We wanted to have flammkuchen here, but it wasn't available yet. The website indicated it was, and we were also told over the phone that reservations weren't necessary because there would be plenty of room. Poor communication from The Lobby.

I am reading a lot of reviews about bad service. We go here every now and then for lunch (no reservation). We sit down in the Lounge area and enjoy a prosecco with free nuts :) Then we are invited to our table and have a beautiful lunch served by nice people in a great environment. Yes it is expensive but you are not in Mc Donalds :)

Museumplein 10You charge €5.80 for a chai latte—okay, it's Amsterdam, what do you expect?—but then the chai latte is seriously subpar and has no foam. And you charge an extra 80 cents for oat milk. Nope.
