Great service! Good and honest food! I love this place!

I find it truly outrageous that you haven't even eaten your meal yet and you're already presented with the tip menu. Under pressure, you cave and just tip. I really don't think this is okay.

I always love getting a salad here for dinner after work; it's always delicious and fresh. And the juices are too. My favorites are the spicy tofurama and the sunshine juice. The staff is always friendly too :) The only thing was that they forgot the sauce on my salad today, which usually makes it perfect, too bad! Hopefully, it'll be better next time :)

My all-time favorite place for delicious and healthy food! Top location, always friendly staff, delicious food, quiet atmosphere with nice relaxing music—great for a coffee and some work on your laptop. The soups, salads, and of course, the delicious brownie are irreplaceable. The points system is always a nice surprise! Highly recommended.

Great salads, but you really have to be lucky with the person who makes them. I had incredibly little salad, and one ingredient was even missing 🤡 (Avocado). That'll require a trip to the supermarket. Such a waste of 15 bucks!

Ordered Liquid Sunshine. Loved the ginger in it. Nice decor and chill atmosphere. Abundant seatings. Toilets are available. However, €5+ for one drink is a bit overpriced I would say.

Today we went to order some food and there was no one at the queue, one of the employees was occupied with the salad or whatever it was, we asked her “can we please order?” She gave us a dirty look. And when she finally got our order she grabbed the food items such as the eggs with her hands. Very unprofessional staff.

Excellent, fresh food! They accommodate Jain (no onion, no garlic) diet. We had the Mexican bowl with vegan spicy mayo sauce. The location and vibe are also great, right next to Vondelpark with a relaxing laid-back vibe!

This branch has great interior design and lots of table space; definitely worth a longer walk to go here instead of other locations. Staff are super friendly and food is fresh and tasty. Avoid the hummus tho: somehow they’ve taken all the things that are bad about hummus and infused their hummus with exactly that.

Good food, but inconsistent staff. Today I was politely helped by a woman who was quite rude. It was my problem that I couldn't save money; I should have said something. Later, she audibly talked about me with her colleague in the kitchen while I was in the restaurant. Not a pleasant experience today!

I recently placed an order online that I could then pick up myself. The order was ready exactly on time. It came in a paper bag, but unfortunately, it tore on the way out. I ordered a Protein Green salad. In case you're wondering if this salad is enough for a meal: yes, absolutely. I normally eat quite a lot, and I had a hard time finishing this salad :-) because it was so large and so filling. A delicious, healthy meal. I also ordered Egyptian lentil soup, which was also delicious. For dessert, I ordered a brownie. Unfortunately, it was a bit disappointing. The taste was okay, but it was mostly very dry.

Delicious and healthy food!!! Lots of vegan options!

Quiet place, very close to the park. Indoor and outdoor seating with relaxing music and friendly staff. No waiting, everything is freshly prepared. Free drink refills. The salads and rice bowls are plentiful and you can customize them to your liking.

Whether salad or hot dish, everything is prepared on-site, with a choice of protein: vegetarian, vegan, or meat. The dishes are healthy and hearty. The freshly squeezed juices are delicious. The staff is friendly and the service is fast.

Today I ate this delicious salad! Deliciously fresh and you can taste the quality of the products. Nice atmosphere and lovely people too! I will definitely go here more often.

The dishes and juices are very nutritional and clean eating. Unfortunately this location open 2 hours before other locations in Amsterdam but there is no food served until 11:30. Do not commute here in an attempt to start your day sooner as you will be met with a denial of goods. According to the staff you must eat at home in morning.

Today I had a lovely lunch at SLA on the Amstelveenseweg. The restaurant is nice and spacious and is beautifully situated in relation to the Vondelpark. I was helped by a very nice young lady, who advised me a lovely big fresh salad. The salad was great! I would love to come back here. (Too bad I didn't take a picture, next time!)

The food here is really delicious and very healthy. I was helped today by very friendly staff. Definitely recommended for everyone.

Ik werd vlot geholpen door een hele vriendelijke dame, die me advies gaf over de lekkere salade die ik kon nemen. En het ook was een heerlijke lunch ! SLA is een lekker ruim restaurant en zit op een mooie plek aan het eind van het Vondelpark. Ik kom er snel nog eens terug.

