We ordered food here through the website and picked it up at the restaurant. The food was delicious! We ordered several seasonal dishes, which were beautifully composed and truly represented the season. We will definitely order from here again!

We've had snacks delivered by the delivery service several times, and we're very happy with the service! However, today's delivery wasn't great. The fries were out of the bags, and the satay sauce container was empty. The entire bag was covered in it! So, no satay sauce. We don't order croquettes, etc., because they're always delivered flattened. We're very happy with the delivery service, but the packaging really needs to be improved!

Normally the food is pretty good, but today it was very mediocre. My burger was swimming in grease and the wrong sauce. :(

The stew fries were cold and undercooked; they came straight from the microwave. They didn't taste good.

I order here almost every month, they always have delicious special burgers and milkshakes. I also occasionally go to the shop itself and I am very satisfied with them. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is great and you can have a good conversation with the people who work there. This is a great shop.

Employee completely ignores you, place is filthy. There were a few used toothpicks on my table and windowsill. Burger was meager and tasteless.

The food is tasty and the service is excellent. I order from them often, and this time something went wrong and not everything was delivered. I contacted them and without any further questions I received the missing items + some extras. That is customer-oriented service. 😄

Top restaurant. Have eaten at various Kwalitaria restaurants and you live up to your name. The fries with stew tasted good. The food was fresh and well made. I think this is a much better alternative than those standard American fast food chains.

2 parts of order were forgotten then waiting for the 2 items so the first 2 were seriously cooled down when we got home. Unfortunately they also forgot the fries for 4 menus and there were fries for 2 in a bag. Also missed the fresh salad. Will not order here again soon.

9 euros for a healthy sandwich with ham, egg, tomato and pickle, no cheese, no sauce, nothing and a 20 minute wait for it. No cutlery, no napkin, nothing, what a mess, I won't be going there again, this is the second time I've had it and then I put 0 stars and then it says 5 syeren, not from me

Delicious fries and croquette, nice staff

The products they supply and make are delicious. The hamburger are really good and the portions of fries are big. However, everything is pricey and the service is not always good. If you order via home delivery, delivery can take a long time and if you pick up something, check your order carefully because it is not always correct. Eating there is not very attractive or anything, but purely practical.

Ordered hot chicken strips menu so that everything is delivered separately. Unfortunately we got fries specials with vegetables (almost no chicken) and everything in 1 container, so everything was limp... and that for 15 euros. NB !! I was contacted by email on MONDAY OCTOBER 30 and I will get the money back plus compensation!! Top arranged 👍

Unfortunately, this Kwalitaria has rapidly deteriorated in quality, mainly thanks to the manager. Although the majority of the staff does their best to deliver orders properly, even with allergy-related adjustments, this guy throws in the towel. If you have been eating there for six years and, at his request, you indicate when something is not allowed on a sandwich, he will wobble behind you and let the staff throw the allergens on it without properly passing on the instructions. If you talk to him about this, he would rather suggest that you should eat elsewhere than to realize that such a careless attitude can cause victims. Add to that the fact that flies and other insects are rampant in the business and you wonder whether he is really still working on it. A permanent tent to get something tasty every now and then is nice, but it can go in the waste bin. ------------------------ Response to the response: Want to sell some bullshit? Just for the record: I have regularly bought something from you for six years. And I've talked to you enough. You would think that at least something would stick, but no. As an autistic person, you would think that neuromodal types have a better memory than that. I specifically specified what should be on the sandwich, literally ending with that's it. *At your request, I will do this carefully!* If you then leave a half-baked instruction on the receipt that bears no resemblance to it, causing things to appear on it that should not appear on it, that is negligent. And yes, you (reluctantly) offered to make the sandwich again, but with the emphatic sneer that I should eat elsewhere from now on, I asked for my money back. There won't be another time. We ordered locally but wanted to eat it at home. When we got home we saw that the chicken satay was burnt. Who still eats burnt meat in 2024? So this was a waste of money. In addition, the veal croquettes, chicken nuggets and chicken corner were not cooked properly. While the fries contain many double-fried fries. Too bad, very sad.

Order came with a bag full of sauce. All 3 cups of sauce were at the bottom of the bag with the lid off. I called to say that my entire bag was covered in sauce. And I was promised a new order, as the lady on the phone told me. Order would be delivered again within 10 minutes. Unfortunately this took half an hour. And to my surprise it was only the 3 sauces that were delivered again. In short, I had to let my fries and snacks get cold, because they had only brought the sauces again and they then assumed that my fries and snacks were still warm after waiting half an hour... the delivery person neatly called his manager on speaker phone. And he literally said over the phone that I had only reordered the sauces, which was not true and so he did not intend to add the fries and snacks again. So they just let you eat cold fries, which you had to take from the sauce-soaked bags.... I'm very sorry. This is just far from service. I will never order from here again, because if you sell and deliver your food like this then you apparently don't want new customers anymore. This was not the first time that the sauce was all over the bag... That's why I don't recommend anyone, absolutely anyone, to ever order here, because that's how your food is handled... Thank you and see you never...

