SLA in Zuidas

I'm a fan of the SLA concept, even though the prices are a bit high these days. However, my experience at this location tonight was disappointing again. The two young employees didn't look at me when I walked in (despite being first in line) and took my orders with a lack of interest. I've worked in hospitality myself, so I know it can get busy, but a simple smile or a quick hello when someone is right in front of you is the least you can expect. Not my first time at this location! Unfortunately!

Spacious, food always good portions and tasty

I've always been a fan of SLA, but not this location. The pace here is abnormally slow. I've also noticed that whenever I order something, they're always out of something. Such a shame.

Fast service and customer friendly staff!

I love this SLA so much; the girls behind the bar are always so sweet and helpful. I was here yesterday with my mom, and the service was incredibly fast. They also have well-stocked salads; I would definitely recommend it! It's also great that there are so many vegan options among the sweets.

Great business. Good service. I'm glad there are also businesses that subtly express their concern about the humanitarian situation in Gaza. It means I'll order from them more often. Excellent!

Friendly staff, but I don't particularly appreciate the pro-Palestinian sticker on the refrigerator. I come here to get food, not for political messages.

So dirty. Food leftovers and dirty dishes and crumbs everywhere and no clean tables. Furniture and cushions looked like someone had a frat house party.

The food was okay, the wraps could have been better wrapped. The service was quite slow during lunch time.

Ordered through Uber Eats with estimation to be delivered in 40-50mins. I received an order 1.5h later. The restaurant literally started cooking past delivery time because I saw the courier waiting outside the restaurant. I had ordered some Indian Dahl bowl with extra chicken which was like 4 euros extra. I didn’t receive any chicken in my order. The food doesn’t look like the picture and doesn’t taste very good. Terrible experience. Thanks for ruining my day

Really nice food, only during lunch the waiting times are just too long. If you compare this too urban salad, I think they have a 4x lower throughput.

Helped by two great guys today. Pitas were delicious again and despite us having quite a few questions, they thought along and were super helpful, even though it was already 2 minutes before closing.

Seems I got food poisoning from this place yesterday.

I ordered a wrap kapsalon today but the wrap was old. It was not baked well in the oven. The wrap also broke so I could not eat it properly. The filling was also not as generous as before. Earlier, a few months ago, I had a great wrap and also a delicious salad so I think I was not so lucky today. Too bad!

Extremely slow service and no chicken in stock.

Hands down one of the best salad spots in Amsterdam, coming from I am a very harsh salad critic ;) a very wide selection of salads and wraps, vegan options too!

Great with dietary restrictions

Just picked up two delicious salads - always great. Nice staff, healthy and delicious food. The hot meals are also delicious. And lots of vegan options (a pity that a meat option has been added - I think it used to be vegetarian).

I have to disagree. The manager here has always been so nice and helpful to me. He always makes me feel welcome and is always polite, and I eat here almost every day!

It had been a long time since I ate out and I was really looking forward to it when my grandson promised to take me to something 'really healthy'. The salad was fine. The girls behind the counter were really friendly, but there was a very annoying man walking around. I think the manager. He ruined the entire atmosphere, partly because of the way he spoke to the employees. I felt vicarious shame. That's not how you treat hardworking people. I would recommend the food, but not the location. In the past, when I was still in charge of personnel, I would have known. This man would have flown out. Maybe a tip for management.

There was no service during the lunch break

Very unfortunate, even against Dutch legislation, SLA applies major discrimination, namely: I AM NOT ALLOWED TO PAY WITH CASH PIN ONLY!!!!! BEAT WHAT WRONG ARE YOU DOING!!!!! Discriminatory and partly because of you you are ruining me. Moreover, you are giving the banks free rein and digging our graves. YOU WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN, I hope there will be more to come. My age is 77 years old, I am a (personal) but above all WISE PEOPLE

Hot mexicana salad had way too much lettuce blend inside rather than actual ingredients. A bit misleading baring in mind what is advertised or just not qualified staff to prepare proper salad. Very disappointing to be honest! 13€ ended in the bin.

My tofurama arrived without any tofu! How can you charge 13 euros for a salad that doesn't even have protein?

Love it, except that it closes 15:00 on Fridays.

I’m a big fan of this place! Here we have delicious bowls, wraps, soups, salads. All the food are vegetarian. Lunch is cheap and starts from 11:30. People who work here are really nice and friendly. I liked they gave me password for WiFi.

Good value for money (one gets a lot of food: bowl or a salad), small kids menu free, friendly staff. Vegetarian and vegan options possible.

A cool place for the Vegan/Vegetarian Food. The staff is hospitable and always going above the call of duty.

It’s a nice option for a healthy balanced lunch. I ordered many times and am very happy with the flavours and the quantity of the dishes. I wish they had more warmer options.

Als groot fan van SLA had ik besloten voor mijn werkevent ook 2 grote bakken te bestellen. Ik kwam hier op de afgesproken tijd en helaas was nog niks gemaakt. Toch geef ik hier 5 sterren omdat het personeel super vriendelijk was, mij een kopje koffie aanbood en mij zelfs iets te eten aanbood voor het wachten! Er kan natuurlijk in elke business een keer iets fout gaan maar toch kwam het voedsel net op tijd aan op het evenement. Wij kregen meerdere complimenten over de kwaliteit van het eten!

Usual great quality and tasty salads. They only need to do a better job at keeping a consistent supply of greens especially after lunch time and have forks available.

Great salads! A bit expensive (~12e/ salad)

SLA is the best salad place in the Netherlands for sure! Love the ginger, soy, sesame dressing. Had chickpeas, curry cauliflower, som tam, aubergine/eggplant, sweet potato and the best: tamari tempeh. Recommend it to anyone!

Super concept! Biologische en gezonde salades voor een schappelijke prijs. De (pulled oats) greek gyros is echt een aanrader!

One of my lunch time regulars. The interior is chic and the staff is friendly. The menu is quite vast and the option to customize your salads is an added plus.

Not my best experience. The bread and tortilla chips accompanying my salad were stale and my extra ordered chicken (€3.50) turned out to be a few tiny cubes. The overall taste and presentation was nice.

Cibo sano e di buona qualità. Mancava però qualche alimento compreso e proposto dal menù (nella fattispecie il salmone). Personale gentile ma non eccessivamente.

Easygoing place. Great salads. Soup was great too. I liked the styling of the interior. Staff is very friendly. In this area one of the better places to go too IMHO. Especially for healthy (organic) food!

SLA is always healthy and dank AF

Nice place with many good vegetarian options. I like it that they do have warm bowls. My tip would be to come before 12 or after 13:30 as it may be crowded otherwise. And keep in mind they don't accept cash.

Absolutely love this place. The bowls are super tasty, generous and with lots of vegan choices. Staff is very friendly and prices are very good for what you get and the area you’re in. Will keep coming back here for sure.