I don't say it often, but I am very dissatisfied with this.

As a tourist in Amsterdam, I sometimes found it difficult to find healthy food options. SLA is our go-to healthy food restaurant. Very, very good food, super friendly staff, and great service. Thank you!!

What a delicious salad I ate Value for money

SLA op de Middenweg in Amsterdam. De hele zaal is smoezelig. De vitrine is vies en plakkerig. De potten met choco ballen etc zijn te goor om aan te pakken. De flessen met saus hebben een aangekoekte bovenkant, dat is niet van één dag maar van dagen. Er staat een doos met plastiek handschoentjes maar die worden niet gebruikt. Ik dacht even, ik ga weg maar toch besteld. Ik dacht ik doe soep en een Chai. Nu vanmiddag buikpijn en diarree. Was ik maar weggelopen.

Sadly, bad experience. I specifically asked to remove the romaine mix from the meal because I am not simply a fan of some greens, one of the blonde hair workers who served us was weirdly surprised I asked for that and in the end I received the meal WITH the mix inside, in the meantime she also commented in Dutch to her other blonde colleague that she actually put the mix inside, and her colleague said, doesn’t matter, just serve it (hoping that we don’t understand Dutch), to add more to the whole experience, chicken was a bit raw, small amount of veggies and pretty much tasteless. They literally had one job, please for the next time, do it as asked, we all make mistakes and there’s always time to communicate and fix them. Dankjewel!

Girls behind the counter have no idea about customer service or what working in the catering industry entails. Waited a long time to order. Even though there was one person waiting in the entire store, and someone behind the counter was busy doing nothing, there was no way to say hello. And when a second colleague suddenly came from behind, she said that we should have pressed the bell to let them know we were there. Hilarious. Don't come back there again. So I can't judge the food, only the lack of service.

The split pea soup was crunchy. Flavor was good, just cook it a little longer! What a waste. Crunchy beans are not edible.

Very relaxing and neutral atmosphere. The food is also fresh, tasty, good portions, and healthy. Most people come here alone to work away from home. It’s great for a meal or also cup of tea and dessert.

Delicious fresh salads and juices. There is a lot of choice 👍 I just don't think a number of Sla locations (e.g. the branch at the Vondelpark and the Sla in Amersfoort) are that attractive. That is an area for improvement.

This was our first time eating in SLA & we weren't disappointed. We stumbled across the restaurant by accident, when exploring the area on our first night in Amsterdam & what a treat it was! The food was amazing, the service impeccable and the atmosphere very relaxing after a difficult afternoon exiting Schiphol Airport...the less said the better, but our meal at SLA more than made up for our delays at the airport. We will definitely be back during our stay.

Got a bowl with class pass. There's almost nothing in it! Two pieces of broccoli, four pieces of tempeh…. The person in front of me got a double portion of my bowl.

The food was gross and not fresh. It was way too expensive for what it was. The service was friendly but really slow. I'm disappointed. I eat in SLA a lot and I feel like the quality is going down.

I ordered a bowl with rice instead of bulgur because of my gluten intolerance. The bowl came with bulgur. When I called SLA, I was told there was nothing they could do about it and that I would just have to order a new bowl. This is really unacceptable! It's outrageous that I'm being forced to reorder + pay because of a mistake SLA made. This is not good service!

Ik had een bowl besteld met rijst in plaats van bulgur vanwege mijn glutenintolerantie. De bowl werd met bulgur geleverd. Toen ik SLA belde, kreeg ik te horen dat ze er niets aan konden doen en dat ik maar een nieuwe bowl moest bestellen. Dit is echt onacceptabel! Het is schandalig dat ik gedwongen word om opnieuw te bestellen + betalen vanwege een fout die SLA heeft gemaakt. Dit is geen goede service!

I only came for the vegan options. I didn’t like they say vegan and then put an Egg on the plate. That’s NOT what vegan means. The rest ok.

Why would you be open by 9am but food is not served until 11:30am especially since most ingredients sit on displays. Disappointing!

I entered the place near the park at 8:50, I asked the service girl if they still taking orders. Her attitude was rude she ignored me and courtine her work ! End up not ordering and leaving !!! Seems like she doesn’t like hijabi customers or what !!

