The drinks are really good. I ordered twice. I got Ice White Mocha the first time, and I chose the same one for my second order. However, they accidentally gave it hot once, but they changed it immediately when I asked, thank you. But the baristas work incredibly slowly. It has nothing to do with being busy. People who ordered after me get their drinks before me, I really don't understand this. They do their job a little strangely, to be honest. Still, I have to give credit where credit is due, the drinks are really delicious. People coming from Türkiye will also like them because Starbucks drinks here are much more delicious than the ones in Turkey. I'm not saying this as a mistake, it really is. They are much better in terms of taste. But as I said, you can go and try it once. If you like it so much, definitely go a few more times because this coffee makes you miss it. In my personal opinion, it is definitely worth the money you pay.

It's Starbucks. You know what to expect. My cappuccino was slightly bitter, but acceptable. This location is ALWAYS busy. Expect a crowded wait, but good service anyway. Lin and Chelsey were very helpful and friendly. Update: I added an extra star for Chelsey's super hard work at a crowded time.

Fast and friendly service. They try their best to understand your language (one even spoke Spanish), but the others also tried to speak a little Spanish. They were truly friendly. The food and coffee were also delicious. The place is very pleasant and centrally located.

Purchased a Frappuccino so we could use the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting! They closed the other one too. Don’t rely on this place for a purchase if you need to use the toilet.

The worst Starbucks I've ever visited. I've waited for my coffee for so long that my hairs turned gray. And the toilets. The awfully dirty toilets where it smells like a dead octopus and I didn't even dare to touch anything because of how dirty it was everywhere. The worst thing is that the "cleaning" lady was just standing next to the toilets door acting like she's doing something. The worst experience I've ever had.

We came here for a small break before and after walking - it was quite busy on a Monday afternoon so the wait took longer. There are more tables at the upper part that are not fully used. However, what shocked us was how dirty it was - the tables were not cleaned off dirty dishes, the toilets were horrible even though they have a passcode (toilet paper everywhere, uncleaned toilets, no soap, overfilled trash bins, etc.)… Additionally, they seem to not offer cold brew and recommended us the Americano that turned out to be fully burned regarding the flavor…

The americano was burned too much, so it tasted bitter. And the toilet was the worst toilet I saw this year. But people are really polite 😂

The location is very good, and the staff taking orders are lively and friendly. However, the store overall is a bit messy. It's the average level of dirtiness in Europe. I know it's difficult to look forward to Korea, but still... ..There is only one bathroom for both men and women, so you have to wait in line for a long time. It seems that European toilet standards are at a point where they are giving up.

I've been to Starbucks in many countries, but this is the first time I've experienced a store where drinks come out this late. Even though there is a huge backlog of orders, the employees are laughing and chatting, and the customers are waiting for over 20 minutes to get a drink, but seeing them working makes me angry.

A very busy place as it is on Damrak street. Two levels, one bathroom, noisy, and the Starbucks App is not accepted here.

I had ordered the “mystery drink” as it was something i’d never seen before. When checking out i noticed the girl in red hair had charged me 5.85€ for the drink despite being stated it was 3€. When i asked if it was right, she replied with some attitude and proceeded to ‘change’ it. She told me to tap my card and i noticed she still had charged me 5.85€, after my purchase, for the mystery drink overcharging me. I had wanted to purchase it as it seemed like a good cheap alternative for some coffee and i am quite disappointed and annoyed and she clearly seemed annoyed when i was really nice. Really bad experience overall ;-; Ontop of that, The floor is incredibly dirty and so many od the tables have been left dirty.

I bought an ice coffee and while I was waiting I decided to go to the bathroom, a serious mistake to my surprise, the bathroom was horrible, I couldn't go in I told the staff but they really didn't care.

I had the best flat white coffee ☕️of my life till date. Perfect coffee in a perfect mug accompanied by a banana bread 🍞. I was really hungry 😋 and was wanting caffeine and guess what landed at the right place at the right time! First I thought to go for a local Dutch Coffee but then suddenly planned for Starbucks❤️ I think it’s a must try for a coffee lover in the heart 💓 of Amsterdam👍

We went there twice during our Amsterdam vacation. The staff were really very friendly and accommodating. Since we had our dog with us, the employee offered us a puppuccino as soon as we sat down. That was a really thoughtful gesture. The branch itself is very nice, but now I come to my point of criticism: both times we were there, the toilets were unfortunately very unkempt and dirty. I understand that this branch is very busy, but more attention should be paid to cleanliness. Nevertheless, we will definitely come back.

Starbucks in the center of Amsterdam is a great place to grab a coffee and relax. The atmosphere is pleasant, the staff is friendly, and the service is efficient. The worst trained Starbucks I have ever been. You can wait for one Americano for 30 mins despite the fact that there are only 2 people before you. While only 1 person trying to make coffee the other 3 team members just chatting, looking at each other. This would have been one of the best Starbucks as the building gives very historical vibes but with this service it is below zero. It doesn’t cover the Starbucks standards.

Staff… needs a big change. When you are the first customer in to start the day… how long would it take to take that customers drink? 5 min… to make a Hot Chocolate. Cute location ish as Garbage every where out front.

One of the best Starbucks I've ever been to and I've been there several times. I have read many reviews about bathrooms and that it is dirty. I also see a lot of people throwing things on the floor and leaving the tables dirty or at least leaving everything together a little. It has an upstairs which is very good in case there is no space downstairs, it is where the bathrooms are, which by chance have been clean every time I have gone. Finally, I would like to say that they have to charge your cell phone, a plus point and the workers are very nice. I will continue going of course. Of course, the prices in my opinion since perhaps I come from Spain are a little expensive.

