The food is delicious, definitely recommended, but they are extremely difficult to reach (not at all), so you cannot call them to see if there is room or not.

The food was mediocre, but the price was way too high for what you get. Unfortunately not good value for money.

A really bad experience. Food is delivered not to your doorstep but a few kilometers away. It was delivered over an iron fence through the pouring rain because the delivery person did not want to drive through the gate. So food was soaking wet. Then opened the food. A watery soup. Literally everything was burnt. Every sandwich. Even the lasagna was completely burnt. It was really impossible to eat anymore. For 2 zucchini soups. We paid €58 for 1 x lasagna, 1 x cheesecake and 1 x carpaccio. Very overpriced and a lot of regrets!!! Order via Ubereats.

This is one of the best lunchrooms I know. Unfortunately, Google Review only has 5 stars, but I dare to give Lilly's Lunchroom even 6 stars. The food is really fantastic. I cannot indicate the best time to go, because sometimes it is packed and there is simply no room. Other times it is nice and quiet. But whether the place is full or not, your food doesn't taste any less... you just have to wait a little longer. But that makes sense. All the food is halal, so: tasty!! I don't know where they got the chefs from, but these guys really know how to make food. You really get value for your money. I can't say it any other way: quality, quantity and care. Service is also fast, friendly and helpful. Atmosphere: great. They have a long bench with several tables. Some small individual tables, larger round tables for larger groups and two high tables with nice chairs. The only downside: the corridor to the toilets. It could be shielded for the sake of beauty. Then the atmosphere is 100%+. . . . . And the digital card, which you have to scan. I'm not really into that modern stuff myself, but maybe that's due to my age....🤷🏽 LILLY'S LUNCHROOM: GREAT FUN BUSINESS WITH DELICIOUS FOOD!

I love Lilly's. Always a favourite spot for brunch with friends. The food never disappoints. As it gets more popular it is also getting busier. Almost always full. Great for the business, but make sure you have enough staff to serve the customers quickly. Sometimes it takes very long to get the attention of staff members. Also add some nice new varieties in the sweet section.

What a bunch of toddlers who work here. I had to wait quite a long time at the entrance before the lady with the khimaar noticed me. After all, she was extremely busy chatting. After taking a seat I took a look around. The young man behind the counter was laughing exuberantly on the phone, the young lady with khimaar was still busy chatting and the other server was hiding in the back. After waiting too long again I left. It gave me vicarious shame.

We had a nice lunch here, a nice place with friendly service and fresh ingredients. We had a salmon sandwich, a burrata sandwich and fries. Excellent food, good portions.

I have been coming to Lilly's for years: the food is tasty and of stable quality. This was also the case last week; had lunch with the family and again a nice lunch, but I really need to say the following; the food is of stable quality but the service and friendliness of their staff is absolutely not! We took 3 dishes and I wanted the tomato soup as a starter. The employee who took the order lacked friendliness and was distracted while entering the order. I asked another employee if the soup was still coming. After asking in the kitchen she came with all the dishes at the same time. I was surprised by that because I had ordered the soup in advance. This can happen and is not my biggest pet peeve. What I find very rude and unpleasant is that the boy who took the order came to our table to report that I had not asked for the soup to be served in advance. When I said that this was really the case (I cannot eat too many dishes at the same time), this person said: No, you did NOT indicate that and then walked away. You address a customer as you and do not trumpet, and even if you are convinced that you are wrong, you can still say: I have probably misunderstood you and that also solves the problem for me as a customer. Very disappointing that these types of uneducated people have to serve customers while insinuating that the customer is lying. I will not return here until I hear/read that the staff has been adjusted. NB: a few weeks ago I fished a dead fly out of the sauce at Lilly's and I didn't make a fuss about it and showed understanding. But I find that disrespect much worse

Went to this tent yesterday. The staff here are very disinterested and not customer friendly. We 3 ladies wanted to sit in a place where three other ladies had been sitting who were ready to leave. And we were also sitting, then a man came to us to clear the table and then he said that we are not allowed to sit there and just walked away without offering another place or thinking about it. Very cold and disinterested as if we should be happy to be in there. Apparently it is nothing new for the staff at Lily's because I have read several reviews about the poor service from the staff.

The cappuccino is delicious i also ordered the yogurt parfait which was good. the staff is very friendly and helpful we will definitely come back

Yesterday I ate the tuna melt with my husband. I couldn't finish it. It was so sour! Not normal. Paid a total of €47 for 2 drinks, fries and 2 small water bottles! Incredibly expensive. The quality and price ratio is not in balance! Not recommended. The staff was extremely polite and fast.

Open hours not kept. Gotten here for breakfast but they are closed at 10:20.... no sign of opening soon...

For the first time I have been to a restaurant/lunchroom where they do not have a menu. You can only scan and view this via a QR code, it is nice to have a menu in your hands and not via the telephone. But that could be just me. That saves time... you can also see it as a service. Steak sandwich was good, the rest was not very special. They have scones (2 pcs) with a cup of jam and cream, for almost 8 euros, which is completely out of proportion to the price. You cannot order these scones separately, but only as a portion with all the trimmings. And scones are different from a kind of brioche bun. Taste is good, but for that price you can get better quality and value for money elsewhere.

