Really, really bad. I'm in the hospital and was finally allowed to eat something different, so I ordered this. I waited over 75 minutes, called, and was told, "Yes, 5-10 minutes," and then they hung up. The food was also cold!

Absolutely terrible. I just received my order through Thuisbezorgd, but everything was cold: two tacos and a portion of enchiladas. It looked like it came straight from the refrigerator; it wasn't even lukewarm. I immediately called Taco Mundo in Leiden, and the person who answered the phone said there was nothing they could do. Now, I understand they can't get my food warm right now, but I expected at least an apology or a proper solution. I will never order from here again!

Truly one of the worst orders I've ever received. The churros and chicken were definitely missing. Instead of churros (XL, by the way), we got two cookies... instead of Mexican coleslaw, two containers of iceberg lettuce—what a joke. Truly awful. Don't order here if you want to get what you ordered.

I ordered a Grilled Chicken Burrito, but only got rice and chicken in a wrap. No salsa, no vegetables, no sauce, nothing at all. For €10, this is truly disappointing and not at all what you'd expect from a burrito. It's a shame, because I expected much more for this price.

The food arrived on time, but it was cold. The cheese and sour cream were no more than a teaspoon, and more than half the nachos were soggy. Not something I'll order again.

We ordered, waited a long time, and then discovered a soda can had been left on the salad during the delivery trip. Result: the lid cracked and the salad was all over the bag. The €10 salad was inedible. We'll never eat taco mundo again; last time, the loaded nachos were limp and soggy. So, far below par for the price you pay for your meal.

I do not recommend it, you write that you want it without pineapple, you get pineapple, they inform me that delivery will take 30-50 minutes, you receive it after 80 minutes, it is not what it was supposed to be, not good, small portions, I do not recommend it

The food wasn't as good as the last time, it was very disappointing. And the delivery service was terrible; they didn't speak Dutch, and worst of all, they asked for a tip—how rude.

Good service, kind people, just it is Leiden so take your time to find a good parking spot at a parking garage.

Good food, but the delivery is not great. Often had to wait longer than the delivery time indicated and then I'm not talking about 5 minutes. Just ordered again and after an hour which was already 15 minutes longer than stated called. Delivery person was on his way the app said, but the delivery person only left at the time of the call I was told. Should take 15 minutes, became 30. Finally at the door no sign of sorry or apologies for the inconvenience. The quesadillas were slightly burnt.

I tried the food there three times and every time I was disappointed. Never again. The food is simply not good. I got talked into buying fries for 13 euros, not even tasty. The overall vibe of the place is not professional and welcoming. I don’t recommend anything.

have tried this place a few times and had a number of bad experiences. the nachos are always so old and stale tasting. the sauces also taste old. the only dish i’d recommend is the churros. otherwise it’s completely below average.

On a Monday evening I waited for over an HOUR for the order which arrived lukewarm and weak. Shame......

Ordered 5 things and just received 3 wrong dishes, called but it was not really a suitable solution. It's a bit of a shame that they hardly check orders at all. Submitted a complaint via the website, but that is of no use to you.

I ordered 4 items from here and they managed to miss the main dish. It's not rocket science to get everything right for a small order.

The food was fine, but there was something missing that was paid for. I have been reporting my complaint about this since October 29, but have not received a response.

Terrible! I wish I could give less than 1 star. The food is awful, has no taste, is not fresh and lacks quality. I got very sick after ordering from here a few days ago. Would not recommend to anyone.

Horrible choice, poor quality and late delivery.

Deliveries are extremely late and they close an order without actually delivering it, so you cannot see whether they are still working on it. Also often arrives cold. I've ordered before with mixed results but this time I'm really fed up with HOW LATE they deliver. I ordered about two hours ago. I called half an hour ago because it didn't arrive??? Called to find out what was going on and a manager told me they were just fixing it at the time. And that it would arrive in about 15 minutes. Still not here but they did shut down the tracker. Who cares if you close it at your store bro?

Ordered yesterday for dinner with staff before the shopping evening started. from ordering to delivery less than 40 minutes, the food was hot, the quesadillas were even hot, we ordered different dishes, quesadillas, nachobowl and burritos. We ate our fingers and it was a lot of well-filled dishes, definitely worth repeating

My homie asked for no coriander and they got coriander, c'mon guys. We don't want coriander.

This really wasn't tasty! The food was ice cream, but ice cold and you pay at least a few tens of euros for it. Ordered loaded fries, but received them without cheese? everything is filled almost exclusively with rice and beans, perhaps because that is the cheapest?! not recommended!

