I ordered a Turkish pizza with cheese, then called to ask if everything was on the Turkish pizza (including sauces), and the gentleman said yes. It arrived lukewarm, without cheese (?), without sauce, and a piece in the Turkish pizza was badly burnt. I wasted my 9 euros (don't forget the delivery costs). SAVE YOUR MONEY. I was really hungry, but now I regret spending my money on this :( I called many times afterwards, but they just don't answer anymore. If I pay for something, I expect exactly what I chose. What a scam.

As a regular customer, I am extremely disappointed with the service at Sinai. With my order, I had ordered two containers of spicy onion sauce, but instead, I received two containers of garlic sauce. After I reported the mistake by phone, the restaurant indicated that one container of spicy onion sauce would be delivered later. However, when the delivery driver arrived, he wanted to take back a container of garlic sauce first. I find that truly shameless. The owner even indicated that this container would then go to another customer. How can you give a container of sauce that has already been opened and delivered to a customer's home to someone else? No one knows what happened to it, and as far as I am concerned, this is totally unhygienic and unacceptable. Additionally, due to this mistake, I had to wait an extra long time for the correct sauce, by which time my food had gotten cold. Instead of a proper solution for their own mistake, I felt like I was the one who had to adapt. This is not service and absolutely not the way to treat regular customers. Very disappointed. Unfortunately, this is the last time I will order here.

The food isn't what it used to be, which is a real shame. I think the shawarma has really gone downhill, too. Plus, how everything looks behind the bar and in the restaurant is terrible. I hope they do something about it.

Ordered on their own site around 5:00 PM, it is almost 7:00 PM and they keep not answering. When they did answer, they said the order hadn't gone through properly?

What ridiculous business practices! I placed an order after work at 2:30. At 3:25, I received half the order, from a delivery driver who blew his smoke in my face. When I called about it, the answer was, "You can come and pick it up." So, because you've done something wrong, I have to pick it up even though I'm paying for delivery? After a lot of hassle, I decided (and discussed) to just let it go and get my money back through Thuisbezorgd. That's been resolved perfectly, but an hour later, at 4:39, the restaurant woke me up to ask if I still wanted the pizza?! I said no, I was already asleep, only to be told, "But we've got it ready now, and I want to deliver it." All in all, a very strange course of events, and I would STRONGLY advise against this restaurant! And oh yeah, the other half of the order wasn't even good. The satay was dried-out meat with burnt satay sauce.

Been waiting for food delivery for over 2 hours, still nothing, even though we paid. They don't pick up the phone, no communication whatsoever. Going outside to check whether they're even open at this time (3-5am) is a terrible idea, since it's so cold. First and last time for us, never again.

Ordered and paid around midnight. After more than an hour, nothing arrived. The restaurant was unreachable by phone. Later, they claimed the delivery driver had supposedly stopped by and that I hadn't opened the door—this is incorrect. The employee on the phone was unfriendly. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any food, even though I paid. I do not recommend this restaurant.

I ordered Kapsalon XL three times. It was supposed to be delivered in 25-45 minutes, but it took more than 15 minutes. No answer when I called. The prices are ridiculously high for what you get. Soggy fries, tough, tasteless veal. Topped with limp, brown lettuce, and barely enough cucumber or tomato slices. I won't be ordering from here, and I'll never do it again.

I placed an order for which I paid 4.50 in delivery costs. It took 45 minutes for the delivery to arrive, and his bike fell over in front of my door and I had cold food.

Order was supposed to arrive at 4:29 PM. It's now 5:30 PM, haven't seen anyone, and can't reach anyone. I'll never order anything from them again.

After going out, we ordered some food for €36. It said it would be there in two minutes, but it was changed to takeout. We called several times, but no one answered. We finally cycled over to find wet kapsalons on the counter. Really not happy about that!

I ordered a Kapsalon XL and a chicken shashlik with fries. A Kapsalon XL and half a chicken with fries were delivered. And the fries weren't good. They used to be pretty good. But I'm never going to order from there again.

Just got back from my night shift, thinking I could quickly order a pizza since it's 3:00 AM on a THURSDAY NIGHT. For €30, you can expect to wait 72 minutes for a cold pizza, and the icing on the cake: instead of what you ordered, I got a magnum ice cream, and I got Ben & Jerry's chocolate, which I don't like. No more Sinai for me.

The most disgusting Turkish pizza I've ever eaten. It tasted like dough, and the chicken was inedible. I almost threw up. You're better off getting chicken with a piece of dough from the Appie.

