just go anywhere else, unacceptable you ask if you can use the restroom, they say you have to order first, so you order a coffee and ask again then they respond ‘we have no restroom’ so you are now sitting there waiting for a coffee you don’t want, which you paid for to use restrooms that don’t exist

The service was excellent and so were the drinks. The atmosphere is great, The only thing that disappointed me was that there weren't too many seats available for seven since the branch is quite small.

I was misled by the employee. I asked him for two "Your Starbucks Menus." He took advantage of my foreign nationality to sell me things I hadn't ordered. His English was terrible. It was my worst Starbucks experience ever.

They don't have restrooms and they charge 4 euros for a coffee with milk. The employee, named Nikoleta, gave us our coffees in cardboard cups when we were going to eat in the shop, and gave everyone else cups. The service was unpleasant. I don't recommend it at all.

Messy shop, seats not cleaned up, used cups and leftovers lying on the tables, insects flying in the shop, barristers are impolite and not helpful. Starbucks in Amsterdem is worst among other places.

The food was good, typical Starbucks, but the place had no bathroom and the staff was TERRIBLE and above all RUDE, I'm referring especially to the girl with the black bob haircut.

We paid € 5.90 for two coffees that, alas, seemed more like a conceptual art piece than a beverage. Served at room temperature, with a hue reminiscent of dishwater and a flavor profile best described as “missing,” it was a bold reinterpretation of espresso—perhaps too bold.

All the staff were super kind and nice! I’m not going to mention race btw because that's sounds racist. That’s why every Starbucks partner has a name tag right? Maria was especially friendly and I didn’t catch the names of the other female baristas tho they were all so kind too! Thanks a lot!

No restroom. The cashiers didn't listen to me and I had to explain the thing several times. They are not eager to help with your choice.

The group of female waitress were very rude to us. They were laughing and not paying attention to their work. The Asían young waitress answered very badly when I asked were the toilets were. She said I had to go to Mc'Donalds and was ironic and harsh when I reacted surprised. She approached her coworkers and started whispering and talking about us in a circle while we were waiting. It was very uncomfortable. Four waitresses laughing at the customers and being so unprofessional. Unbelievable! They knew we were unhappy about the situation but they didnt care, otherwise, as we we were leaving the Asían waitress and the one with plats started dancing in mockery. Shame on them!I wish their manager or owner had been there. I've been a Starbucks client for a long time and this is the first time I received this bad service. These workers acted as a bunch of inmature rude bullies who shouldnt be working at a place like this with high stardards. Today is August 7th (time:6:30).

The temperature of the Americano was close to 100°C. Seriously, are you people okay? How is anyone supposed to drink that without burning their mouth?

Terrible service. They charge us for 5 coffees instead of 3. They don't speak English well. And they don't let you explain or give you solutions. TERRIBLE TREATMENT!!!! And to top it all off without services

Our experience has been bad in this place, the waiter named Nico, in addition to serving us with reluctance, charged us 5 coffees when we ordered 3, on top of that it was not what we had ordered, and we had to leave two coffees there. He didn't explain anything to us and treated us terribly. After explaining to her that it wasn't the coffees, she laughed with her colleague and told us that she had asked us three times if the order was okay, and it wasn't true.

I did not like the attention received from Waiter Nico, he charged us for 2 extra coffees, neither of which were what we had ordered!

Me and my friend visit this starbucks almost daily, coffee is (almost) always good. One of the employees here, I believe her name is Angelica, has an awful attitude everytime we come here. Maybe you should do something about that. The other employees are nice though.

It's right next to the flower market, so it's a great location to take a break after a long walk. I felt like there was something in my drink, so I asked if they could make it again, and they readily agreed of course. There was no racial discrimination at all, and all the staff were friendly, which was nice!

There was a waitress with dark hair having awful attitude. When I ordered food with clear volume, she kept asking sorry? However people around me can clearly hear me. I heard people after me ordering with quieter volume. She had no problem with it. I don’t know if it is personal or for what reason. it really makes me very uncomfortable. Besides, she served me with take-away food even though I didn’t require.

Angelica was very welcoming. The store has nice music. They got a good deal for Sw/Latte/pastry

Eh, your experience here depends on who serves you that day. Sometimes I get really good employees, sometimes not so much. Beverages taste like your typical Starbucks. The place is small, not so cozy to stay for too long.

Emplacement idéal au long de la rue piétonne où l'on peut flâner et trouver des boutiques de plantes, fleurs, souvenirs, fromages. La formule Starbucks menu à 9,90 euros est intéressante. Service rapide et pas beaucoup d'attente pendant cette heure entre 16:30 et 17:00. Accès à internet avec un débit moyen.

Standard quality, can't say anything bad or good. Small starbucks - not so much seats, but not so much people. Tried banana bread - soft, but boring. Used this bread as the basis for small homemade cake with home made banana cream and strawberries - it turned out delicious. Donuts without filling were a bit dry, not greasy. Polite staff.

Everyone knows Starbuck's food standards, so comments unnecessary. Service, however, varies from branch to branch, day to day ,team to team. There was a time the team was steady and well-led , consistent. Of late this branch has fallen down in standard, was closed during certain weekdays, and staff changes with each visit. How to maintain standards...?sigh ...

'Un oasis entre tanto jaleo y gentío del Mercado de las Flores' Increíblemente, nunca está lleno y se puede descansar, sentarse y disfrutar de un café o de lo que sea que te apetezca. Cada vez que visito Ámsterdam hago un stop en este Starbuck, no sólo por las bebidas, sino por la atención al cliente y porque parece otro mundo considerando la zona en la que está. Aprovecho de tomar algo cuando voy de paseo, de compras o a pasear por esa zona tan concurrida de la ciudad. 5/5 Atención al cliente. 4/5 Limpieza del local. 5/5 Preparación. 4/5 Rapidez. 3/5 En horas pico debido a la ubicación puede que encuentres algo de cola, pero es perfectamente aceptable. 1/5 No agitan las leches vegetales antes de calentarlas, se los tengo que recordar. Un fallo típico de todos los Starbucks que he visitado hasta ahora. ¡En cualquier caso, siempre vuelvo!

Nice employees, but when we order 6 things and the only thing made right was the americano and the donut, then it's a big fail. Wrong sizes, wrong muffin and sold out situation on cold brew-items. Worst Starbucks i've ever been to, but the taste of the Coffee is good. So 1 star for the smiling cashier and one star for the taste of the Coffee.

Het gekende concept van Starbucks met lekkere koffies en een gezellige inrichting. Het zaakje zelf is wat aan de kleine kant maar wij hebben toch een plaatsje gevonden om te zitten ... Wij werden eveneens geholpen door een man (die een beetje verantwoordelijke leek) en hij was super vriendelijk. Één kleine tip misschien: door de drukte op het moment zou een extra vuilbak wel welkom geweest zijn.

Plastic, plastic, plastic everywhere. Why is Starbuck not able to serve drinks in multiuse-cups? I even tried to prevent them from putting a plastic cap on my drink, as I stayed there to have my drink inside. They refused ("It's against the law"). If this is true, why do the Netherlands not change the laws that make climate change worse? Stop plastic now!

Siempre puede contar con Starbucks, y esta ubicación en Singel no es una excepción. El personal es muy amable y capaz de manejar la multitud de clientes que llegan. Mi Caramelo Macchiato estaba perfectamente preparado. Este Starbucks ofrece todos los alimentos típicos que puedes encontrar en otros lugares. Los precios son un poco más altos de lo que encontraría en los Estados Unidos, pero eso es de esperar. Gran Amsterdam Starbucks.
