Starbucks in Wijk 02 Almere Stad

Customer service is something they don't know about at this location. It wouldn't take much effort to train staff. The red-haired woman behind the counter, with the personality traits of a nettle, still has a lot to learn.

Friendly and efficient staff. Well made coffee and clean cafe. The atmosphere inside and outside is relaxed, not overcrowded.

Well I got a cup with nothing but ice in it. There wasn't even any drinks in it...and the employee was grumpy. I paid 5.55 for ice cream.

Coffee the best! Me and my family are really Starbucks fans. I always have a latte, but my men have something different every time. ;)

Starbucks has always been able to improve its service

I bought a Pumpkin Creme Cold Brew at my local starbucks today and Instead I received a Pumpkin Spice Latte instead, it even had it written on the tag and everything, they even took close to 20 minutes just to make my order, so I would like a refund.

I couldn't hand in my full "Christmas" stamp card here because the branch was still blank. Is it difficult to pick up a pen and write down the location? What kind of system is this? Can the drinks only be obtained from that location?

Way too expensive. Coffee is very mediocre for Coffee.

I always get coffee here, the girls are really super sweet! With Name Puck & Amber! But yo, Starbucks head office or whoever, are you absolutely CRAZY to leave someone alone in a crowded tokko? I understand that there are too few people, but this is CRAZY! If it were up to me I would have closed the tent, take care of people.

We thought, yay, we'd stop by Starbucks for a delicious cup of coffee. The coffee was tasty but that's about it. We were helped by some guy who didn't seem representative at all, let alone enthusiastic. In addition, cash could not be paid because the cash drawer was empty. We had to wait a while for the iced coffee because it took a little longer, which was totally fine. Only when the iced coffee was ready it was not given, I could walk to the other side of the store to pick it up while we were at the cash register waiting for the iced coffee. No, next time I will go somewhere where I am appreciated as a customer.

It's downright scandalous that such lovely employees have to work in that heat. Employer does not take good care of their employees. No air conditioning, but 4 fans that circulate warm air. Starbucks shame on you…😞. Coffee is also fine!

Why does that tall one with all that make up act like that store belongs to her father? Bad service and that drink didn't taste like how it was supposed to taste. She makes my drink with long nails, which I find disgusting, and then she also gossips behind the bar in front of me. I'll never come here again🤢

Very nice employees and really delicious iced coffee! It's just really super warm in the store. I don't understand how you can make someone work all day under these circumstances. I would have liked to stay inside, but my iced coffee was literally melting inside, it was so hot. They really need to fix an air conditioner. >:(

Tried earlier, tried this month, closed. Was at 6pm, no problem. The website indicated it. Tried again today at 5:00 PM and was told they were closed. Website still shows 6:00 PM and that they are open. This is bad.

I went to Starbucks Almere with my stamp card that was full. I ordered for me and my daughter. The stamp card was not accepted. While last week I received a stamp at this location and was treated nicely by a Moroccan girl. Today was treated very unkindly.

My favorite frapuccino at any time is my reward for a hell of a day.

I came by a few days ago with my husband and was helped wonderfully by a sweet girl at the cash register (I didn't quite catch her name, but I think it was Shannam.). You don't often come across people who treat customers so well! Not only was she very neat and customer-friendly, she also prepared our drinks in no time! One downside was that it looked a bit like she was standing alone, because her colleague was sitting on a chair behind the counter on her phone while there was a line! Maybe that can be worked on. Furthermore, the pastries were delicious and the coffee especially! Thanks for the nice experience! We will come back soon for the service and delicious coffee

Opening hours of this location are a complete joke. Many times I've been past in the morning, hour after opening time to see locked doors. It also randomly closes early. Never consistent. If you'd like a good coffee better trying one of the 3 places next to it.

Nice to get your coffee here and/or sit for a while. Only the atmosphere is... barren. The store lacks a bit of atmosphere. A little bit of decoration doesn't hurt. It is also sometimes a bit messy and the service could be a bit better. Also depends on the people behind the counter. Recently ordered coffee and sat down, then after 5/10 minutes we asked where our coffee was. It had not been made, not called and also no insight into the customer whether we had already received our coffee or yes/no. In that respect, Starbucks AMC, for example, is much better, Amsterdam center etc.

Delicious coffee, but if you have to bring several people, it is quite a puzzle to determine which abbreviation belongs to which coffee...

Super leuke locatie, tot nu toe altijd vriendelijk onthaald en geholpen. Heerlijk drinken en een leuke sfeer.

Сьогодні виявилося не смачно. Замовили Pumpkin Spice Latte яке дуууже солодке як сироп, смаку кави не відчувається зовсім, а також амерікано це просто вода з легким смаком кави. В закладі брудно.

De bereiding duurde langer dan gebruikelijk maar daar werd netjes voor verontschuldigd. Top. De smaak maakte alles weer goed. Na de koffie nog even naar toilet maar dat is een absolute afrader. Deed het genieten van de koffie direct vergeten.

Nou het is zo warm ! Jeetje zo een goeie naam ( merk ) maar geen eens een airco in je hele zaak !!! Stink bloed heet binnen en het stinkt na zweet !! Logish in dit hitte geen airco !