Ordered a takeaway chicken shawarma sandwich (€8.75) and literally got a pita bread and a box of shawarma to go without a salad. A lot of meat, so two stars.

Cold fries delivery person stood in front of an apartment for half an hour and then delivered the order, fries were next to the bag. When I tried to call the restaurant, they didn't answer.

Don't eat here, quality very bad here. My girlfriend ordered a hamburger platter, and literally got frozen curly fries and a hamburger just the patty, without bread, lettuce or anything. Too sad for words 30 euros paid for nothing Turkish pizza is older than my grandpa, and he is no longer there. I am told that I only get 10 euros back from the 30, now when I get back from vacation I will come by to pick up the rest. That you dare to sell something like that.. to be ashamed of... but really... if you are still in doubt about going here, do your stomach a favor and don't. Or get a frozen hamburger at Albert Heijn then you have the same quality burger but then a whole box of it... xD sad....

Ended up at this shawarma place tonight, but what a disappointment. Upon arrival I found four men behind the counter. The tallest of them immediately stood out because of his particularly antisocial attitude. No greeting, no interest - just rudeness. Fortunately, the shortest employee was very attentive and polite, a breath of fresh air in comparison. After waiting for 60 minutes (!!) I had to ask myself where my order was. The reaction of the tall employee was downright scandalous: "What was your order again?" As if I was waiting there for nothing. No apologies, no effort. In the end, the shortest employee quickly made sure that I got my food after all - for which thanks - but this experience completely ruined my evening. Poor organization, unprofessional staff (with one exception), and a total lack of service. I will not be coming back here.

Just been to Sinai, still tried it once, mega arrogant and bad help. 5€ for a Turkish pizza. Really not edible. A bit of dough with lettuce. Never go here again. Terrible

They do have falafel on the menu, but I couldn't order it. I was looked at as if what I asked was very strange, while they have falafel on their menu. I ordered it, but in the end I was sent away without food because they couldn't make falafel for me. Very strange experience. Very customer unfriendly. If you are vegetarian, definitely don't try because you will be sent away

Visiting this place for 30 years now. We always came here after clubbing, and it was always packed with drunks. Quality of the lamb shoarma is still high. 'Super lams shoarma' with onion and garlic sauce is my favorite!

Great place to go with your friends to have shoarma or kebab after playing pool or darts. Very friendly waiter from Egypt!

Ordered food yesterday in the evening/night. We were called by Sinai but missed this call. Called back later. The gentleman on the phone said that they had also been at our door, but this was not the case. We were home but didn't see anyone and the doorbell didn't ring. Ordered a total of €31 worth of food and did not receive it. I had contact via home delivery because the gentleman from the company was immediately offensive on the phone. Thuisbezorgd has contacted Sinai, but they do not want to compensate anything. Very bad service, never order from here again. Best sinai (have fun with the €31)

The hair salon was really lovely, and big is really big!! My big disappointment was the shawarma. I picked it up, and it was a single pita bread with a bowl of shawarma and a bowl of sauce, no lettuce or other vegetables. This was really disappointing for €9! I really felt scammed.

Ordered, really bad bad pizza. Completely cold, ice cold. As if I left my pizza in my room for a day and went to eat it when I woke up. Pizza tastes fine. But I don't order to get cold pizza, which is also way too salty. Get it in the store then okay DO NOT order that is just terrible!

Literally the only positive thing about Sinai these days is that you can sit there to eat and pee. And the fries :) You don't really have to order anything else there... Been coming here occasionally for a midnight snack for 5 years, but the food and service are getting worse and worse while the prices are rising. 9 euros 50 for the smallest, most tasteless Turkish pizza meat cheese ever?!? And if you order without -call it, "tomato"?- you will definitely get it without (even if it is quiet at that time). They don't understand which Turkish pizza is for whom when they bring several different ones to your table at the same time. They also often forget half of your order, it is lukewarm or they simply don't have it. Soooo... if you like asking at the counter 3 times for what you want to eat and paying a fortune for mediocre food then I would go here. But yes... you can sit comfortably while eating👍

I had a very delicious kip shawarma meal and it smelled very nice with the special onion sausage that you cannot eat without. I will come back again to eat from this restaurant.

Ordered food and had a really delicious meal. Lamb shawarma really perfect. And I can't get enough of the sweet onion sauce. If you ever order here and it takes a little longer, it is really worth the wait.

