One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to and I've been there several times. I have read many reviews about bathrooms and that it is dirty. I also see a lot of people throwing things on the floor and leaving the tables dirty or at least leaving everything together a little. It has an upstairs which is very good in case there is no space downstairs, it is where the bathrooms are, which by chance have been clean every time I have gone. Finally, I would like to say that they have to charge your cell phone, a plus point and the workers are very nice. I will continue going of course. Of course, the prices in my opinion since perhaps I come from Spain are a little expensive.

I got a thing and it took 25/30 minutes FOR A THING and I got a donut and I got a CAKEPOP I'm never coming back there

Everything looks very dirty. Coffee is very watery. The selection was quite large but I didn't want to eat anything here. We've been to a few countries but this is by far the worst Starbucks we've ever been to. Definitely not Starbacks quality.

This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. Dirty floors, closed bathrooms, slow service... Not the Starbucks we pay for at Starbucks.

Overwhelmed team, the coffee is average, slow service, drinks and pastries do not arrive together, only one open toilet in a sorry state. Nothing to do with Starbucks Milan, Barcelona…

I oredered a machiatto (espresso with small pieces of milk = machiatto)....and the guy who served and made coffe served me a big cup of coffe with half milk and this drinks call machiatto...when i want change this "machiatto" because this drink is not machiatto the guy who served and makes coffe rude said that he not want to change and this is my order Manger of this starbucks shop sholud learned his employes types of coffe and how can that made! My money is stolen! I dont have my coffe and my order! I attached the types of coofe for manager and his employes! This story demaged my view to Starbucks!

Unfortunately the worst Frappuccino we drank for 7.40 each. Even at the train station it was much better. Tables dirty and very loud

Situated on the main high street close to Dam Square gets very busy which shouldn’t make a difference as Starbucks in the UK are masters of taking orders and getting them done, on the visit here 1 member serving 1 member making drinks & 4 members trying to get the blending machine to work ? Eventually after close to a 10 minute wait got my 1 cup of coffee ? There didn’t seem to be much of any leadership whatsoever to resolve the situation of the amount of people queuing ?

I give it one star for the blonde girl who helped me on Saturday, November 30 at 7:30 in the morning who makes a bad face because she is Spanish and says SPANISH 😒 If you don't like working in front of the public, then don't work but don't put bad faces for being Spanish, on top of that I speak perfect English and can be understood perfectly

I am a coffee addict, but I still find Starbucks to be the least annoying place when I go abroad😆 The service staff are beautiful and friendly, a wonderful shopping experience☕️

We've been having coffee. Good place, good atmosphere and above all Cristian, the best waiter in the establishment and also Spanish, what more could you ask for?

The first thing that caught my attention was the number of visitors. The place is extremely popular, and perhaps because of this there is some fuss. Finding a free seat can be problematic, especially during peak hours. If you're planning on relaxing with a coffee, this isn't the best place, but for a quick bite it's fine. The service was standard for the Starbucks chain.

No empty seating, awkward waiting place where you constantly have to let the waiters pass you all the time... Very very dirty, so much garbage piled up on the trashcounter and on the floor. The food was ate outside in the rain and it was okay taste. 👍🏽

The staff here are trying, but I think they lack training and proper management. There’s usually 1 or 2 working hard, but the rest stand around chatting. I always learnt that if you have time to chat you have time to clean, yet at this store the rubbish piles up on the tables and they apparently don’t see it. They usually close the top floor 3 hours before closing time, which means people have to all move downstairs where obviously there will be no space to sit. In the end, drinking a (€5.50!) cup of coffee here is frustrating, not relaxing. I doubt that’s the vibe Starbucks is going for.

34 minutes for 4 drinks and 2 cookies... at the cash register they ask your name, but then just put a different name on the order. Guaranteed chaos. Almost everything went wrong. Everyone left the building disappointed.... Starbucks.... Look at the processes there is work to be done.....

I give it two stars, since it seems strange to me that in Spain we have the points program with rewards in the app and in Amsterdam they tell me that they do not take the QR or give the rewards from the APP. Otherwise drink and service 100/10 as always!