We bestellen een tall frappuccino. Betalen en krijgen vervolgens te horen dat de rietjes op zijn. Geld terug? Nee dat kan niet. We moeten iets anders bestellen. Hebben we geen zin in, krijgen we een tegoedbon. Wij gaan naar de winkel er naast en halen voor 3 euro aan rietjes(goedkoopste) en komen terug en halen vervolgens hetzelfde drankje, maar een venti. Heeft het personeel ook nog onderling het over de size upgrade ‘want we hadden toch een ‘grande’. Vervolgens krijgen we er niet bestelde slagroom er op en vult ze koffie er bij na de slagroom en de deksel er op. We hebben zelf bij Starbucks gewerkt. Van de service tot het maken van een drankje was het echt niet oke. Meiden overigens wel aardig/spontaan maar dit was niet al te best.

Drank van Starbucks is niet bijzonder meer, ik vond het hier zelfs viezig Het was stIl in de zaak, 1 klant voor.mij , maar de twee dames achter de balie leken wel slakken zo traag ging de bediening. Totaal geen klant contact. De zaak zelf leek wel een dump plek. Deur naar toilet stond open, je kan van de balie zo naar het toilet kijken. Brrrrr mij zie je daar niet meer.

Dat Starbucks DE Koffiecorner is met de meest lekkere soorten da's geen nieuws. Ik bestelde samen met mijn dochter 2 luxe koffie middelmaat beker dit kost €10.30 (ongeveer) da's gewoon voor Almere veel en veel te duur. Dat is ook de reden dat het niet druk is doordeweeks. 1 van de dames had het drukker met ik denk Instagram of Snapchat's ik denk dat ze dat in haar pauze moet doen. Maar goed koffie op beker gooien we zelf weg?????? Dat ging niet omdat de vuilnisbak bij de uitgang overvol was. Kortom prijzen lager,motivatie personeel kan veel beter en zorg dat je zaak opgeruimd is en blijft . Aan de smaak van jullie producten niets veranderen maar voor nu blijf ik steken op een 3 ster referentie

Erg rommelig iedereen staat te wachten op z'n koffie in meeneem bekers! Tafels zijn vies je zit er niet voir de gezelligheid.miswchien leuk om op t station bakkie te halen maar niet tijdens winkelen voor de gezelligheid.

Heerlijke drankjes. Leuk personeel die super vriendelijk zijn en met leuke tips komen van drankjes en smaken.

Een cappucino met lemoncake,altijd lekker.Personeel is vriendelijk.

Great place for working. Laptops allowed, wifi is strong, and there are plugs for your devices if you need to charge. Good atmosphere, lighting, and with ample natural light.

het is zo'n leuke plek om te zitten, te chillen en koffie te drinken, maar één ding vond ik niet leuk, namelijk de deur die de mensen altijd openhouden als ze in- en uitgaan. Dat is niet fijn want het weer buiten is erg koud en zeker in de winter. Dat is alleen mijn punt. De arbeiders daar waren aardig. Ik heb suggesties om misschien een automatische deur te plaatsen, die hij zelf kan openen en sluiten.

Ik kom hier vaak voor een chai latte, wordt altijd lekker gemaakt, fijne sfeer en vriendelijk personeel!

We wanted to order a pastry that was on display, only for the staff member to tell us that those pastries were for display only. I’ve never experienced this at any Starbucks. When I asked whether those were inedible, they said they’re fresh but we just couldn’t get them. Why even put it on display then? At least put out a sign that they’re not available. Coffee wasn’t good; too much syrup and not enough coffee. Ordered a tall and the cup was only 2/3 full. The staff member telling us we couldn’t order the pasties was also grumpy as hell.

Locatie in Almere is om de haverklap dicht op zondag, al 3 keer voor dichte deur gestaan... Hangt een briefje op de deur dat ze op maandag en dinsdag dicht zijn, maar op de zondag dus ook geregeld...

Laatste tijd word ik een beetje teleurgesteld van deze Starbucks. Openingstijden zijn compleet anders, wat irritant is maar ergens begrijpelijk door het personeelstekort. De prijzen zijn prima, maar ja het is Starbucks dus duur. Verder echt genoten van mijn iced mocha.

Ik ben gisteren voor het eerst bij Starbucks Almere geweest, ik vond de koffie heerlijk en de bediening was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ik kon zien dat er hard werd gewerkt door de kassa medewerkster en de barista's. Ik vond het als klant ook fijn om te zien dat op het moment dat de kassa medewerkster een prijs eventjes niet wist gelijk haar collega haar hielp en de prijs wist te zeggen. Ik raad Starbucks Almere aan iedereen aan.

The coffee was good but the toilet is permanently closed since last spring.

Bij deze Starbucks zijn de tijdelijke drankjes altijd op. Niet één keer, maar gewoon echt bijna altijd allemaal. Ook staat er continu nieuw personeel die geen idee hebben wat ze aan het doen zijn. Toilet is ook al weken buiten gebruik. Personeel is ook niet goed verdeeld. Ene keer staan ze met zn vieren en doen er 2 niets en andere momenten staat één iemand zich helemaal in het zweet te werken. Jammer, want was juist zo enthousiast dat er nu een Starbucks in Almere zit.