Ik heb een colaatje en broodje döner besteld. Vervolgens heb ik 60 minuten lang op mijn broodje döner moeten wachten. Ik heb meerdere keren gevraagd of ze bezig waren met de bestelling. Ik was overigens niet de enige die zijn eten niet kreeg zonder hier meerdere keren om te vragen. Na 50 minuten sprak ik blijkbaar de “correcte persoon” aan en heb ik mijn broodje gekregen. Het broodje was droger dan de aa van mijn oma.

Firstly, I waited 2.5 hours for my order while the app said it would take an hour. Secondly, the food wasn't even hot, just lukewarm/cold, which is great because I live an 8-minute bike ride from this place and it wasn't that busy at all. The fries tasted as if they had been fried once, then left for 6 hours and then fried again. The peanut sauce was also burnt and much too thick in texture (had been in the pan for too long). And the icing on the cake was that my chicken schitzel was way overcooked, completely dry and very tough. So bad that it immediately fell apart when picked up. I have never had such a horrible experience. I have never had such poor quality chicken. And then pay 20 euros for this!!!

Is this shawarma? I remember being angry at my mother because she bought shawarma at Aldi. But on second thought, that was better than this... extremely small portion, dry meat, impossible to swallow without sauce, sandwich was so small that a microscope would have been useful to find it... I will definitely never order here again. Next time I'd rather eat a cheese sandwich from the gas station!

Ordered 2 medium hair salon. Fortunately, this only costs 16.50 each. But yes, you do get very tasty sheep meat for this.

I had ordered a hair salon and indicated no carrots/cabbage, but received no vegetables at all and the herbs were not fried in it, because I lifted the portion of cheese and meat and the herbs were still dry. Turkish pizza was also a disaster, dough was still raw and the pita shawarma was a really small portion. I really don't recommend ordering or eating here. And the delivery person stood at the door with his hands in the air hoping for a tip.

It's a vibe. Cool that it's open so late. Nice hair salon. Okay doner. Meat was a bit burnt and all the meat was on the bottom while the vegetables were on the top. If these points are improved, this will certainly be one of the best places for a doner sandwich in Leiden. This is a grill restaurant, the meat sounds tasty but I haven't tried it. So take my review with a grain of salt.

Echt hele lekkere kapsalon, ik samen met mijn vriend bestellen tijdens onze nachtdiensten (zijn gelukkig tot heel laat open) en nog nooit zijn wij teleurgesteld geweest, komt warm aan en duurt vaak niet langer dan 40 minuten heb nog nooit zo lekker kapsalon gegeten

Ik kwam in dit etablissement binnen. Ik nam de menukaart tot mij en kreeg direct een exorbitante harde sjanker. De menukaart zei direct tegen mij dat ik deze avond niet kon afsluiten zonder het lokale product: "patat (crinkle) zonder €3,50 te proberen. Na het bestellen nam ik plaats in het ludiek ingerichte restaurant. Na luttele minuten werd bestelling afgeleverd aan mijn tafel door een olijk en joviaal manspersoon. Het nuttigen van mijn maal bracht mij in de zevende hemel. Ter plekke bracht het mij in euforisch stadium die een geheel eigen vochtige afscheiding terweeg bracht. Deze vochtige afscheiding staat tegenwoordig bekend als de huisgemaakte knoflooksaus en chimichurri. En graag gedaan mensen. Fijn e avond.

Hij heeft goede shoarma ik neem altijd die met kaas, en hij heeft een naam die met kaas heb je zin in shoarma ga langs de toko en bestel 1 shoarma met extra pita en kaas en zie zelf welk naam die bekleed. Eet smakelijk

Meer dan 1,5 uur na bestellen en ruim een uur na gestelde bezorgtijd na 5 keer bellen nog steeds niet bereikbaar. Bestel hier vooral niet.

Heeft alleen tp geen durum. Zeiden ze pas nadat ik bestelling kreeg en betaald had. terwijl ik duidelijk durum had besteld. De plaatjes van egypte aan de muur waren het hoogtepunt van mijn ervaring. Ik zou bijna zeggen dat ik liever zand eet.(grapje) De friet zag er wel lekker uit, maar niet geprobeerd.

Was weer super lekker! Nu een keer thuis laten bezorgen..... Lamsshoarma schotel met aardappelschijfjes, een normaal portie besteld. Maar jeetje, wat krijg je veel vlees en aardappeltjes. Er was ook een bakje salade bij en een shoarmabroodje. Ik kreeg het echt niet op, maar mijn man zijn schotel tot het laatste kruimeltje!
