Starbucks in Wijk 06 Binnenstad

Absolutely not recommended! A very unfriendly young lady. The coffee I ordered wasn't to my liking. Service was lacking. When I mentioned it, I received a very unfriendly, snappy response and attitude from a young woman who seemed quite upset. Anyway, that's no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully! Service is nowhere to be found!

Way too busy, not really cozy, just walk to the Starbucks in Hoog Catherine.

At first, I thought it might have just been an unlucky visit. Until I read the other reviews for this Starbucks. The service here is practically non-existent. There was no one else in line, yet the barista didn’t acknowledge me for the first three minutes because they were too busy writing stickers and doing other small tasks. I even had to clear my throat just to get their attention. The coffee itself was weak, and when my drink was finally handed over, it was announced with a mumble, no eye contact, no “have a nice day”, nothing. Normally, Starbucks service is consistently up to par for the price you pay. But this location seems to be either in serious need of new management or needs to be properly included in the staff training routine. Overall, a genuinely disappointing experience for what should have been a simple, reliable coffee visit.

Very rude staff member at front counter at 6:30pm today. I was looking at the menu and he just says “we aren’t selling any drinks”. No sorry or explanation just bye. What is Starbucks without drinks. Place was messy also .

Shanny has to be the most unfriendly barista I've ever served. Normally, I've had good experiences at Starbucks, except for today. I'll never go back to this branch. If she didn't work there anymore, I'd consider going back. But her "service" is absolutely ridiculous and condescending.

After running errands in Utrecht, I treated a cousin and myself to a cup of tiramisu—coffee and something sweet. Well, it was truly a treat. Quick service—because it wasn't busy—and a wide selection of coffees and pastries. Because I love tiramisu, I wanted to try the coffee. A very large mug was enough for me. I'll do that again sometime!

What a grumpy girl works here. She prepared all the orders with a sigh and couldn't say a word kindly. She's also snapping at customers, not to mention her male colleagues. Not an asset to your business.

Order a grande iced matcha latte for over 7 euros, and they take "iced" quite literally. More than half my cup was filled with ice, and after 6-7 sips, it was gone. Sick scam.

The coffee at Starbucks is always delicious! They have a wide selection of tasty specials that surprise every time. For us, Starbucks is always the perfect start to a day of shopping or a fun day in the city. A nice place to enjoy a good cup of coffee!

I keep falling for it every time; when you have a transfer that takes a while, I get a cup of coffee at Starbucks at the station. It looks attractive so why not. That quickly becomes clear to me when you are standing in line; whether there are many or few people, it always takes an incredibly long time. Especially when the staff is quietly chatting to each other in between. Nice at a quiet campsite, but not at a large transfer station where most people are trying to catch a train. The ten minutes transfer time suddenly becomes ten minutes of sweating bullets. And then the Starbucks coffee itself; I keep falling for it that it is very cheap burnt beans for which a lot of milk, sugar or other flavourings are available to cover up the taste. Another large chain that can be found at NS stations that starts and ends with a K has considerably better quality coffee and faster staff.

Ordered 1 frapuccino, it was almost €7 but you expect that from Starbucks. I just got water. Worst Starbucks ever.

Nice place to wait for your bus/train to arrive, but it can be a bit overpriced and the cafe itself can be very cramped and crowded especially if you have luggage with you

ordered a coffee here .the girl behind the counter served at least 20 people who came in after me various coffees.after waiting 25 minutes .I had to leave or miss my train.in the whole time visiting Holland I have never been treated so rudely..

Coffee is very weak! Everything in paper cups. Cappuccino is way too big. Staff doesn't know anything about coffee. Coffee from the machine at Alber Heijn is better and cheaper.

Typical Starbucks in the train station. It's a bit cold. Service is very fast. The service was super friendly.

