Delicious cappuccino with delicious pastries. Friendly service. Whenever we are in Groningen, we always go for a delicious cup of coffee!

Unfortunately, Iced matcha latte was not tasty. Very little matcha is used, so you mainly taste milk. The matcha is also not properly dissolved, so you can see the grains in your drink. Too bad, especially for a drink that costs almost €6 and is very small.

How long will it take to receive my order? It was just a filter coffee but it takes more than 33 minutes. Coffee tastes okay but not super tasty.

I'm sitting there now and just got a pumpkin spice latte. However, it cannot exactly be called warm. I find it difficult to say anything about this, but it really shouldn't happen. It's just too expensive for that. When I left, an employee, who was on a break when I had my drink, asked if I liked it. I indicated that he was a bit cold, and the man in question indicated that there was nothing he could do about it now. Fair enough. I actually drank it. But I don't completely agree with him. I don't think there was even a 'sorry' or 'how annoying for you'. I was supposed to have raised this as a guest. But I'm sure I'm not the only one who wouldn't do that so quickly...

Lovely Atmosphere and great Pumpkin Spice Latte. The Taart had a smooth and rich texture without being overly sweet. The walls are decorated with large windows and shelves and available for purchase coffee machines. Recommended.

What a super nice, cozy location with delicious coffee and where you can also get very expert advice about barista coffee machines!

I had a nice hot chocolate, they even offered me cream and marshmallows. It's also fun to see how extremely expensive the coffee machines lining the walls were. My dad was shocked one was going for €2,000 and the ones we were next to were all €570~ It had one toilet, which was gender neutral, accessible and had a baby changing station

While looking for a coffee shop, we ended up at Simon Lévelt this Saturday (21/10/23). We had delicious coffee and delicious pastries here. Staff super nice 👍 We think an improvement is the ambiance inside. This coffee shop is a contender to become a regular coffee shop.

Nice cafe, just a bit of a shame that you are among the products, a maximum of 5 products on 1 wall seems nicer to me.

Zeer behulpzame eigenaar. Kwam meteen met n glas water, nadat mijn vriendin op straat gevallen was. De perfecte cappuccino en de heerlijke thee kregen wij om van de schrik bij te komen.

August 2023 Across the street from the Simon Lévelt Shop there is a Simon Lévelt Café. They do sell machines and accessoires but mainly they are a café. Was a damp hot day so I took an Affogato. Not very fond of their coffee but in an Affogato it's oke (purely personal flavour taste). The staff (especially the man also running the terrace) was very attending and very well with all customers. Also a good spot to start your day in town.

Recent verbouwd en daardoor aan gezelligheid gewonnen. Er is meer zitruimte gekomen. Ook is er meer keuze in gebak. Zoals altijd kun je ook een los bonbonnetje erbij nemen. Je kunt thee en koffie van de de theewinkel aan de overkant proberen. Vlotte bediening. Beschaafd publiek. Buiten is het fijn zitten, zeker als de zon schijnt. Na mijn laatste bezoek mijn waardering bijgesteld. Bij de thee nam ik een aardbeiengebakje. Dat stond naar mij te knipogen tijdens het bestellen. Even goed gekeken, ja de aardbeien zijn vers, en genomen. Toen mijn gebakje bezorgd werd, bleken de aardbeien geheel bedorven. Direct terug gebracht met de vraag of ik een andere kon krijgen. Daarbij werd mij door het hoofdmeisje verbaasd gevraagd: "waarom?". Uitgelegd, en weer kreeg ik de opmerking dat er niets aan mankeerde. Maar ik kon toch een andere krijgen, met de mededeling dat de andere "maar van gisteren was". Zoveel onbegrip en onkunde van de bediening is onvergeeflijk.

Einfach nur super, kommen gerne wieder mal vorbei.

The last place with fair prices and very high quality beverages working together with a truly local bakery for delicious cakes. Bought our coffee machine there and ever since feel less inclined to downgrade our quality to less specialist places than Simon Lévelt in the centre. Great place!
