Starbucks in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

I thank Safaa for her taste, the friendly treatment at the presentation, the right choices and her good business

I have had it 4 times in 2 weeks that they are not open during opening hours, they close earlier or open later, very annoying if you think you can get something before or after work

My frappucino was basically just ice with water. No taste whatsoever

Very good Starbucks in terms of location and service. Always come here for the drink in the photo, the staff is very friendly and hospitable.

I like drinking my Starbucks coffee, but not at this location. The two Arabic-speaking ladies are very busy with each other. As a customer you receive an antisocial welcome with a grumpy attitude. Then they start talking Arabic very loudly to each other again. Not really comfortable to drink your coffee there.

Good coffee as always at Starbucks, but the acoustics here are disastrous and the service is very noisy. To sit quietly, it is better to go outside...

Service...Top location, spacious store with plenty of seating options, but your experience as a customer is downright crap. A coffee shop should welcome you, here it sometimes seems as if it is a shame that you came in. Walked in when no one was in and I walked out with the same poor experience, they don't even ask your name...It's a starbucks, it's kinda your thing...

Update: They finally hung a notice of it on the window. Good to see they take feedback seriously! Closed for half an hour in the middle of the day for a "short break"?! Nowhere indicated on the opening hours, nor mentioned online. Also never experienced something like this at any other Starbucks store. If it was a small independent shop in a remote corner of town, I would absolutely have understood. But surely you can't expect me to catch the train one hour later just because the staff want to take a break?!🙄😐 +1 star because it looks nice inside and the employee looks friendly. But even then it’s a 1 star for service, sorry.

Good staff and nice places to wait for a transfer

I don’t think I’ll be going back here anymore. Just want a warm drink on the go. The only stop in between my journey there is. For the second time in two weeks they’re “on a small break”. Can literally see the dude inside. The first time there was two people inside. That means you can switch going on breaks and not having to shut the whole place. It’s ridiculous. If you’re going to do this every time around the same time you should adjust your opening hours. Most times there’s two workers

The store says it closes at 5 p.m. I was here at 4:44 PM and the doors were already closed. This is very unfortunate 😞

Very good service! Delicious coffee!! And always a good atmosphere inside. Everyone is a nice employee. Especially Charley and Iris, really nice employees, they always put a smile on my face :)

I like to drink my coffee every time I pass the station. The coffee is really delicious and the service is excellent. All the employees are nice people, but there is one employee that I always encounter: 'Safaa.' She quickly prepares 'excellent' coffee, and she is also friendly and has a smiling face. I love Starbucks💖💖💖

Opening times stated here are not correct. On Saturdays they are open from 9 am. I was at a standstill at 8 o'clock... worthless

First of all, super nice people who work there! You can go to the toilet there, you can order everything, just a bit on the expensive side. But everything is becoming more expensive, so what do you expect? I would recommend the iced vanilla latte or the iced caramel macchiatto.

Terrible, really terrible. The cake felt dry, like it was 3 days old. The coffee actually had a garbage smell, no idea how they managed that.

The ice cream machine cuts twice in a week, so no frape unfortunately, but otherwise tasty

Nice Starbucks but closes early. It says everywhere that it doesn't close until 8 o'clock and when I arrived at half past eight I wasn't allowed to get anything anymore. Really very bad, everything else is good

Ordered coffee without whipped cream, but it still had cream on it. The barista takes a spoon and scoops out some of the whipped cream. “Now there is no more whipped cream on it” and hands the drink back. Very bizarre service, but it also doesn't seem very food safe to me if orders are handled so laxly. Skip this store if you have allergies

After international travel (epic problems getting out of New York where a national emergency was declared due to flooding), I made it to Amsterdam then figured out the trains. I’m exhausted and stopped her in the train station for coffee. Excellent tarty yogurt along with venti latte in a mug! English speaking staff. Was a pleasant plus.

Beautiful new Starbucks where it is often nice and quiet and always a good experience with the staff. There is no toilet and there is no WiFi, which is a shame.

Bad staffing. Someone else took my drink and I was told it was my fault. Apparently according to a Seline that works there they do not care about Starbucks rules or providing customer service because they don’t work for Starbucks they work for ‘ssp’. She said word for word “I don’t care about providing good customer service I don’t work for Starbucks” as she walked away in her Starbucks uniform leaving her embarrassed colleague to finally make my drink. Worst experience I have ever had in a coffee shop. STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

Google indicates that this place is open until 7:00 PM. I was there at 5:30 PM, doors were closed, signs were still outside and there were still people inside. Barista who was present pretends not to see you while he was still making drinks, walking back and forth and there was even a knock on the window. A small gesture to indicate that they were closed would have been nice. There were several people at the door. 👎🏾

Great location, nice warm and clean atmosphere, with accommodating staff. However, there is no wifi, which was surprising for a Starbucks and especially one at a train station.

Erg mooie nieuwe Starbucks, je kan er goed zitten en de locatie is mooi in de nieuwe stationshal. Het enige jammere zijn de prijzen, die zijn namelijk hoger dan de Starbucks in het filiaal in het centrum. Verder een prima plek om je koffietje te halen!

Nieuwe starbucks op een handige locatie in de stationshal van Almere. Ideaal als je nog even koffie wilt halen voor je de trein pakt. Het is binnen erg schoon en het personeel is vriendelijk. De koffie is erg lekker en er zijn momenteel een heleboel seizoensgebonden specials. De cinnamon bun was lekker, maar wel een beetje droog, met name de frosting. Desondanks erg tevreden met deze nieuwe locatie!