Would like to order a muffin. I was told that everything is over Wash. And what's in the display case is for show? I kindly said to the staff that I might give them a tip. And she said unfortunately that wasn't allowed. Bad service Showing something in the customer's eye and then saying we no longer have it. Typical Starbucks and oh yes, it hires Dutch staff for once. And not all those foreigners because we are in the Netherlands so I just want to speak Dutch!!

Ridiculous price for 1 x black coffee and 1 x cappuccino. I had to pay €8.30 for the smallest cups. The coffee most resembled the cheap, weak vending machine coffee of 'the past'. I felt pretty cheated; they should change the "b" in the name to an "f".

This week I walked away from this terrible Starbucks branch for the second time in a short time. I arrive at the cash register, a girl with a nameplate "Charlie" is standing behind the counter, doesn't look up or around and can't say hello. I understand if someone needs to finish some work before they can help someone, but at least say hello. Then a second colleague comes to inquire about what I know about work, he also doesn't look back at all (I'm literally standing in front of them) and just quietly finishes their story, leaving me completely ignored. I turned around, what rude staff! Again, this was the 2nd time in a short time, the 1st time was exactly the same situation, you are simply ignored. I'll skip this from now on.

Ordered coffee with soy milk, and saw the barista accidentally use regular milk. Then rinse out the cup and remake the drink in the same cup. If you have a milk allergy or are vegan, this shouldn’t happen.

Sorry starbucks, this branch needs more attention. The milk is overheated, which makes the tasted zero. The lady behind the desk is uncheerful. Tables are dirty. It's almost the worst branch I ever visited.

Don't even speak normal Dutch. Didn't understand anything about it. My English is not that good, which is why I stay in the Netherlands. Come on, learn Dutch while you're here. And if not, talk calmly and clearly! Service is bad ass.

A real rip off, I order a medium iced drink and there is 1 sip in it and only ice and I pay almost 6 euros for that?! Stop it

I couldn’t sample the coffee as despite a line of people waiting the servers spent ages chatting and were very slow in taking orders. Given the location with customers rushing to catch trains they should prioritise pushing through orders.

Extremely rude employee at the Starbucks fair side. If it is open until 9:00 PM, I assume that you can just order something and sit at 8:30 PM. But at 8:30 PM all the chairs are on the tables and I am not allowed to order anything anymore because "they are almost closing" and I am rudely sent away?

Had the cheesecake..was very good. Service didnt feel so good...we wanted it for takeout..they gave us it in paper bag instead of a proper paper box. It's a cake which can disintegrate to crumble upon pressure and pushes...could've given us it in proper packaging..had to bring it home with so much care ..as if carrying a baby duckling in hands..

Shout out to their lovely baristas Aya and Sarah for making my first Starbucks Experience in the Netherlands :) Also, the place is really pretty!

Nice cool lime lemonade, but 5.45 for 80% ice cubes is not very nice in combination with a shrug of the shoulders, sorry, I can't do anything about that. Bad!

Just like any other Starbucks, way too pricey for what you get but tasty. Then you can post photos on social media to show how hip you are! #ventifrappucino and the likes are guaranteed to flow in!

This is the worst Starbucks. Everytime I order a drink here the quality is just bad. They often had to re-make the drink because they don't check which type of milk you asked or wipped cream or not. Some examples: Frappuccino strawberry and cream w/ soy milk. Barely to non strawberry taste. Today Frappucino chocolate and cookies, where is the chocolate where is the chocolate chips? I only taste soy milk. I though batista here had to follow a program to learn how to make the drink?

Nothing extraordinary, but the regular Starbucks branch. Staff was friendly with slightly less attentive due to the peak hour I was at. But tables were not there much often checked to be cleaned. And it took a while for someone to come and clean them up !

Was craving a hot cocoa so badly, and I usually love the holiday specials from Starbucks, so I got the hazelnut crunch one. I really don't know what happened since last year, but what I got was really not hot cocoa. It's just hot water with fake hazelnut whipped cream that melts in front of your eyes and no chocolate flavour whatsoever. And they charge you €5,45 for that, while it wasn't worth even 5 cents.. The hot cocoa that you can get from any regular coffee machine is better than this.

