Friendly staff and a cozy atmosphere. For fries, you always get a lot, it seems like enough for two people, and it's delicious. We came especially from Daalmeer. I recommend it!

I ordered a cheese soufflé from the vending machine because I was in a hurry. But it was completely dry and hard inside. An old woman behind the counter said this was normal. Poor service, disgusting food, and an unpleasant aftertaste.

Very artificial Italian ice cream (soft ice). Let the scale of its awfulness be that even the children were unable to finish their portions. Something terrible.

Rude, helping 2 customers in front of me while I was heavily pregnant and clearly waiting earlier. When I pointed it out, no one noticed, but they knew I was in the wrong place. Hospitality is hard to find.

Snack bar Kroky is a neat and clean snack bar, friendly staff in the store. It is not the cheapest snack bar, two euros for a frikandel from the vending machine is quite expensive.

The perfect place to get a snack and fries after a show in the Vest. Too bad the pull wall was almost empty.

Always good, but I think €2.70 for a cheese soufle is a bit expensive, but that's the same...

I always go here to get some Bubble Tea when I'm in Alkmaar. They're super friendly and the Bubble Tea is always tasty.

Very friendly staff, a bit of an oily floor. But besides that, absolutely great

First time getting a snack at Kroky in a long time. Ordering went quite smoothly and the stated delivery time was 40 minutes. After 50 minutes I suddenly receive a message that my order has been canceled, without giving any reason. My calls are not answered... this is very bad. Never Kroky again for me.

The sweetest people ever! Come here regularly for bubble tea, nowhere else as delicious as here. Always tasty snacks and a wide selection. 10/10

Closes way too early on weekends. Snacks are fine, but closing at 1 o'clock on Friday and Saturday is really not good. It used to be open until 4 am, now it's only döner or that nasty mess of snacks you can still get after 1 hour.

A snack bar as a snack bar should be. Fast, good and simple. But with various additions. They have a very extensive menu/extensive range. This location has been run for years by a pleasant Asian family who attaches great importance to service. This is noticeable in the quality and speed, while it does not detract from expectations. The toilet is public and you can use it (after some waiting time).

Because we had a beer it was quite pleasant. It is a pity that the toilet can no longer be used after 12 o'clock. This can and should be improved for better review

You don't have to try to go to the toilet here when you are heavily pregnant. I just wanted to pay for it, but I was told that it was only allowed in combination with a drink. I find it downright rude

Bubble tea could have been much colder, was almost not refrigerator cold and tapioca was too chewy and served warm in a cup. Delicious soft ice cream. Ice cream remains worth repeating, but not bubble tea. Helped by a nice man.

Order ordered by telephone. Fast service during pick-up and friendly staff. Order was at the right temperature when we got home and the snacks were delicious. Worth repeating!

Had a chicken shawarma dish, it was just good and more than enough. Meat was well cooked and the fries were cooked well. We just couldn't sit outside because they don't have a terrace. For the rest highly recommended.

The snacks are good and there is also good bubble tea here. Personally, I didn't think the fries were that great, they could have been crispier. We had better ones on the market before and so there was a direct comparison🤷🏻. The staff is very friendly. Food can also be pulled from a vending machine to save time. There is also soft ice cream here.
