I ordered the largest cup, but what I received was practically empty. It seemed I'd only bought a large cup, not a large coffee. Ironically, when I inquired, the staff confidently told me an extra-large cup should hold that much coffee.

A hard skip on this Starbucks. Pretty sure they just charged me extra excusing additions. Glad I’m the end they had to make another drink because they forked up the milk choice.

After visiting the Arnhem and Rotterdam locations, I had to be at Utrecht University of Applied Sciences for a project. I have a Mams here, but students or guests in Arnhem, it doesn't matter. Here too, everything is freshly made and they have a wide selection. It's impressive that they continue that trend, and the service was more than excellent. There's plenty of space to sit, relax, and/or study... and parking in the underground parking garage... obviously, one star less for the atmosphere compared to Arnhem.

Stationshal 8bAbsolutely not recommended! A very unfriendly young lady. The coffee I ordered wasn't to my liking. Service was lacking. When I mentioned it, I received a very unfriendly, snappy response and attitude from a young woman who seemed quite upset. Anyway, that's no excuse for treating customers disrespectfully! Service is nowhere to be found!