Asked for tea with half steamed lemonade half hot water and honey. I got a cup of half steamed lemonade and water, with tea bags on the side and no honey. asking for honey was a process bc your ignored and then rather than pour honey in the cup they gave me this generic honey packet. Also ordered a cold brew with soy and the soy was a literal splash and the coffee was bitter and gross.

I've been here twice - it's very dirty, the line for the toilet is near the tables where people are drinking coffee. The atmosphere of the station...

We went in the evening, with my girlfriend, and there were only 30 minutes before closing time. They were more clear, but of course. We went in. We ordered something there, the man said we can't do it directly, sorry don't, 30 minutes, there is no such disgrace!! Let's not start it at all because there are only 30 minutes left to shut down.!!! Is there such nonsense? I'm calling out to the leader there, such nonsense can't happen! Be aware, as a customer I have the right to order anything!! Communicate this to your workers. This is such a disgraceful place. The terrible night I had because of a worker, I couldn't do anything anymore, we went straight out. We had to cancel the order. These workers are a disgrace. He should be kicked out immediately. However, I am a fan of Sturbacks. I'm so angry because of this man...!!

Men’s bathroom not working, while employees and the shift manager is sending the people there to wash hands even after signaling this. It was suggested to go to women’s, while there is no label warning about this unisex situation. This while the handicap toilet is kept blocked. I think here could be identified more managerial problems.

A company of this category and the girl tells us that the bathrooms, both of them!!! Are they broken???! You consume and still can't go to the bathroom! Gentlemen, spend what you earn to provide better service! To make matters worse they send us to the bathrooms of MC Donald's and Primark!!!! Laughable!

Rokin 74 location in Amsterdam, NL: I ordered three grande green teas among other things today expecting hot drinks. I was given three iced teas even though I never specified iced or cold. I told them I wanted hot drinks and the staff member gave me flack for not specifying hot. Since when is that expected and when did it become the customer’s fault? My daughter took one of the cold ones since it’s routine in Canada and the US to given the customer drinks made by mistake. The staff member yelled loudly “who took my drinks”…so she returned it. We observed him move the cold drinks behind the staff door and later went back there with another staff member. Optically, it looked like they wanted to benefit from their mistake. To make matters worse I was charged for the pricier iced drinks. Terrible customer service and would definitely NOT recommend. I was just saying to my family before we entered that at least with Starbucks you know what you’re getting. Boy, was I wrong!

Terrible place, 7 people behind the counter and only 2 working, we waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees, the mess was terrible, it's obvious they didn't clean up, never again

We stopped here almost everyday after travelling in and each time the toilets were an absolute state Pee on the floor, no toilet paper, no soap! A few times we had to pick up napkins from the dispenser to take in but once the dispenser ran out it wasn’t refilled

I had never thrown coffee in the trash before going to this Starbucks. The coffee was horrible, the staff were unpleasant and the place was unsanitary and had no toilets. The establishment plays on its reputation but I advise against it. Too bad we can't give 0 stars...

Great coffee in a busy tourism spot, cosy and large compared to other places in the street.. the best of all is the quick service and the smiling staff.. I even gave my feedback and got a free drink voucher for my next visit to any Starbucks in the city :)

It was okay. Very, very busy and not too accessible given the location (a few metres from Dam Square so you have crazy crowds). Prices were also quite exorbitant. All in all, likely won’t be going out of my way to visit again.

I think I'm one of those people who have seen many Starbucks in the world. This place is right in the center. The only problem was that the sinks were closed. Why not help people with their basic needs with a passworded login?

Amazing starbucks at a very cute place. Great views of the city if you sit outside! Only minus is the toilet which was out of order when I visited. The choclate brownie is a must ! 10/10.