The order arrived incorrectly, we contacted them and they told us that they were sending the correct burger back to our address, after 40 minutes we have not received anything and they are not answering the phone

Last time we ate a delicious bull burger menu with tomato delish instead of smokey BBQ sauce. I will now come again for 3 x burger menu.. it is not possible to replace the BBQ sauce for tomato delish as before.. flexibility 0. That is a total of €42,-

We ordered fries today for 4€ and received a small bag that was half filled. terribly little. For that kind of money they could have put more into it. We also ordered a chicken star croquette with truffles, but I didn't see those truffles and chicken... And the taste wasn't great either. I'll never come here again.

Since it has been asked, here is my reason for the 1*. We got some fries here to eat with our little one in the Oosterhout park (less than a 5-minute walk from the Kwalitaria). 1st problem 2 uninterested employees at work. 2nd problem and the most important, is that the fries were lukewarm and almost chewy (which makes me think they are re-fried old fries) Long story short, 1 visit and never again.

This business has been around for years, and I have enjoyed going there for years. Correct owner. After a long period I went again yesterday. Unfortunately it has deteriorated considerably. The atmosphere, service and quality. Lots of inexperienced staff. No more price tags on the table, no more refrigerators in the store.

OK chip shop. The 'healthy' sandwiches are ridiculously priced (7 euros for a cheese sandwich). Fried food tastes good and the fries are well done

Delivery was more than half an hour later than stated. When I opened the bag, the sauce from the containers was at the bottom of the bag. Few fries and both the fries and the snacks were no longer warm.

We took it with us. There was a lot of crumbs and small fries between the fries, the bami disk was tasteless and the cheese croquette was a mini croquette.

We often order and then come to pick up our order almost weekly, but lately (say the last 6 times) the quality has not been as we are used to. Broken croquettes, frikandellen, mega salty fries. Delicious food and good service!

Unfortunately, in the past two weeks I have been in front of a closed door twice while it says open until half past 9 in the evening, one time at 7:30 PM and the other time at 7:45 PM, unfortunately and very unfortunate. And then you discover that you didn't look carefully and the business is closed on Mondays. My mistake and the review has been adjusted because the quality is so good, hence the disappointment. And last week the business was closed early due to a shortage of staff

We regularly order from the office here. It is always on time, still nice and warm and the quality is top. The snacks and fries are always perfectly cooked and very tasty. Also a very original menu. Recommended if you feel like snacking 🙌

1 word. Worthless! Ordered food, half order is missing but cannot be reached in any way! Just don't answer the phone, yes, it's nice and easy to make money that way. Fries tough, cold and fried far too dark, have been there all evening I think. Burgers far too raw, tough and also cold. Too bad! Yet again quality Oudorp, this branch can learn something from....

Had a delicious meal with six of us, it was delicious!!

Veal croquette was not to my taste, I have had them better before. It was quite busy on the terrace and there were plenty of outstanding orders. In short, you have to wait a little longer, which is not a problem. However, this is not a winning team today in terms of mutual communication and customer focus. All in all; get what you need to get and make a case!

Very good cafeteria. We were kind of forced to eat here because we were stupid enough not to make a reservation anywhere on a Saturday evening in the center. But we are positively surprised. Burgers are really tasty, and the staff is super friendly and up for a chat. Very nice place where you can also eat on site instead of just picking up. Recommended if you want to eat quickly and for a good price!

Waiting hours for your food. Everything crushed, cold, rancid and gross. See pictures. Everything was thrown straight into the rubbish bin. To call? Phone is not answered. What a ball tent!!!

Very bad food was simply left on our doorstep without calling. So it was completely cold by the time we found it. They don't want to give money back. I wouldn't order here! Order was far below what you would expect. Ordered 4 croquettes and all 4 were broken and/or crushed. Fries were cold. Order came quite later than expected. Tried calling, but there was no answer. Hope this can be resolved!

I drive for PostNL parcels and even though I'm in the area I just can't resist getting fresh fries...I'm not from around here...we also have fresh fries in our area...but none of them compare to these fresh fries...very nice people...you will be helped quickly and with great dignity...I recommend this snack bar to anyone who is visiting Alkmaar for a day...greetings PostNL, keep up the good work the top and with full quality, hence qualitaria can rightly bear this name...mazzls
