I got the curry and hot chocolate with marshmellows and it was delicious the service was very kind and the atmosphere was quiet but nice.

The €9 “roasted chicken sandwich” is two slices of processed deli chicken…not roasted chicken. In terms of atmosphere, unfortunately one of the staff members sat down at a table with a laptop and started doing business on speakerphone, while also calling out across the restaurant to other staff. Really a bit of a zoo atmosphere, and not caused by the customers, but by the staff. Pity.

The food is consistently good but there are many changes in staff. Making the service level variable over time. Relaxed atmosphere

I recently accidentally sat at a table on Stach's terrace with 2 children with an ice cream that I had bought at Spikkels. Sometimes it is not clear which table belongs to which case. It was then pointed out to me in a rather rude manner that I was sitting on the wrong terrace. When I left, a completely empty terrace was left behind. I immediately thought I wouldn't step foot in this tent again. By the way, that ice cream with oat milk is not tasty. My daughter almost got sick when we tried that.

Can you please update the opening hour? I walked for 35 minutes based on opening hours shown here (closes at 20.00) only to find it closed at 19.00?

Coffee was sometimes a bit strong for my taste, but I always come back. Tasty sandwiches. Previously some difficult staff, but now with Shantie things are going in the right direction!

Sandwich was fine, but service lacked passion and unpleasant. Makes minimal contact and faces are on storm. I'm dressed nice, but it's freezing there. Shame

Friendly staff, tried the avocado sandwich with vegan bacon on recommendation, delicious! My friend's pasta was tasty too. We come back!

I was here during lunch time in the weekend. While I’m used to the stach standard in Amsterdam, this franchiser felt different. First of all when you enter the only employee in the place didn’t say hello. She was completely over her head as she was totally alone on this busy day. I tried to remind her that welcoming guest is the first rule;) after an excuse I just couldn’t bare the sight of disorder. Hope this Stach get their act together because I am a fan!

If you want to wait half an hour for the simplest drink on the menu: a double espresso, this is the place to go

We ate a delicious sandwich, it was very warm inside so we enjoyed the autumn sun outside. Helped by a friendly waitress! Sandwiches were well filled and fresh. Will definitely come back!

One of the best cappuchinos I have ever tried!

I'm sooo confused: STACH is in every city normally my favorite place so I am disappointed to see they couldn't make it work in this neighbourhood. The layout of the shore here is bizarre, like the shop has an identity crisis. STACH is normally a place where you can get coffee and order great sandwiches, as well as there are luxurious snacks and fridges full of amazing drinks available like in a shop. Here, most of the wares are behind the counter, which makes it seem like you can mostly get coffee--oh, and a croissant if you look behind you...? They should have put the counter behind in the store, so you can browse a bit before you get to the counter. Also one of the people working here fainted (!) from the heat when I was here. The people who run this store REALLY need to change the infrastructure of the place so there is air conditioning in the summer, and I heard the management doesn't care too much about its employees health or safety, which explains why the employees don't seem exactly happy to be there, like some reviews have shared. It's too bad - I really wanted a STACH nearby, but the management of the place messed it up...

Really nice airy atmosphere. The banana/walnut loaf was just right- not too sweet. However, cappuccino was a little bitter for my taste. Good wifi network!

Heerlijke koffie, taartjes en broodjes! Bijzondere opties op de menukaart. Ons werd de chicken en de vegan bacon avocado aangeraden en deze waren superlekker! Ook vriendelijk personeel en als je binnen loopt, moet je uitkijken dat je niet alles wilt kopen.

Weinig spannende lunchroom zonder service voor te veel geld. Je krijgt geen servet of bestek en mikken je eten zo op tafel.

Een keer Stach uitgeprobeerd als alternatief. Broodje carpaccio was oke. Maar de koffie is helaas niet mijn ding. Als koffieliefhebber sla ik die voortaan over. Voor de rest een mooie zaak.

Wat een aanwinst voor de Fred! Heerlijke koffie, fijne plek om te zitten lekkere snackjes en leuke spullen voor thuis! Maar het allerbeste geheim zijn de sushi van chef Bowie😍🤩 Echt geweldige sushi, makkelijk bij de beste van Den Haag. Vers, super ingrediënten echt met liefde en verstand van het product gemaakt!

i'm not enthusiastic about this place. Had to wait more then 20 minutes for a smashed avocado sandwich with pumpkin bread. Was certainly not special, served with a kind of tomato paste sauce with some rocket salade.

Koffie is erg goed, elke soort! Ook de brownies en andere koeken zijn heerlijk.

Coffee was ok. Bread vs. topping ratio was bad, I was chewing on the white, nearly stale bread for a long time. Hardly any topping for a 6.95 sandwich. No goodbye or acknowledgment from the staff whatsoever. The only good thing was the sun on the terrace. There’s better lunch places in the Frederik Hendriklaan

We went to the new STACH in Statenkwartier. The banana bread was fresh and delicious, the oat cookies as well. But: We need our sweets and sandwiches (our food in general ) to be served on plates,with cutlery of course, not on top of the trays altogether , this is not my idea of good quality service. The coffee was nothing special and it had a taste of bitterness which caused a turmoil to my stomach. I think that they should choose a better quality coffee to go along with the super good quality of their other products. Also, they should also have table service, it gets soo complicated to prepare take away orders and orders for the seated as well. They should hire waiters to take orders from the tables, it will be more convenient for everyone this way. Toilets are very clean and the atmosphere is agreeable, although I would prefer it more "cozy". The staff is friendly , polite and fast, quite professional.🙂