They have improved so much since the last 2 years. Keep it up! Food is great anyway. Everything is now delivered neatly and on time. I say do it!

The service is really terrible. We sat at a table for at least 30 minutes without being helped. We often tried to contact the service, but they thought it was more important to have fun with the staff in the kitchen. We eventually left too. Very bad and unprofessional.

Wasn’t sure about this lunchroom walking in from the outside, but immediately loved the decor and the fact that it was FULL: on a Monday! The menu has some great choices, unfortunately I need to follow a strict glutenfree and dairyfree diet, so the only option for me was the pureed lentil & pumpkin soup. Which was DELICIOUS. Honestly, what a great lunchroom. Staff was friendly and attentive despite the busy hour. Toilets were spacious and clean. Would definitely visit again.

Are here almost weekly and always delicious food. Never ordered anything that wasn't tasty. The price has risen considerably in a short time. That's the only sad thing

Today we decided to have breakfast here. Normally it was always good, but disappointed today. Ordered an acai bowl and couldn't eat it. It was so cold there were just ice cubes in it, so I couldn't eat it. Then we kindly indicated to the gentleman who had taken our order, he said it should be cold, but I then said yes, but there should be no frozen ice cubes in it, then you can't eat it. So I took it and my husband looked at what was being done. They just put it in the microwave with fruit on it. Then I didn't want to eat it anymore. The gentleman has not apologized either, which is a pity.

A real shame looked good in pictures. We came to the establishment and sat down. We waited to get service but no one came to us for 15 minutes. People who came in after us got served faster which was quite rude. so in the end we spent our time looking for a different place to eat at which was cheaper and had better service.

Me and my partner came in to have some breakfast and we sat looking at the online menus for half an hour. No one came to take our order or ask if we understood how to order. Very rude as there were people who came in after us that were served before us.

I've been here a few times. Food is top atmosphere too. What I think is a shame is that it takes quite a long time before someone comes to take your order, especially if you want to order something, even when it is quiet.

Had a super tasty spicy chicken. Lots and more than excellent price/quality/quantity. Busy but great service and cozy. So make a reservation.

Food was mediocre but not bad, just not very special either. They say that they serve sourdough bread, but it’s just regular stuff. The service was really disappointing. Seems like the waiter was trying really hard to ignore us. When paying, he completely disappeared on us. Then someone else took over. But it was totally weird.

We were a large group, and we had a good time, food and the service great. I especially enjoyed the red from Moldova, one of the best wines I have had in ages!

Echt een lekkere plek om te lunchen heel gezellig mijn enige grote minpunt is hoe hard de muziek staat. Vaak horen we elkaar niet eens omdat het zo hard staat tot 2 keer aan toe gevraagd kan het wat zachter maar het is echt niet normaal hard. Verder prima plek super alleen zou het echt fijn zijn als de muziek wat minder luid zou zijn

Food is good, atmosphere very relaxed, too relaxed!! I am used to the shortage of staff but 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me then sandwich came with no silverware. They can only handle one task at a time. But like I said, food good and very relaxing.

Lily's Bistro is een gezellige plek om te eten. De sfeer is warm en uitnodigend, waardoor je je meteen op je gemak voelt. In het bijzonder wil ik graag een groot compliment geven aan Faisal, die altijd zijn best doet om ervoor te zorgen dat je maaltijd precies is zoals je het wilt. Als je op zoek bent naar een plek om te ontspannen en te genieten van een uitstekende maaltijd, dan is Lily's Bistro absoluut een aanrader.

M’n vaste stek wat betreft gezellig lunchen in Osdorp. Vriendelijke bediening goede koffie en heerlijk eten. Goede prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Aanrader de truffelkip sandwich.

Sinds verbouwing vind ik ze echt veel beter en het eten is oook veel beter geworden. Kom hier nu daarom ook vaker. Alles gaat wel een beetje gehaast, maar het is ook altijd super druk hier. Jammer dat je niet via de website kunt reserveren, want telefonisch nemen ze neit altijd op.

Eten is super, en service is ook super. Eten kwam al binnen 5 minuten en heerlijk vers.

Une bonne adresse pour un brunch le week end. Pas eu besoin de réserver,il y a beaucoup de places assises disponibles. Le pain pour les burgers est très moelleux et là nourriture est bonne. Le personnel de service est très gentil également et les prix sont abordables.

Das Essen (s. Bilder) war sehr lecker, auch der Cappuccino war hervorragend cremig. Leider war nur der Eiskaffe überwiegt aus Milch bestehend. Von der Atmosphäre her, war das Bistro sehr gut besucht und das Personal sehr freundlich und schnell.

Ik heb ruim 15 20 min buiten gewacht, opgemerkt dat er niemand aankwam, daarna binnen gaan zitten. Nogmaals komt niemand mijn bestelling aannemen. De menu achterlaten gaat goed maar het aannemen van een bestelling moet ik zelf ervoor naar de balie. Slechte service. Laat mij en mijn gezin in de doordeweekse dag in de ochtend op een rustig moment goed wachten voor 20 min. Terwijl de obers aan de cocktail tafel met zijn 4 staan te kletsen. Nooit meer voor mij. Geen geduld voor deze tent.