The behavior of the staff there was completely disrespectful. I wanted to use the toilet several times, but they prevented me for various reasons and finally said that the toilet was out of service. If it was out of service, they would have told me the first time. The environment was very cold and because the environment was cold, my hot chocolate got cold very quickly, the muffin was completely stale. As a tourist I will never visit this branch and I will tell all my friends not to use this branch.ehavior of the

I recently visited this Starbucks in Amsterdam and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite being a paying customer, I was denied access to the restroom. The staff's refusal to open it and their dismissive attitude were completely unacceptable. This is not the level of service I expect from a brand like Starbucks. I will not be returning to this location and will advise others to avoid it as well.

Most of the seating was closed and the restrooms were closed as well. This was two hours before closing time. Service was not up to expectations.

Located near Central Station, the ambience of this Starbucks is rather less inviting. It's very loud and you can have conversations in the store because it's so reverberating and you'd really have to scream. Of the 3 drinks we ordered, 2 were okay, but nothing more. You shouldn't expect culinary highlights here, but I didn't expect a Cool Lime Refresha that only tastes like sugar water and not at all like lime or lemon and is therefore not refreshing. I was really disappointed with this Starbucks.

The staff is otherwise friendly but the order is small, I paid for the venti and got a tall, only because I ordered without ice. Catch fire!!!!!

It's just awful! I have never seen such a dirty Starbucks in any country in the world. It looks like a city dump. I love these places and always drink my favorite latte there, but I couldn’t stay here for even a second. I asked the staff if they actually have a cleaning service here, to which he tiredly answered “yes” and that’s all. I hope someone from the management sees these reviews... and there are quite a few of them here. Guys, of course you are a brand, but there are cool CLEAN establishments near you. Do something and don't disgrace the franchise!

I love having my coffee in this place

Ordered a caramel frapuccino with coffee, got one without. That's fine, the staff was kind and mistakes happen. The reason for the 1 star is the toilet. Womens' toilet was out of order and only one male bathroom was available. The result was a line (about 20 min wait) for the most gross and dirty bathroom I've ever been to. Smell of piss, trash can full and used toilet paper on the floor, bloody pads in plain view. Unacceptable bathroom for a Starbucks especially.

I visit this place pretty often. It’s pretty big but it doesn’t really have anything special to draw you to this location. The staff are friendly but in general I find the service slow. Honestly I’d recommend a walking straight for 5 min to the next Starbucks.

It was really crowdy, and matcha they made wasnt even properly brewed, it has litterally some granulas.

They do not put the cardboard holder around the coffee. I had to ask for one and do it myself. This is pure laziness even though they are expensive and they make the coffee very hot. Too hot to hold without the cardboard. Furthermore, I have been to Starbucks all over the world and the US and they are the only Starbucks I have seen use a different lid on the coffee (americano) it has a different hole to drink from and it is harder to drink and easier to spill. This is stupid beyond belief.

Staff are not talkative ask no name, staff create chaos for the guests, Like come on you are one of the few open so early 07:00 not even 8:30 and there is chaos -_- skip them

Not only do they prepare bad coffee, but they also have rude employees you won't find anywhere else in the world. When you ask for someone in charge, the employee, who is cocky and says he is in charge, needs serious behavioral training.

Disappointing experience! Cheesecake was served in a paper, no fork,no straw for my Frappuccino. This store has lose the standard. I will never coming back here neither will recommend it! Toilet is broken. The store is such a mess and dirty.

This terribly lit starbucks had only one person serving drinks whilst other staff where on their phones and chatting. are drinks eventually came in a warm cup for a ice cold drink with no lid and no toppings. Incredibly overpriced should of thrown my money down a toilet. Don't come here theres a McDonald's next door. Should know that for a busy road they should have more competent staff on duty. Bad experience.

Terrible antisocial staff! They clearly don't feel like it and don't speak any Dutch.... But apparently they can't speak English either? My entire order went wrong and when I asked if she wanted to fix it I got a sigh and a difficult face? Two employees gave me bad mouthing and eventually got my money back with a lot of pain and effort because I was kicked out of the store because I didn't treat them respectfully? A bit of an upside down world, but I will get my coffee somewhere else from now on!

Toilets were a mess, disgusting. I expect a little bit more from a brand charging those prices.

Washrooms were closed 4 hours before shop closed. Didn't need them, but the family with a little girl desperately did. There was no excuse for this.
