Delicious food! Tender ribs, keep up the good work!

I ordered a cheeseburger from Spare Ribs Express today. It was delivered without cheese and was lukewarm. When I called about it, I got Danielle on the phone, who went even further with her impertinent mouth. For a €21.50 burger, I could get a €5 voucher or wait another hour and a half to get what I actually ordered. In short, you can't expect any service from Spare Ribs Express, and it's really exciting to see what you'll get. Not recommended!

Upon arrival, I was helped quickly; our food wasn't wrapped until we checked in. "That way it stays warm longer," she said. I don't think we even waited eight minutes. Very friendly and welcoming. There's a nice play area where our three children love to play. The meat is wonderfully tender and falls clean off the bone, and the garlic sauce is also truly delicious. A baguette and a drink were included. Great ladies! It's always a pleasure.

Fast delivery, well packaged and delicious spare ribs!

They shouldn't even be calling these spare ribs. The ribs come from the freezer and are pre-cooked in a vat of sugar water, followed by reheating in the microwave when an order is placed. (I'm making this comment purely as a counter to N G, who claims the spare ribs were properly grilled.) They do have a grill, but it's not used for the ribs in any way.

What an incredible disappointment. The food arrived 45 minutes late. I tried calling several times, but they didn't answer at first. Finally, I managed to reach someone. When the food arrived, only a small portion was edible. A large portion was still half-raw, and another portion was so overcooked you couldn't even bite through it. We threw almost everything away. What a waste of money!

the food is delicious nothing to complain about, but it is a shame that it is never read or done with if you write something with it as a request or question and then not having enough change can happen but I think it is not normal to have to wait for at least 90 minutes it can be busy but then you call and you have to get an answer from my boss really sorry

Delicious spare ribs, ready in no time!

Spare Ribs Express Hilversum We did two tests with the team: takeout and order. The ribs from the previous owner were incredibly bad, but we received a tip that the business had been taken over by two women. Unfortunately, the quality remains the same, and you can tell there's little love put into it. The meat isn't fresh but tastes like frozen ribs! The rib marinade and the flavor are very unusual and not very tasty. You can choose your own portion size, but unfortunately, the price is very high if you want a full complement of ribs. We started at the takeout section! Upon entering, the floor was quite dirty, and the music was a bit loud! We also saw the staff just chatting with each other! After a while, we asked if we could be helped. The woman in question was probably having a bad day, which was a real shame. We ended up waiting for 25 minutes, which is quite long, even though it seemed quiet due to all the chatter and constant walking back and forth! The only thing I saw was a guy working hard to deliver everything quickly! He also helped us nicely and politely wished us a nice day and bon appétit. Delivery was super fast, 20 minutes! But the only caveat was that they seemed to be playing Schumacher by cutting corners (the marinade was leaking). All in all, Spare Ribs Express unfortunately doesn't remain at the highest level among the rib chains we have in the Gooi region. I had high expectations for Spareribs Express and they did not disappoint me! The spareribs were perfectly grilled and the marinade was really great. The meat fell right off the bone. And the side dishes I ordered were also tasty. Highly recommended for a quick and tasty meal!

Spare Rib Express serves the best spare ribs in our area. However, on one occasion we had to wait 90 minutes for our delivery, and twice they failed to deliver everything we ordered, which meant we had to wait again for the missing items. It’s a pity they can’t get this right, because their food is truly delicious.

Delicious spareribs and delightful sauces! I read in a review that the spareribs slide right off the bone, and that's absolutely true. It's so nice when the meat easily falls off the bone. The flavor (we had sweet ribs) was truly excellent. Not just a hint of honey, but a truly delicious sweet strike, and really generous too! Then the sauces, truly delicious. The garlic sauce is wonderfully creamy. And the big surprise is the Madam Jeanette sauce. You can taste the Madam Jeanette, but it's not overpowering. For dessert, we had the cheesecake and the rockslide brownie. What deliciousness! We really enjoyed the food and will definitely order again! The new owners have really made something delicious!!

