phone, but the first pasta is not 'carbonara' but 'carbomare': paccheri with fresh tuna, swordfish and shrimp in egg sauce. Wow. Very tasty. There is no children's menu, but the hostess suggested making a plate of pasta for my toddler. And so my 17-month-old daughter immediately enjoyed tuna and swordfish. Slightly different from the fish fingers at other restaurants. The plastic plate was full, but she almost completely emptied it. Learned young... ;-) The pasta was filling, but we couldn't resist exploring an unknown dessert: seada, a typical Sardinian dessert of a filled raviolo with honey. Despite the honey it wasn't too sweet. A perfect ending to our dinner. In short: we thought it was highly recommended and will probably visit it again on our next visit to Middelburg!

It was a lovely evening: the owner was great and helped us a lot with the choice of food. I was even given a main course made up of two different dishes because I couldn't decide. Tuna & swordfish were fried perfectly. Homemade pasta is great - what more could you want? We'll be here again on our next vacation! We had a great evening in a very nice location.

A lot is possible and allowed at Silvy's. The atmosphere is casual and you can dine old-fashioned without having to pay attention to the time. Delicious Sardinian food, prepared by the owner and chef and served hospitably by the friendly owner. So nice when everything is right!

Gusti e sapori in italian both stand for taste and this is what you exactly get: tasteful plates of the most refined Italian cuisine from Sardinia. Don't go there if you are after cheap and abundant food.

Delicious meal of traditional Sardinian cuisine. Followed by a pleasant evening on the terrace with the owner, chef and family. Very hospitable and therefore a complete evening out! Highly recommended.

Super friendly staff and the food was delicious! Everything is super fresh and the portions are generous, the pasta is even 'fatta in casa'! Also highly recommended for takeaway.