Americans will probably find the quality of the coffee “awesome”, but next time I will go to Hema or AH to go for a cup of coffee when I am at the station. Service was fast, staff friendly and they have electrical outlets if your phone is "thirsty".

Came here often, until recently: Starbucks supports the apartheid state of Israel and thus the genocide against the Palestinians. Every euro you spend here, you support Israel, which is why they are so expensive. No more Starbucks for me.

3 euros for a stale bitter espresso, and even worse: the brownie completely dried out and hard. It was not fresh as advertised, or even from yesterday.

Was hier voor een tgt box, meisje achter de bar genaamd Tessa met krullen had m’n hele dag gemaakt!

Personeel praat geen woord Nederlands, dat is toch jammer. Het zou mogelijk moeten om die paar standaard zinnen te leren. Ietsje klantvriendelijkere gezichten zou ook niet misstaan. Duurde een kwartier tot de koffie er was.

Weer hele lekkere koffie en ook lekkere donut.

Staat regelmatig een mannetje in de winkel met een zonnebril en een goeie smaak in outfits. Kom alleen in de starbucks voor hem en hem alleen hij maakt dit bedrijf weer prachtig zoals het ooit was.

Ik kom vaker in de starbucks en 9/10 keer staat Tristan daar. Hij is altijd erg enthousiast als ik daar ben en daar word mijn dag ook meteen beter van. Echt een lopend zonnestraaltje is hij. Geeft altijd superservice en wenst mij altijd een fijne dag. Echt een toppertje die Tristan😁

Very slow and disorganized service…

Lekkere koffie. Wel aan de prijs.

Steeds meer staat er minder om toe te voegen aan de koffie en ziet het er vies uit. Voor de prijs die je voor een koffie betaald mogen de "condiments" wel aangevuld zijn en mag het wat schoner zijn.

Vanmiddag hier geweest, kom hier dagelijks en zag vandaag tot mijn verbazing iemand achter de bar staan met oortjes in en een zonnebril op?? Heel bijzonder gezicht en onklantvriendelijk. Zag de zelfde dame/heer eerder deze week ‘s ochtends ook al door de winkel heen lopen met een headset op?? Anti sociaal misschien maar dan moet je niet bij starbucks werken. Blonde jongen vandaag achter de kassa was daar in tegen heel vriendelijk!!

Tevreden over de koffie en de sfeer, maar het doorberekenen van studentenkorting gaat hier nooit goed. Terwijl er toch mee geadverteerd wordt op de deur. Dit is jammer, dus ik ben benieuwd of er dan voorwaarden zijn waar ik/ de studentenkaart van mijn universiteit niet aan voldoet

Vriendelijk personeel en een goed assortiment aan drankjes. Drankjes waren naar verwachting.

Long waiting for your station cappucino

A few years ago I used to reward myself with a hot drink from Starbucks after a really long day. I was super busy today and when I had some time before my train arrived, I thought, why not. This really sweet barista was so kind and helpful and took the time to make me an amazing chai latte. If you happen to read this, thank you so much! It made me so happy!

Was super druk maar personeel was goed op elkaar ingespeeld waardoor het goed doorliep. Helaas hadden ze de koffie in de frappucino, maar dat maakte hem niet minder lekker. Aanraader. Het is wel erg prijzig.

I went to this shop several times in different days and times and the personnel is always OUTSTANDING, so sweet and friendly and effect!

Mijn vriend en ik hadden een cappuccino met havermelk besteld. Helaas hebben wij gewoon koemelk in onze cappuccino gekregen. Doordat we de trein moesten halen hadden we geen tijd om er nog wat van te zeggen. Wel lekkere extra shot espresso en onze namen waren goed geschreven.

In Amerika is Starbucks DE plek om je koffie te halen. In Nederland valt het vooral nogal op hoe duur het is. Deze vestiging had echter supervriendelijk personeel en dat is echt een plus