Ordered Sweet & Spicy spareribs on February 1st. The meat was delicious and fell right off the bone. Delivery was within 45 minutes, and the delivery driver was very friendly. I definitely recommend ordering from them. Apparently, there's been a new owner since January, and they've really improved a lot.

Very dissatisfied. Order delivered after 2 hours. By now it was cold and because the delivery person had the box on its side in one hand, it was one big mess, with garlic sauce everywhere. Reported this complaint, but no apology...Only the promise of a free dessert with my next order. Just threw it in the bin.

Today I ordered spareribs medium portion with sweet & spicy marinade, and a rockslide brownie for dessert. I have eaten spareribs at several takeaway restaurants, but they were certainly the tastiest here! Friendly staff who helped me, definitely recommended!

We were in the area and drove past Spare Rib Expres to have something to eat. Delicious food, the spare ribs were tender and tasty. The people in the shop are also very pleasant and there is a lot of laughter.

Always used to have excellent ribs, a few months ago they were not tasty, I said that I received a voucher for 10 euros. Still trying again after 4 months. They were even worse than last time. Sorry, but I don't need a voucher or anything. This is just really bad and will never happen again for me.

We placed an order at 6:35 PM and it said delivery time was 40 minutes. About 7 minutes later it said 16 minutes later. Then at 7 p.m. we still hadn't received the order and it said we're almost there and they weren't preparing it yet. At 7:15 PM we still hadn't received anything. We did call and they said the order had gone out. At 7:30 PM we still had nothing. we called again and was told that the order had not even gone out. In the end we didn't get the order until 7.40 pm.

I've eaten a lot of bad spareribs, but I don't think they can get any worse than these. This branch is in Hilversum, I am from and live in Huizen. I don't know if there is also a Spare Rib Express in Huizen, I hope not for the sake of the clients. When I order spare ribs in Huizen, it is normally from a restaurant that says they have some kind of oriental origin. E.g. Israeli, Egyptian, Turkish or at least from that environment, which shows a certain idea that they know what they are talking about. The name spare rib express does not have this. This is also evident from my order. Like I said, this is my first time here. As usual, I order a portion of hot spareribs. Then came the tough questions. 400grams, 650grams or 1000grams? I know a lot. I just want some spareribs. I thought, I'll be crazy, I'll order 1000 grams. Then came stupid question number two. What do I want? My experiences in Huizen is that it comes with a bowl of salad and two or three bowls of garlic or other sauce. A bag of fries is also included as standard. So in my experience this is a portion of spareribs as a portion should be. Meat, sauces, fries and salad. And all this for around 25 euros. And now the spare ribs express. Everything you want to order extra costs extra. Extra sauce costs 1.95 per bowl, a bowl of lettuce costs 3.80. I couldn't even find fries, but I could find a baked potato for 3.80. I assume that the people and I hope that the owner also understands very well that this is the first but especially the last time that I have been scammed here. They call themselves Spareribs Express, I think spareribs scammers is a better name.

Bad burger! On a semi-circular baguette instead of a soft hamburger bun. Sauce was also not tasty, luckily it was packaged separately.

I ordered here last Tuesday and it was great, spare ribs were tender and the teryaki flavor is recommended. The supreme chicken burger was also great with a tasty egg. Was delivered neatly by a friendly delivery person and on time. Will definitely order here more often!

The food is absolutely delicious and highly recommended. The staff are nice and try to make sure everyone gets their food on time. There is a young man with a leather jacket and blond hair, he is always on time when delivering to us.

We just had takeaway ribs from Rib Express in Hilversum they were really delicious. Portions are generous and ribs were so soft and tender. They called me to find out when we would come and collect so they could have the food ready in time. Great food great service!!!

Erg jammer! Service kan veel beter! Wij gaan voor het eerst bestellen in de winkel en omdat het druk is laten wij het bezorgen. Thuis aangekomen op de website gekeken en zie je dat de betaling voor vier personen goedkoper kan. Bel je en vraag je uitleg en of het aangepast kan worden. Lijkt mij een kleine moeite. Maar dat kon niet meer. Dan hoop je dat het eten lekker smaakt maar dat was jammer genoeg ook niet.

