Stone Cafe in Amsterdam is a great place for an evening out. Delicious drinks, reasonable prices, and very friendly bartenders who create an amazing atmosphere. The music on Friday night was excellent – perfect for having a good time. Highly recommended!

1st came across Stones 5 years ago on my 1st trip here, and it was amazing. One the 1st places I went back to this time, and had a blast of a 1st night. Drinks are reasonably priced for Amsterdam prices, atmosphere is great, chilled during the day turning into a party venue in the evenings. Staff were amazing, attentive, friendly and ready as soon as your glass was empty to refill if you wanted. I love this place, and will be off to spend my final night there tonight!

We wanted to take a quick break and have a coffee, but unfortunately the waitress wasn't very friendly (which is why this service doesn't get many stars...) The cappuccino (€5) looked more like a latte macchiato, and the price was a bit more expensive than in other cafes.

I arrived at Amsterdam station early in the morning and had breakfast first. Ladies staff seem to be more interested in chatting with friends than in customers. Unfortunately, I started sightseeing in Amsterdam with a sad feeling.

We were here on 2 evenings. Like everywhere else in Amsterdam, beer is expensive. But I find the atmosphere really appealing and the staff is really friendly and on the ball.

Atmosphere is greaaaaat! You cant buy strains but you can smoke! Local is great

If you’re a female beware! They take you out whenever they feel like, so I asked for my .50ċ back and they scorted me out bc of this!

Wouldn't recommend. Food was horrible. And no butter for toast. The ladys just didn't care.

Beware if your a woman to get harassed. If you come with your girl, she will be harassed. The ratio of BOYS to Women are 10:1. It’s pathetic that Amsterdam could be this desperate. It’s sad. Also Be prepared to pay $4 euro for 1 water. They can’t give you tap water bc they MUST sell bottled water. I highly DO NOT recommend this place at night. Terrible just terrible.

A nice little place to take a break from your trip. We enjoyed it so much that we visited two days in a row during our stay in Amsterdam. It's conveniently located and has a nice terrace where smoking is allowed. Gabriel, the bartender, was lovely and made our visit even more enjoyable:)

Great place to chill out in the window bays to watch live sports or just watch the world go by.

I think it's an ok place, you can certainly sit there and it's nice that you have a place where you can still smoke and drink. What I don't like is that they come to you every few minutes to ask if you want to order new drinks, relax, we're not here to get into a coma. Music is fun, they take the customer's wishes into account. Mainly a tourist spot.

Cozy brown café, alcohol is served and you can smoke cannabis, smoke tobacco and there is also shisha. Always nice music

Loved visiting this place multiple times over the New Year's Eve holiday week. Incredibly inviting staff, remembered us every time. The owner was so kind and gave us Champagne to celebrate on a random day. The DJ is great, bartenders are fast and attentive, and the owner is an absolute gem. Thank you so much! We will see you again!

Unable to operate. Unfortunately, I was showered with my drink and was wet from head to toe. The money was not refunded and that is more than an outrage.

Excellent place for those cold nights when you want a warm drink, in my case it was the beer. If you are hot tho, it's full of cold people.

Have to agree with previous reviews! Super chill place , super service, make sure to bring some good herb. They have absolutely the best street view tables when you are chronic! Must return!!!!

A clean nice enough place too go to where you can smoke and drink. No cannabis is sold here but there are a number of coffee shops nearby to purchase what you need. Staff are friendly enough. Be warned as this place is in the city centre drinks can be expensive.

The drink price is not displayed so that the price of some beers is at the head of the customer. The atmosphere is nice, however the waiyer are not always nice. impossible to see the menu after ordering and the receipt is trough away immediately after you have paid without asking the customer.

Was there for my brothers 40th for the weekend and just spent it in here rally friendly place great bar staff and has a ball. Good music anaw. PS I don’t even smoke and never felt out of place.

I love stones cafe coffee bar the music ambiance the aroma the decor it’s the best in Amsterdam I also love stones sports bar with restaurant its perfectly located and the staff are friendly and I need not visit another coffee bar or sports bar STONES has it all covered Soon to return in 2020