Nadat ik zeer kort geleden al een vervelende ervaring heb meegemaakt bij Sla Westerstraat (verkeerde ingredienten), dacht ik naar een andere locatie te gaan, Amstelveense weg. Maar die ervaring is nog erger. Twee ingredienten niet in de sla (avocado en rainbow koolsla). De curry boontjes waren ook minimaaaal. Ik kwam hier pas achter toen ik al thuis was. Ligt dit aan het bedrijf of aan de medewerkers. De menu’s zijn lekker en gezond, maar ik baal er wel van! Voorlopig blijf ik weg, maar mensen let erop dat als je hier iets bestelt!

100 points were debited, but did not receive the 7.50 euro discount. Ok that can happen, no problem. The lady behind the counter advised me to email the SLA, because they don't have cash in cash and I wouldn't need anything worth 7.50 at that moment. Everything would be arranged if I would just email. Immediately emailed with the necessary screenshots of the debit of the points, bank statement, etc. etc. No response up to 3 times. See you yesterday: an email explaining how the points system works!!! That wasn't the issue at all, was it?! Email clearly not read. I still hoped that my incorrectly taken points have now been refunded, but alas. No more SLA for me, no matter how delicious the salads always are. This has now become a matter of principle for me after years of being a loyal customer.

Meestal altijd goed maar vandaag om 12:00 uur bij Thuisbezorgd een bestelling gedaan voor een salade die ik zelf had samengesteld. Voor bijna 25€ was het niet veel en zijn de geroosterde amandelstukje topping vergeten. De falafel was hartstikke droog en zuur van smaak (teveel citroensap?). De falafel smaakte echt niet lekker, niet vers en was denk ik van gisteren. Deze keer echt een teleurstelling maar meestal wel goede ervaringen bij SLA.

Oh man, what a disappointing experience! The service was one of the most rude I've experienced since living in Amsterdam. The girls seemed as though you were bothering them by being a customer. Also the gyro wrap was not well made so it felt apart everywhere.

Perfect healthy take away lunch spot

I had always good experiences and I am (or was) a returning customer. But this time it was just not good. I ordered two meals, asked for one with no onion (my girlfriend’s allergic to onion). Received hers with onion anyway. The grilled eggplant and bell pepper are usually nice and tasty, but this time it was just too raw. I made a phone call and I received no apology, they just told me to send an email. I did that a week ago. No response. Conclusion, sorry, that’s just bad service.

Mexican salad with chicken and oriental salad were not tasty and uninterested staff, no overview. Nowadays it is like that everywhere in the hype tents.

For a while it was really down, the portions got smaller and smaller and not all the ingredients were good, but it seems like they are paying attention to this. I got some good salads again this week :-) great!

The specific location looks great and it's really nice to sit outside. Food though was not fresh at all. It looked great but tasted very blunt. The carrot cake must have been sitting in that display thingy for ages. Unfortunately quite disappointed with what I got. The stuff was nice though.

The food is pretty good and nice & healthy but the portion sizes vary greatly depending on who serves you. The service is poor. You always have to wait a long time and there is often only one person working during “peak times”. They seem annoyed to serve you and have your business. What a shame.

I love the sla chain and specifically this branch. This branch is spacious, works very well with a great view of the park. I ate there today the tufurama salad and a chocolate ball! Thank you, you are great. The food is vegan, delicious, nutritious, healthy and very satisfying. The restaurant has a spacious toilet that is very clean and pleasant.

SLA downtown branch was much much better in terms of the bowls. Had the same bowl in both (Gado Gado) Would not come back here.

I ordered via Uber Eats, then discovered I made a mistake, so I called the restaurant three times to try to correct that. The first time they picked up the phone and without saying anything, they hung up. The next two times I called it went to some voicemail. Uber Eats wasn't able to give me a refund cause I'm the one who wanted to cancel; obviously I didn't want the wrong order, it's not cheap. But there was no way to make contact with the restaurant. I empathize with people being busy and all of that, but this has to be the most terrible service I (didn't) receive.