Eerste keer hier besteld. Beetje apart dat je zelf je burgers moet bouwen. De kaas is niet eens gesmolten hierdoor. Vlees is wel lekker en werd op tijd bezorgd. Die frisse salade was niet fris, maar het was een bak mayo. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar. Stokbrood kruidenboter was gewoon een kaal stokbrood met een bakje kruidenboter ernaast, erg zielig.

Maar echt top, goed warm, erg vriendelijke oudere bezorger, eten was erg goed. ik vraag me af of de andere die een review geschreven hebben het wel hier hadden besteld. wat een aanrader van mijn kant dan he. volgende keer weer en hopen dat het er ook weer snel is. watertanden.

Altijd superlekker eten geweest, maar de prijzen blijven maar stijgen terwijl de kwaliteit steeds slechter wordt.

Just ordered for the first time. If you never did it, do it. The service will surprise you. Very different from any other delivery service, really, really nice. Just order something and you will see. And they have a very decent price. The hamburger was very good and the potato was great. Next time I'll try the ribs, for sure. Would be cool if you guys had some fries, I'm sure they would be great.

Ik heb hier laatst eten afgehaald. Ondanks ruim van te voren te hebben besteld, moest ik toch nog een kwartier op locatie wachten. Daarnaast vond ik persoonlijk de algehele hoeveelheid eten aan de weinige kant en vond de kipburger een beetje tegenvallen. De burger was erg klein in verhouding tot het broodje. Verder was de kwaliteit van het eten wel prima en het personeel was erg vriendelijk!

Ik heb vandaag bij spare ribs express hilversum wat besteld ! Het was echt super lekker ook heel veel extra' s en ook doekjes er bij echt heel lekker en de aardappel gratin is ook echt een aanraader !!

Echt top! Zo'n goeie kwaliteit. Heerlijk fall-off-the-bone vlees met goeie marinade, echt lekker stokbrood en goeie knoflooksaus. Enige minpunt is dat de levertijd vrij lang is. Dat wist ik van tevoren dus had ik er voor over. Maar met 30 tot max 45 minuten zou ik de 5 sterren geven die ze eigenlijk alleen al op basis van de smaak, hoeveelheid en meegeleverde extra's verdienen. En vriendelijke gasten, zowel aan de telefoon als aan de deur! Eigenlijk een dikke 4+ dus..

er zaten 3 stokjes kipsaté in inplaats van 4! er zat meer saté in dan kip! gegratineerde aardappels waren ook nog half verbrand, bestel hier nooit meer mijn kipsaté (wel spareribs want die zijn wel te eten). oh laatmaat er zat nog een onderin de bak

Ik moest heel lang wachten op mijn eten . Er werd aangegeven dat het een uur duurde tot het eten kwam was al lang en het werd 2 en een half uur echt heel raar zou het niet aanraden maar als het eten er uiteindelijk is dan is het ook wel lekker

Een aantal jaar geleden bestelde ik hier regelmatig. Op een gegeven moment waren er betere toko's in de omgeving. Een aantal maanden geleden toch weer even geprobeerd. Verrassend lekker! Andere kok, ander vlees, andere marinade? Ik heb geen idee wat er veranderd is, maar het is weer erg lekker!

Lekker gegeten het vlees van de spareribs is zeer goed, lekker stevig vlees, alleen de angus burger is minder goed. De prijs vind ik iets te hoog gegrepen voor de kwaliteit van beide producten.

Ordered €25 worth of dessert only to be told when it was delivered that it's not allowed to order dessert unless I order a main course as well. Yet nowhere on their site or thuisbezorgd does it say this. I get that it's not a dessert restaurant but then it shouldn't be available to order if this is a problem.

Spareribs waren lekker zacht van het bot te eten 10/10 lekker snel als je niet ver woont

Ordered new korean seasoned Sakchu spare ribs. I am korean and ive never heard about sakchu also, no idea what's the difference with sweet&spicy and Sakchu. Just less sweet and less spicy. But still nice.