I have been coming here to pick up my own food for a year now and the service is always so nice and pleasant! The young men work very hard and it shows and tastes. I also regularly have something delivered and it is always still nice and warm. I say: try it and be surprised by the many flavors and great offers!

Yes, this was the last time at Taco Mundo. I had ordered here before, so I thought I'd try it again. I received 2 tacos that were stuck and stuffed in the cardboard container, half of the contents of which were no longer in the tacos. The enchilada I ordered was so crammed together that you could eat it in one bite, which is not entirely the intention. Service 1 star, very poor delivery and presentation of the food.

Ordered my food at 17:50. According to the tracker, my food was delivered at 18:45. I called the restaurant at 20:00, the guy on the phone said my food would be here in 10 minutes. It is now 20:35, still no food. The service and waiting time has only gotten worse over the past year. Maybe the restaurant has run its course...

For a Mexican place, this place has the worst nachos ever. Nachos are supposed to be crispy, my teeth almost broke trying to eat their nachos. NEVER AGAIN!

Stel je voor, je hebt enigsinds wat alcohol op, dat doet er even verder niet toe. Je besteld een taco. Wat krijg je? Ene wrap? Wat is dat? Dat is toch geen taco? Hoezo is dit een taco? Het was opzich best te eten tho. Maar het is niet echt wat ik noem een taco. Wat gebeurt hier, wacht ff moet ff ergens opletten. Ok ik hoorde : "waar is dat gore jong, ik ga bij rob, censa en jaimy zoeken? Waar is ie? Is dat een wesp?" Maargoed dat doet er even niet toe. Kunnen jullie mischien plaatje toevoegen zodat ik weet, dit is geen taco maar een wrap?

Eten was heerlijk. De burrito met wilde rijst is goed gevuld. 1 ster minder omdat de bezorging op zich liet wachten.

Loaded fries met chicken genomen, Eten smaakt wel. Maar zeer teleurgesteld, over de hoeveelheid vlees. Voor 9,95 krijg je net 2 eetlepes vlees, terwijl een taco voor 3,95 wel redelijk gevuld is. Zeer slecht..

Super aardige bezorgers! Ook het personeel dat ik telefonisch heb gesproken is erg aardig, behulpzaam en klantgericht. Eten smaakt top en ze zijn er vaak binnen 30 minuten al!

Dankzij Taco Mundo heb ik heerlijk Mexicaans gegeten met heerlijke Enchiladas.

Way too expensive for sub-average quality food. Also, our order was incomplete. Will not be ordering here anymore.

Very untasty burrito with unproportionally small amount of chicken. It would be ok if it was 3 eur for buritto, but we spent 22 eur for 2 burritos and 2 sodas.

Goede kwaliteit, lekker snel bezorgd. Nu ook met de mogelijkheid om zonder koriander te bestellen!

Vulling valt een beetje tegen allemaal. Weinig kip en vlees dus best prijzig voor voornamelijk rijst als vulling.

Super snel bezorgd en heel lekker! Van de verpakkingen word je sowieso al vrolijk. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Echt niet de prijs waard. Niet vers en smaakt ok, maar je kan het net zo goed thuis maken voor 2 keer zo goedkoop en even lekker.

Eten zoals bij taco mundo. Af en toe wil je dat :) In deze zak gaat het niet zo snel met bestellingen. Nederlands van sommige medewerkers is zeer slecht te verstaan.

Een bowl en taco besteld. Smaak was niet verkeerd, maar ook niet heel speciaal. Taco zelfs wat vlak van smaak. Tijdens het bestellen doen ze je op de foto geloven dat je ruim gevulde bowl krijgt, met zelfs een kleine kop erop. De realiteit is echter dat je bowl maar voor de helft gevuld is met voornamelijk nacho, rijst en bonen. De stukjes kip zijn met moeite terug te vinden. Voor ons was dit duidelijk de laatste keer dat we hier bestellen.

Went there a couple of times to pick some food up on the way home. First of all it's not very well organised and takes relatively long, secondly, they don't use gloves and just handle food and money without washing in-between, pretty disgusting. The food itself is average. I think if the service was better and the portions a bit bigger, it would be okay.

If you order to pick up they won't even bother making it until you're there, which is an extra 20-30 minute wait and they don't even apologise or let you know!

Nous avons prit les Quesadillas et c'était bon.
