Uncle Dani's Pizza in Centrum

Placed an order at 5:20 PM. The delivery driver marked the order as delivered for 7:40 PM, but no pizzas. I called the store and said, "Um, that's not right." A rude, disinterested man lied to me, claiming I'd spoken to the delivery driver on his phone and that he was on his way. He repeated that he was on his way. After an hour, I still hadn't received anything. Requested a refund from Thuisbezorgd. NEVER have I experienced an order not showing up at all. That's definitely not how you treat customers you want to keep. This was the third and final time. I wonder what bullying, lying, treating customers unkindly, and not delivering orders brings you? Bizarre place! Definitely don't order from here!

Extremely poor service. The pizza was fine, but it was often much too late. When you call, they were very rude and difficult to understand. When you ask how long they expect it to be, they hang up. I also ordered once, and they delivered it to the wrong house, and I didn't receive my pizza until 2.5 hours later without any apology. If you're reading this, I strongly advise against ordering from this place unless you want to wait a long time.

I had to wait a total of 3.5 hours for my delivery tonight. When the pizza arrived, it was cold. I called four times, and each time, I was promised it was on its way. If I'd had a euro for every "sorry, sorry, but it's very busy," I'd be at a 5-star resort in the Bahamas right now. Just be honest when you give your customers answers. I've ordered from here many times before and have always been satisfied with the service. But you've really lost me as a customer today! If you can't handle the crowds, that's okay, but be transparent about it instead of constantly spreading lies. Continue this way, and you'll lose a lot of customers. Too bad!

I ordered food from Ollie's Burger, part of Uncle Dani's. An hour late, we first received someone else's order with an apology for the delay. Our order was freezing cold and soggy. The phone call afterward was strange. The answer was "Yo," and I asked the employee three times if he was also from Ollie's Burgers (this isn't readily apparent online). After I explained what was happening, I was put on hold about six times while a lot of shouting in a different language went on in the background. "Didn't I just get my food? I shouldn't complain because it was busy." The solution was to wait at least an hour for more food. When I disagreed, the call was disconnected. Several times, the call went unanswered, or I was simply shushed away, only to then answer and say that I had treated the delivery driver disrespectfully and that no appropriate solution had been offered. It may be very busy, but this quality, behavior, shouting in an unknown language, the lack of an apology and the twisting of reality, is astonishing.

The food was delicious, the service was good, and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend eating here. The pizza crust was a bit thin, but otherwise, it was delicious.

Barely had a worse customer service experience in my life. Not only have I been waiting for 2 hours plus to receive food, I’ve also had the most incapable person ever on the phone, who not only wasn’t helpful, he even mid-call pretended to no longer hear me. Advice to the owner, maybe hire some staff with basic customer service experience and an idea of how to treat someone who’s spending money at your place. Definitely not going to come again or place an order and I hope many people who read this will do the same. If I would own this place, I’d fire everyone who worked today!

Ordered there and waited 2 hours for the delivery. Its just burgers, it cant be that hard. Person on the phone was incredibly useless amd unsupportive. I expect not only more service, i also expect understanding. If I wanted a midnight snack, I’d have ordered 2 hours later.

A very bad experience, whereas previous orders have always been good. Ordered a pizza at 6:08 PM, but still no pizza after over an hour and a half. Called, pizza arrived. Received a cold pizza 5 minutes later. Called again, they said a new pizza would be delivered. Ultimately, I waited 2.5 hours for a pizza and heard nothing. Filed a complaint, and they gave me a €3 refund as a "solution." You really don't understand. Forgetting an order the first time is something that happens. It's annoying, but human. Delivering a cold pizza is bordering on the edge, in my opinion. Then I call and you lie about a new pizza coming, which I think is going too far. Lying in the home delivery app that you delivered an hour earlier than you actually did is also scandalous. Just resolve this properly, and there's no problem.

we ordered pizza on thuisbezorgd at 18:59 which arrived cold at 20:20. This is very disappointing.

Had delicious pizzas delivered while I was working on a project, very tasty to eat straight from the box. Unfortunately, the delivery driver forgot to include the garlic sauce.

I've been to many pizza places, but this one was completely rubbish. It was unhygienic, the staff barely spoke Dutch, the pizza was greasy, and the ingredients all tasted the same. I know you won't find me here anymore.

Me and my boyfriend ordered from here 3 times already on UberEats, I will order again definetely! First two times we ordered some snacks (jalapeno bites, some chicken, mozzarela sticks…) and they were the best we’ve had in the Netherlands (we tried lots)!! Tonight we ordered pizza, and again it was the best, true Italian dough and lots of toppings, the taste was amazing! Thanks Uncle Dani’s for the great food and I’m sure we’ll see each other again soon!!!!!

Vier pizza’s gehaald en allemaal genoten van de pizza! Ik had een vega met avocado en meerdere groenten. Ontzettend goed en genoten tot de laatste hap. Deeg is wel wat zachter dus misschien niet op zijn ‘Italiaans’ maar persoonlijk vind ik dat erg lekker. Prijs kwaliteit meer dan voldoende en zeker aan te raden.

Heerlijke pizza! Ik eet vrijwel alleen pizza Margherita en dit is een van de betere die ik heb gehad! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Sinds tijden niet zo'n lekkere pizza gegeten. Ik eet bijna alleen maar pizza Funghi en deze was echt rijk belegd met champignons, de kaas was goed gesmolten en werd zeer warm geserveerd. Woon niet in de buurt, maar kom er zeker nog een keer speciaal voor terug

Uncle Dani's is reasonably priced for the quality you get. We are pretty picky with our pizza and Uncle Dani's has the freshest ingredients. They are fast and really friendly. The restaurant itself is styled beautifully, cozy and the furniture elevates the interiors.

Vandaag online besteld en betaald. De pizza werd zelfs voor de opgevraagde tijd al gebracht, nou dat gebeurd al nooit met bezorgen en was nog echt lekker, warm en vers ook! Ik vind de prijs heel redelijk en dat voor goede kwaliteit met veel ingrediënten! Enige verbeterpunt miss iets meer de bodem doorbakken voor stevigheid (wel gaar verder), maar das al! zou zeker aanraden aan anderen!

Very tasty pizza. Order is on your table within 10 min which is good. Medium pizza's are around €8,50 and have a fair amount of toppings. The restaurant is clean and modern. It is fairly small and not suited for prolonged dining, but more to eat your pizza and leave. All in all, Uncle Dani's is a refreshing experience if you want a quality meal without draining your wallet.

Na een studiedag hier terecht gekomen om een hapje te eten. Het is meer een afhaalpizzeria, maar je kan er ook zitten. Wij hadden een pizza five cheeses en een pizza quatro meat en beide pizza's waren goed belegd met een dunne bodem. Een aanrader voor een snelle hap of lekkere pizza.

Un accueil très souriant et sympathique Pizzas excellentes, avec des produits frais et une pâte vraiment fine !!

Delicious pizza and friendly staff members

Friendly staff and reasonably good delivery pizza. The restaurant is really basic like in most of these delivery pizza places, however it is especially clean and well arranged. The preparation and presentation of the pizzas is above average for this types of places. They have a wider than normal range of drinks. And prices are correct. We will obviously be back. Five stars.