The place was very crowded at 11 am but the stuff were very quick and helpful. Surprisingly the coffee was not great, though it was supposed to be the same on all Starbucks stores, but it was not that amazing.

had an unpleasant experience at this Starbucks regarding access to the restroom. I waited for about 10 minutes with several other people, thinking it was simply occupied. There was no sign or indication that a code or key was required — nothing at all to inform customers about the policy. Eventually, I decided to ask the staff if something was wrong. I was met with a surprisingly passive-aggressive response: they told me I needed to purchase something first to get access. I explained that I would return with the key and make a purchase afterward, but they insisted quite aggressively that I had to buy something first. The queue at the counter was long, and at that point, I really needed the restroom after waiting so long. I completely understand if a purchase is required, but this was poorly communicated and unnecessarily rigid. A simple sign on the restroom door would avoid confusion and frustration. A bit of empathy from the staff would also make a world of difference.

Suitable for a short break close to Dam square. I tried caramel coffee for the first time and it was delicious. The environment was calm and quiet.

I oredered a machiatto (espresso with small pieces of milk = machiatto)....and the guy who served and made coffe served me a big cup of coffe with half milk and this drinks call machiatto...when i want change this "machiatto" because this drink is not machiatto the guy who served and makes coffe rude said that he not want to change and this is my order Manger of this starbucks shop sholud learned his employes types of coffe and how can that made! My money is stolen! I dont have my coffe and my order! I attached the types of coofe for manager and his employes! This story demaged my view to Starbucks!

Situated on the main high street close to Dam Square gets very busy which shouldn’t make a difference as Starbucks in the UK are masters of taking orders and getting them done, on the visit here 1 member serving 1 member making drinks & 4 members trying to get the blending machine to work ? Eventually after close to a 10 minute wait got my 1 cup of coffee ? There didn’t seem to be much of any leadership whatsoever to resolve the situation of the amount of people queuing ?

I give it one star for the blonde girl who helped me on Saturday, November 30 at 7:30 in the morning who makes a bad face because she is Spanish and says SPANISH 😒 If you don't like working in front of the public, then don't work but don't put bad faces for being Spanish, on top of that I speak perfect English and can be understood perfectly

We've been having coffee. Good place, good atmosphere and above all Cristian, the best waiter in the establishment and also Spanish, what more could you ask for?

The first thing that caught my attention was the number of visitors. The place is extremely popular, and perhaps because of this there is some fuss. Finding a free seat can be problematic, especially during peak hours. If you're planning on relaxing with a coffee, this isn't the best place, but for a quick bite it's fine. The service was standard for the Starbucks chain.

No empty seating, awkward waiting place where you constantly have to let the waiters pass you all the time... Very very dirty, so much garbage piled up on the trashcounter and on the floor. The food was ate outside in the rain and it was okay taste. 👍🏽

The staff here are trying, but I think they lack training and proper management. There’s usually 1 or 2 working hard, but the rest stand around chatting. I always learnt that if you have time to chat you have time to clean, yet at this store the rubbish piles up on the tables and they apparently don’t see it. They usually close the top floor 3 hours before closing time, which means people have to all move downstairs where obviously there will be no space to sit. In the end, drinking a (€5.50!) cup of coffee here is frustrating, not relaxing. I doubt that’s the vibe Starbucks is going for.

34 minutes for 4 drinks and 2 cookies... at the cash register they ask your name, but then just put a different name on the order. Guaranteed chaos. Almost everything went wrong. Everyone left the building disappointed.... Starbucks.... Look at the processes there is work to be done.....

I give it two stars, since it seems strange to me that in Spain we have the points program with rewards in the app and in Amsterdam they tell me that they do not take the QR or give the rewards from the APP. Otherwise drink and service 100/10 as always!

Asked for tea with half steamed lemonade half hot water and honey. I got a cup of half steamed lemonade and water, with tea bags on the side and no honey. asking for honey was a process bc your ignored and then rather than pour honey in the cup they gave me this generic honey packet. Also ordered a cold brew with soy and the soy was a literal splash and the coffee was bitter and gross.

We went in the evening, with my girlfriend, and there were only 30 minutes before closing time. They were more clear, but of course. We went in. We ordered something there, the man said we can't do it directly, sorry don't, 30 minutes, there is no such disgrace!! Let's not start it at all because there are only 30 minutes left to shut down.!!! Is there such nonsense? I'm calling out to the leader there, such nonsense can't happen! Be aware, as a customer I have the right to order anything!! Communicate this to your workers. This is such a disgraceful place. The terrible night I had because of a worker, I couldn't do anything anymore, we went straight out. We had to cancel the order. These workers are a disgrace. He should be kicked out immediately. Men’s bathroom not working, while employees and the shift manager is sending the people there to wash hands even after signaling this. It was suggested to go to women’s, while there is no label warning about this unisex situation. This while the handicap toilet is kept blocked. I think here could be identified more managerial problems.

A company of this category and the girl tells us that the bathrooms, both of them!!! Are they broken???! You consume and still can't go to the bathroom! Gentlemen, spend what you earn to provide better service! To make matters worse they send us to the bathrooms of MC Donald's and Primark!!!! Laughable!