I have been a SLA fan for a few years and was surprised about the service yesterday. The team seemed overwhelmed and the place looked a bit chaotic - dirty tables both inside and outside. I have been ordering with ClassPass which states what options you can order, but suddenly one of them was no longer available. The explanation was - we decided to remove it today. I am also a member and was informed they switched to a new system. When I scanned my code, I noticed I could get a free chocolate snack. I already switched to the new system the day before, but I missed the snack so I asked if could get it now. I did not get a clear response, and when asking again in Dutch I was told I can’t get it anymore. In general, just a poor customer service experience.

Normally quality was good, just now there was a lot of sand in my salad 🥲. Seems like the vegetables aren’t cleaned very well.

Best salad bar I have been to in a while! Much better than our options in London, great quality food, good price and served quickly, I can’t complain

Nice healthy concept, nice girl behind the counter. Too bad the fruit in the smoothies is not fresh but frozen. I also think that catering establishments where you are not served at the table should not ask for a tip (you must actively refuse this on the tablet before you pay) - I don't think asking for a tip is chic at all. ⚜️

The one at Amstelveenseweg in Amsterdam is really nice... you can also work there, read a book (if you don't have kids running around and screaming in the second part of the restaurant). It's delicious . The warmest 2 options may be warmer.

Highly recommended! As soon as you walk out of the Vondelpark you will come across this nice location of Sla. You will be greeted by pleasant staff who are very customer-friendly. Had a delicious salad here, I will definitely come back!

Ce restaurant s’est offert à nous en solution de dernier recours, car nous ne savions pas où dîner et souhaitions un en cas rapide. Les choix de condiments pour composer sa salade sont variés et plutôt bons. Néanmoins, les choix de viande dite végane, sont décevants si ce n’est mauvais. Privilégiez plutôt les légumes et condiments qui ne sont pas des reproductions de viande. Vous risqueriez d’être vraiment déçus (on parle de ne pas pouvoir manger sa salade à cause d’un bacon qui n’avait rien de bacon mais plus un goût de fleurs immangeable, ce qui fait descendre la note à 3 étoiles). Les prix sont un peu élevés pour une salade composé mais les produits sont qualitatifs. Le brownie au chocolat est délicieux.

(Cold) food tastes nice.BUT: the portions have become too small. Half empty bowls. Also several times ingrediënts were missing. When sharing this info nothing is done with it. No compensation or proper apology. Therefor price-quality is way out of balance. Sla started out good, but not anymore. There’s a lot of room for improvement.

I ordered a wrap but it was not rolled properly and completely falling apart. The wrap was also very dry itself. Felt like a waste of money. Won't come again

Healthy food that actually tastes not just good but great! And it’s not just meat substitutes. They have bowls with tofu and beans. And the staff here are very friendly.

After ordering, sitting in front of them and waiting for 25 Minutes, I realized that they have totally ignored my order, While they were busy talking with their friend. I was really disappointed by their lack of care, and left.

I am a big fan of SLA, their bowls are fresh and healthy, I can buy them with my classpass credits and the staff is nice. I usually take them to go but whenever I do stop to dine in I find the atmosphere relaxing. Two of my fav bowls are the Middle Feast and the Green Protein.

Un très bon restaurant healthy où l'on compose de copieuses salades essentiellement vegan, avec une salle lumineuse et un large espace. Je recommande !

Zojuist paar wraps, salade en bijgerecht hummus (met brood) gehaald. Naast de zeer onprettig sfeer met bestellen. “Ik ben nu bezig met de hummus meneer, ik kan maar 1 ding tegelijk”…nadat ik vroeg om twee wraps ipv van 1…kennelijk kon mevrouw ook maar 1 ding tegelijk onthouden. Bij thuiskomst was het brood zo vreselijk oud/hard dat je daar echt helemaal niets meer mee kon…dus. De wraps en de salads waren wel ok.

Fajn koncept míchaní salátu, wrapů, polévky. Vlastní kuchařka. Jídlo bylo moc dobré. Obsluha chladná, nevšímavá. A interiér celkově takový zanedbaný, zašlý.

Heerlijke salades, altijd vriendelijk personeel hoe druk het in de winkel ook is, je wordt altijd met een glimlach geholpen. Wil je gezond en lekker eten op een mooie locatie of lekker in het Vondelpark, kan ik je deze locatie meer dan zeker aanraden!
